The staff and their assistance are excellent. There are times when a drug is on backorder for a long time.If the order is for three drugs and one is on backorder then please send the two that are available. Tighter control you wousd be appraised as excellent. Thank you for your fine service!

I had 2 RX sent to this mail based prescriber. I used this service in 2024 for 8 months. They were both 90 day supplies. The price is great! The constant delays were terrible. Of the 6 orders, only 2 were completed before I ran out of medication. I called customer service a lot to complain and check on the orders. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. If the medication isn't backorder due to supply chain issues, the order will still take a few weeks to get through the pharmacy backlog and then the shipping backlog. I have to find somewhere else because the cheap prices aren't worth the hassle and late fulfillment. 4 times I paid a premium to have a RX fulfilled with my local pharmacy. This discount provider just isn't worth your business.

For two years, I have ordered my medication through DiRX. Initially, I chose DiRX because they offered the lowest price for my prescription. Over the years, their excellent service has made me a happy customer. When calling, it's fast and easy to be connected to a helpful customer service PERSON. They have helped me make orders, change shipping information or investigate any billing. I highly recommend DiRX.

Very surprised at the savings & value. Customer service responded in quick time with answers to questions. Quick process to transfer scripts. Only snag was scripts were filled to a smaller amount than ordered.Savings were appropriately 45% less than insurance adjustment. Happy camper.

Set up of my account was very easy and straightforward. Moving my prescription was hassle free and the prices are fantastic. I’m saving so much money by using DiRx. I would highly recommend this online pharmacy!

A few years of good service then boom, my prescription was cancelled within a few days of the next shipment, leaving me in the lurch. So called "supply issues". Luckily my doctor is also a close friend from school and I got help quickly. He suggested to try Amazon Pharmacy and switched my script. I had my meds the next day with no shipping and they offer a 6-month supply along with 30 and 90-day! I notice DiRx does not respond do poor reviews here, only the good ones.

Just signed up for DiRx recently after going on to Medicare. My first ordered I had my doctor switch my prescriptions to DiRx. Logged onto DiRx, ordered, and it was processed quickly. I received then in a short amount of time. Was very impressed and thankful. Was very seamless going from my previous prescription provider to DiRx.

First experience with DIRX:Setup my acct. and placed my order on line, VERY easy. But had to call after 1 week since I did not get email notifying id shipment. Apparently 1 medication was on back order. It was the 1 prescription that is imperative I take and was almost out. Cancelled that medication had to have Dr send to new pharmacy. The other medication was shipped and received in 2 days, perfect. My only issue is not all meds are created equal and the company should know that. A notification of back ordered meds should be sent with an expected in stock/ship date. I will retain the local pharmacy for critical meds going forward. Others can stay with DIRX.

My insurance changed and my monthly meds went from $0-$35 for 3 months to over $90 for 90 pills, there was no way I could afford that. Without insurance at the pharmacy, meds were over $350. DiRx sells the exact same pills for $20, they show up in the mail without me having to think about them or go anywhere. So, so helpful and I'm so glad I found them.

Considering that your pharmacy is one of the smaller ones that get meds a little later than the larger companies, you did great! I will continue to use your mail order. Thank you for keeping the prices low!

After writing a review last week. I wanted to give an update. We were charged 3 times for my husband’s medication. January 19th, February 1st and 2nd. We recieved one of the $101.37 back and dirx said the one on the 2nd didn’t go into their account I had to dispute the charge and we recieved the 2nd back yesterday. So everything is good now. Thank you

I have been a customer of Dirx for about a year and purchased the annual membership Plan. Everything was going great until about April of this year. My prescriptions started showing as pending because they weren't in stock. By email they would apologize that they were late and said if I need the prescription now I should get it filled at a local pharmacy which I did but of course that cost me. So much for the membership Plan. Now today I was told the membership Plan is being discontinued. I'm assuming they got overwhelmed with customers and maybe lost money. So now I'm going to use Walmart for some of the prescriptions that are $10 and $24 for 90 days. Walmart has a list online as to which prescriptions they offer at this lower cost. For my other prescriptions I'm using the GoodRx gold card at Rite Aid. I'll actually be saving a few dollars a year but just won't be able to have the prescriptions delivered by mail.

I thought the Annual Membership was a good value when I signed up in 12/23 but filling my Rx's for the first few months was always difficult and required several calls to both DiRx and my doctor. The anxiety created by this process was stressful because these are maintenance medicines that I need to take on a daily basis. My last two refills were "on order" for more than a month due to "supply issues" then were "cancelled" by DiRx (done by e-mail this morning with a lawyerly written general "apology") . The reason why I give two stars instead of one star is the medicine when it comes is nicely packaged and of good quality. If DiRx takes a more active role and fills my Rx's or provides a refund for half of my annual Membership, I will revise my review.

Spotty reliability - which is not good when it comes to medications. My 90 day auto refill is delayed for 1 - 2 weeks since they are out stock and it is on back order - good job it’s a statin and not life saving medication! Surely they project needs based on auto-refill information (e.g. dates) and proactively ensure continuity rather than wait til the 90th day to find out “doh we don’t have any of that”!

There were a few order issues which Customer Service solved promptly• 7-10 day turnaround for Order when Medical Provider sent prescriptions to DiRx• Some small problems w online ordering process. DiRx Customer Service explained they are a ne company improving their order system They recommend using Internet Explorer which is not available for Mac OS

My first encounter was not as positive as my second encounter. But I think there has been a change in policy that is allowing the customer service people to give estimated dates of when a product will be back in stock. The first call I was told a product was out of stock and they did not have an ETA. Today, they were able to give me an ETA and that is very helpful.

Great service. Even contacted my doctor to get a prescription refill, then sent it out the next day. All thi during a rush Holiday time. Thanks Dirx

My pharmacy closed and I didn't know where to go with my RX's. Good RX had this company mentioned on the bottom of their list so I tried DIRX. I love their service and how I can always speak to a real person if I have any questions. Personally I would give them a 10 if I could.

I like mail order service and I was very pleased at your pricing. There was a problem with you obtaining the medication initially, but I didn't run out so all is well.
