I've been wearing hearing aids for forty years. Buying from Discount Daily Hearing was an amazing experience. They did everything exactly as they said they would and they did it timely and professionally.Not only that, they saved me over $3,000 versus my local provider on Phonak 90's.

The people that I have been involved with have been outstanding in their efforts to make the purchase of the excellent Widex hearing aids a good experience. I have been using lower cost hearing aids and moving up to the Widex is almost unbelievable in the quality difference. Buying from these good folks will not only improve your life but also save you a lot of money.

The hearing aids were delivered in great shape will more thing included than I expected.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I thought I gave them the right info on what size domes I use on my hearing aids, but they recognized that I gave them the wrong info by looking at the picture I sent them. They corrected me in a polite way, and made the correction and sent out the right ones. Very much appreciated. The items I ordered took a month to get here, but that is not their fault. Some kind of delay with USPS. Oh well. I did receive my items, and all is well. Thank you Discount Daily Hearing!

Phone personnel are always courteous and helpful. Hearing aids are top quality. Ordering online is simple.

The ordering process was really simple and there was a slight delay because the factory had to fabricate these. I received the wired receivers which were medium power and #2 in length. High power #3's and #4's were immediately sent and I used the #4 but power was muted. A technician was able to remotely program devices for maximum power. I also order a streamer for TV reception which works very well using the app. I could not be happier with these hearing aid and service provided.

Good, though not the cheapest. Good warranty, and excellent Human service. One of my receivers stopped working. I had a replacement less than a week after I called for service. Would buy again here? Yes. (I am in Costa Rica, AND neverthless got great service)

I ordered a hearing aid charger. It was the wrong item but I only discovered this after the item shipped. Before I received the item, I tried to cancel. These items are NOT returnable. I missed that message on the website...though it is there. (my fault). I disputed the transaction but my credit company was unsuccesful in getting Discount Daily to adjust its thinking on this. I did try to talk to customer service about this more than once. Discount Daily was not responsive. It did not even consider calling me back. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I recommend you think more than twice before using this firm.

My aids got water damaged (my fault entirely) and I needed repair or replacement. Initial (and subsequent) email communications from DDH were vague, usually one-liners and did not completely answer the specific questions asked in my emails. Shipment of replacement aids arrived in a flat mailing envelope that appeared to have been driven over by a forklift. After seeing the condition of the shipping envelope, I checked out the aids. I reported to DDH that the left aid was not working properly.. Based on the non-working aid and the condition of the packaging, I requested a refund. It was denied. After some time, the ConnexxAir arrived, missing the neck loop which wasn’t discovered until the programming call with Will. The neck loop was subsequently shipped, and received. On that first call with Will, it was determined that the left aid was not working properly (as I had previously reported). Curious because these were supposedly ‘refurbished’ aids. I packaged and sent the aids to Signia. The repaired aids arrived on 10/26. I received an email notification of that fact from DDH. I waited for a confirmation of a rescheduled programming appointment until 10/29 and then I initiated the contact to reschedule. The appointment was scheduled for 10/31. During the appointment, it was determined that I had received the wrong USB dongle in the ConnexxAir shipment. The correct dongle in being shipped and a third programming appointment is set. And the left aid battery door is still not right although it seems to turn on properly.I started this journey on September 3, 2024 and now it’s November 5, 2024 and I’m still not finished with the process as I am waiting on receipt of the correct USB dongle and reprogramming. In the meantime, I have not had the use of my hearing aids which, admittedly, I damaged initially. It has been one dilemma after another. I might add that when I originally bought the aids two years ago, I had an impressive experience.

Felt that the representative was very knowledgeable and gave me a very good price for my hearing aids. I had shopped around other hearing aid companies of the Internet and they had the lowest price. Also have gotten great service so far. I would highly recommend them.

This is the third time I have used Discount Daily Hearing. I had no problems whatsoever during the first 2 purchases. My last purchase had a few issues, but they were resolved once I contacted the company. The price of my Phonak hearing aids is way below what my audiologist quoted, so overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend Discount Daily Hearing.

Fulfilled my request for replacing a lost aid, took a bit longer than expected but the results were very good. Could always reach out for help, all people I associated with were more than helpful. Would reccomend to others for their needs.

I can't wait to get them!I went to A professional Audiologist and they quoted me twice the amount for a lesser pair (even with my insurance) of Phonak hearing aids, with even less support options.I encourage anyone to do their research before purchasing a set of hearing aids.
