Is directlinecruises.com Legit?

The price was significantly lower than the rest of the adversaries. The service was terrific as well. Isn't that what it's all about the best price and the best service. They were offering on board credits as well which was very complimentary. I want to book future bookings as well with this lower scheduled pricing. Thank you.

The agents are very helpful and friendly. I feel that they offer the best deals and added extra perks as well, plus they don’t charge a fee either like a lot of the others. Their website is so easy and friendly to navigate. I always go to Direct Line Cruises any time we get that cruising feeling.

I have used Direct Line Cruises a couple of times. Their prices are comparable to all others but offer better credit deals and have package deals that are combined at the same time as signing up. See your total package at once. Only drawback I have experienced is logging into website. Could use improvement. Have to try a few times before activating. Once signed up they keep you up to date with emails.

Called to request a rate adjustment because the cost of a future cruise that we booked last March had gone down. Apparently, the cruiseline had failed to transfer our cruise reservation to Direct Line. Patrice, the agent that I was speaking with, was able to contact the cruise line, transfer the booking, and able to obtain the lower rate as I asked. It tooks nearly 25 minutes of her time, as she worked with the cruiseline to make it happen. Through it all she was friendly and kept me upto date as she had to place me on hold several times. Really appreciated her efforts.

Everything was good except when the price of the cruise went down travel agent wouldn't work with us to get the lower price said it was too much work. Isn't that the travel agents job?

We had a issue with a scam. We were booked and had to be rebooked due to a scam asking for 750.00 in Island taxes. We worked with DLS they fixed with a new reservation #. I also got called back the scanner and got my 750.00 back. Or I was going to dispute the charge.
