I've used this auto transportation company several times and they haven't disappointed me. Easy to communicate with and rates are fair. Would recommend using their service

Easy Auto Ship safely delivered my 2023 Genesis G90 across the country. They delivered my vehicle on the day and time stated for the exact amount I was quotes. Their customer services was exceptional in a time where I rarely find decent customer service anymore. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Transported our car from Montana to Louisiana. Price was very competitive. Driver was very polite and professional and the car arrived within three days across the country! Samm from Easy auto ship was very helpful and prompt in communications. Due to some issues we were not able to meet the driver at the agreed time and mutually agreed to pay little extra to compensate for his time for him to wait few more hours as he lost another shipment while waiting for us. Only small thing was that we were given slightly less than 24 hour notice (possibly due to the fact that this route is not as frequent for transportation). Still in the end it all worked out very well. Thanks for quality service.

We had a very difficult move in a busy part of Miami. Our driver managed to skillfully place our Ferrari and his first transport of a Defender. Challenge being the Ferrari 612 the last V12 is very wide while the Defender is tall. The driver masterfully fit them in and with his huge covered truck got across country cratch free!

Fantastic customer service! Everything went perfectly until my car was not delivered when it should have been, One call to Easy auto and they were all over it for me! They worked tirelessly to get hold of the driver and find out what happened and, as it turned out, the truck had mechanical issues. The folks at Easy Auto were very kind and made me feel comfortable during the inconvenience of the delay. I highly recommend Easy Auto!

The overall experience was good. BUT - the final price was $350 more than the original bid. So, one could think of it as bait-and-switch. However, the fact that it was finally delivered without issue or damage is a plus. Additionally, my contact at the company was reachable and helpful in finding the driver. The reason the price went up is that the drivers who could have picked it up earlier would not accept the price they budgeted. My recommendation, don't go by only the price diffference, make sure you see the reviews, like this one, that tell you the price can change even after the quote.

Very reliable, everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. As the driver traveled from Arizona to Missouri he was in constant contact and delivered our vehicle within two days. The entire experience was great and would definitely use them again.

I had an issue with my car and had to delay the ready date by a few days and they quickly accommodated me. Vehicle ultimately arrived at its destination a day earlier than thought at time of pick up. First time shipping a vehicle and it was relatively new so I was a bit nervous. With a recommendation from Forbes, I contacted easy auto ship. My go-to person was Shannon. She was patient, reliable and phenomenal. She found a carrier for me that very same day we completed the order. Ideal transport was my carrier. Both the local driver who picked my car and the driver, Peter, who transported it were amazing. Peter got the car to me in 3/4 days that’s crazy for a cross country trip. But for dirt which was expected, the car was as it is. Easy auto ship even refunded me for the car wash, courtesy Shanon. Even more satisfying, is the price for shipping. Very affordable. Easy and Ideal will ship all my vehicles whenever necessary, till thy kingdom comes.

Terrible experience working with Easy Auto ship. I went with them to ship my car cross country because they were quick to respond and were able to arrange expedited pickup for a higher price which I was ok with. Little did I know this was the start of a nightmare.Once they assign your order out to a dispatch, they pretty much wipe their hands clean and have zero control whatsoever. They send you a dispatch number, but the person on the dispatch line barely communicates with you. So you are pretty much stuck in limbo with 0 updates on your car. Calling Easy Auto ship customer service is no good since they try the exact same number and email with no response. Their claim of “vetting the carriers” is absolute bs. In my case they assigned out to a carrier called “RWB Trucklines Inc”. There is 0 information about this company, and their DOT number has been active for barely 3 months. This screams “red flag”.But that was just the start of my nightmare. A few days after these guys confirmed pickup by the carrier “RWB Trucklines Inc”, I started getting calls from a completely different transportation company “SMG” asking for details of the car. I have no idea who these guys are but apparently they have my car and have taken it to a completely different address 400 miles away. At the same time, the trucker who Easy Auto Ship dispatched my car (“RWB”) out to also sends me texts claiming that he has my car and the delivery will be delayed. So I have no idea who to trust at this point. Calling Easy Auto ship and I get the run around about how some other “phantom” broker likely “sold” my information to another trucking company and they have no control over that. And this is after they have already charged me for their brokerage fee. How on earth does that happen, given that the only company I have talked to and given my details to is Easy Auto Ship ?Meanwhile I am scrambling to try and get my car delivered to me and fortunately for me, the actual truck driver that has my car has been wary enough to not hand off the car to some random person 400 miles away so it doesn't get driven to Mexico. I got in touch with them directly and they basically demanded a higher price to deliver it to me to make up for their lost business, essentially holding me at ransom. Car was finally delivered when i agreed to pay their ransom. I demanded compensation from Easy Auto ship and so far they have refused to take any accountability for this whole mess.In short, they refuse to stand by their claims on their website. They hand off orders to little known companies, clearly some of which are on here to scam and possibly steal vehicles. Then they blatantly lie and accuse me of brokering with another broker, when this is not true at all. Let this ordeal be a warning to folks to stay clear of Easy Auto Ship and “RWB Trucklines”. This was far from “easy”.

We had an outstanding experience with Easy Auto Ship shipping our vehicle from Indiana to Arizona after another company abandoned us! Abby Cartumini went above and beyond what she needed to to make sure that my daughters were able to move in and start college on time. Highest possible recommendation for Abby and Easy Auto Ship!!

My vehicle was dead because key had been left in AUX position. Driver did not carry portable batter starter. Driver got stuck in mud with trailer blocking my driveway entrance/exit, so I had to miss work, and stuck truck made huge ruts in my turf. Trailer partially destroyed a tree. Driver spoke/understood little to no English. I ship many cars; this was worst experience by far.

I contracted to move a vehicle from Houston Tx. to up state New York and the service was excellent from start to finish even with the unfortunate truck break down along the way. Efficient and friendly staff topped by an excellent drivers who kept me informed throughout. I really cannot fault anyone involved. I would certainly recommend them to others based upon my experience.

Representative was helpful and didn’t pressure. Company don’t bait and switch and upheld agreement as promised. Vehicle arrived safely and on time. Driver was communicating with us the whole time. I would definitely use again.

Outstanding! Easy Auto Ship was able to arrange transport of our car from Florida to Virginia on less than 24 hours request (our original plans with another driver had fallen through because of a hurricane). Anthony and Debbie are awesome and put us in immediate contact with our new driver, Alex, who is great! Alex texted us an exact pickup time and met us to load the vehicle on his carrier. When he delivered the vehicle, he was very patient unloading as we had to jump the battery (car had not been driven in a while before pickup and battery had run down). Alex could not have been more gracious and is excellent at his job. We highly recommend Easy Auto Ship to arrange car transport.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the process of transporting a car from South Carolina to Brooklyn. The drivers did a fantastic job. The car arrived safely and promptly. The customer service and Chris Gullia at headquarters were very professional and supportive.

The service was terrible. My car was scheduled to arrive on a Saturday. In the evening when it had not arrived I contacted the dispatch person from the delivery service and got one run around after another. I then tried to contact Easy Auto because they advertise 24/7 availability. After sending several text with no answers I tried their phone number several times and again no answer. I will never use them again. Regarding Easy Auto Ship's reply. This was not the info Mary from the delivery company gave me. She said he had other cars to pick up after ours and that the traffic in DC was bad. She said nothing about brake problems.
