Hemos tenido la gran suerte de que íbamos mi pareja y yo, los dos solos con el guía, por lo que no teníamos que esperar ni colas, ni a gente( que en los grupos, ya se sabe, siempre hay quien se demora más de la cuenta) Los hoteles muy buenos y los restaurantes a los que nos llevaban también, aunque realmente es lo que habíamos contratado. Pero voy ha hablaros de los guías, en primer lugar, aunque en el programa ponía que a la llegada teníamos el traslado sin guía, lo tuvimos, HAI muy simpático, y hablaba bastante bien el español. Pero al día siguiente no vino él, nos acompañó LONG, bueno, este guía tenía un nivel inferior de nuestro idioma, pero nos arreglamos bien, la comunicación digamos que fué "correcta".En el junco, estuvimos con más españoles y aunque en el barco no había guía en nuestro idioma, con el poco inglés de mi marido nos arreglamos bien.Nuestra TOTAL DECEPCION fué al llegar a Hoi An, nuestro guía fué THO, ni nos entendía bien, ni nosotros a él, y estuvimos con él 4 días, los 2 días de Hoi An y los 2 de Hué. Le pregunté donde había aprendido el español y me dijo que en Youtube, en serio? Eso es de chiste (no entiendo como la agencia pone a hacer ese trabajo a alguien que no supera un mínimo de conocimiento del idioma ) Callejeando por el casco antiguo, coincidimos con los españoles del junco y nos comentaron que, a la tarde iban a hacer una excursión opcional al Puente de las Manos, yo tenía ganas de verlo y le pregunté a Tho si él nos llevaba (pagando a parte )y dijo que no, como teníamos la tarde libre nos apuntamos para ir con los del Junco, que previamente nos dijeron que su guía nos aceptaba, un chico majísimo, con una fluidez en el habla envidiable.Por cierto el Puente de las Manos, está en un Parque Temático que se llama "SUN WORLD" BA NA HILLS, es espectacularCon nuestro guía, ya que su nivel de español era tan bajo, intentamos comunicarnos en inglés pero, o bien no sabía o no quería, porque solo nos chapurreaba español, así que la mayoría del tiempo, teníamos que imaginar lo que nos quería decir. En el programa te indican que te tienen que proporcionar botella de agua diaria, pues nos la daba a temperatura ambiente, con el calor que hacía apetece que sea fría, por lo que no la cogíamos, al tercer día el chofer se aplicó en traer una nevera portátil y además en su tlfn tenía una aplicación de traductor, con lo que nos comunicamos mejor con el chófer que con el guía, el remate fue un día que haciendo una visita, mi marido fué a una máquina a sacar agua fresca, metió un billete de 100000D, el agua costaba 15000D y la máquina no nos devolvía los 85000D que sobraban, le llamamos al guía, y no fué capaz de resolver ese simple problema, nos ayudó una turista china. No nos queríamos ni imaginar, si el problema hubiera sido mayor lo que hubiera pasado. En Saigon, el guía fué NAM que a pesar de que nos dijo que vivió 20 años en Cuba y 6 en Panamá, tampoco es que tuviera un español muy fluido, pero tengo que reconocer que nos entendimos bien y no hubo problemas . Y en Camboya nuestro guía fué HAN, este chico una verdadera maravilla, se le entendía perfectamente, en todo momento estuvo pendiente de hacer nuestras vacaciones super agradables, con él, además de entender perfectamente las explicaciones, se podía hablar de otros temas, nos orientaba a que lugares ir en nuestro tiempo libre, se ofrecía para sacarnos fotos( y lo hace realmente bien ). Totalmente recomendable, y el chófer ( creo recordar, que se llama Jouan, o algo parecido) también, aunque éste último no hablaba nada de español, nos proporcionaba agua fresca y unas toallitas húmedas y frías, que después de caminar y sudar en las excursiones se agradecen enormemente. Resumiendo, el viaje estupendo, esceptuando el guía THO, yo recomendaría, que para futuras visitas de españoles se abstengan de adjudicarlo o seguro tendrán más quejas.Ah y también recalcar que en el programa ponía que el primer día había dos excursiones opcionales, teníamos pensado hacer una, pero no nos las ofrecieron, le comentamos al guía y lo que hizo fué darnos un mapa y decirnos por donde podíamos callejear. Y en Saigon, tampoco nos ofrecieron la visita opcional de los túneles.
