Is discountflooringdepot.co.uk Legit?

I thought Choosing flooring was going to be difficult because there is so much choice, but when I contacted discount flooring they explained the differences simply giving the pros and cons and sending me the samples really helped. Great company I would highly recommend. Brian

Great flooring now i have compleated 2 rooms and the order for 3 more rooms has arrived. Easy to DIY you just need the kit. The team are agreat and help where needed and any issues resolved quickly so you are not held up.

Ordered some LVT , I have no issues with the quality it seems good. Just be aware all or a lot of their stock is in Ireland and the delivery date you are offered does not reflect this. I booked for Wed 27th Nov and took the day off to wait for delivery and it didn't arrive , apparently because its coming to the uk from Ireland , they must know they are offering unrealistic delivery dates . Just be aware the delivery is likely to take a week linger than the date you ask for .

Great experience from the beginning. I received a call to check in the products that I had left in my basket. This was good as I was given a remaining stock count and as I had recently lost out on flooring that I wanted but didn’t order in time which went out of stock, the call was appreciated. Delivery was on the agreed day and the flooring is great!

Great product at a great price. Issue with some of the flooring was quickly resolved. Would use again.

Avoid - I ordered my flooring, picked my delivery date and after paying got an email saying they didn’t actually have it in stock and it won’t be delivered for another month and a half. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund and they now just keep ignoring me and haven’t refunded the money. However the flooring is still available to buy on the website saying immediate delivery! Avoid at all costs.

Delivery was great, came very fast and the samples were very good size and came in brilliant condition.

So far it's been great, my samples arrived quickly and I received a follow up call to discuss and advised of possible further discounts. I'm just waiting to have the rewire finished off and then I'll be back in touch.

My urgent request was for 4 bundles of laminate flooring to complete my floor in time for a wedding party. My call was received with courtesy and urgency and my job was completed on time. I will be forever grateful for the way they dealt with my ( small) order

I'm so pleased I found this shop on the internet. We had found some laminate flooring in a local DIY store that we liked. Looking at the reviews and people's bad experiences with it, we decided to look elsewhere. Hence finding DFD. We chose the flooring and underlay and received free delivery. We wanted the tile effect on our floor so when these were delivered and were in fact individual click tiles I was well happy. Fitting them was fairly easy though I found I needed to use a hammer and piece of wood to them to fully click on place. You can hear the click and see the joint fully close when properly in place. Our kitchen floor looks superb.... Very happy with the end product.

Excellent customer service- I needed to add on one more pack of laminate and the team gave me a call back straight away with no issues, confirmed everything back to me date of delievery etc Delievery came- really helpful driver Flooring is a beautiful colour and texture just like the website states Will definitely be using this company again!

Prices were great compared to other companies and they have great promotional deals on. Sales team staff member I spoke with was really helpful and got everything ordered for me with the discount. Delivery arrived super fast (within 2 days) and the delivery man was also really lovely. All in all, great experience. Would use again and will recommend to everyone!
