Yet I received order confirmation e-mailed.Called Friday 20Jun24, to hear: We have only the spark plugs, the rest of the parts are with vendors, will call to check…Asked the question if I am going to have them on Monday 24Jun24, no definitive answer!Called Tuesday 25Jun24 9:14 am to hear:I have to check will call back…And after 10 min - The vendor will get the filter on Friday, would you like to split the order?I gave the lady a choice to have my order refunded £63,32 or my parts (without the filter obviously) tomorrow-26Jun24.Her words were: you’ll get all but the filter tomorrow! 27Jun24.On Wednesday 27Jun24 16:23 called again to ask where my order/refund is,To hear the system has it recorded as posted Today, as it was too late to ship yesterday!?!?She was about to check with the person in charge…Heard nothing after!!!Monday 10 AM post delivery from DIYCarparts…Explained to the postman the situation he marked it as refused on the street! I got partial refund Tuesday 2n July. Summary, TimeWasters, far from professional and serve to customer pure lies even after they knew, they messed up!I will not recommend, No matter who sees what!

Yet another company that let's you order and pay for an item they say (sorry computer) is in stock only to be told its no longer in stock and then you have to wait days for a refund, no wonder this country is broken

During lockdown I had trouble starting my Kia Sportage when it was warm and realised that the clutch switch was sticking in. Tried to get a new one from Kia and they wanted £43 and for me to pick up over 10 miles away. Everywhere else was sold out for some reason. I saw an Lucas OEM part on Diycarserviceparts and used the chat to check it was correct. Not only was the part perfect, the guy there checked it was in stock and on the shelf. It was dispatched first class. Great service.

And going to put every effort to stop you scamming people. Shipping from UK by royal takes 3 to 7 working days not 10 to 31. You simply playing on time. Refund my money!
