She helped to identify exactly what I wanted and promised a delivery within a few days which was fully acceptable. I received the product and it is now installed and working.

Communication was outstanding. Liz from the CareTeam was very helpful when my physician's office just couldn't get with the program after repeated fax, phone and MyChart requests from both DHM and me. (Dr's office never did fax the script back, so I had to go pick it up and email it myself.) Am tickled that I am getting such a good deal on a new AirSense11, as well.

CS email me within an hour to confirm I got the specific tubing for Air mini (I only order the machine as I've been using Air mini for years and got all the accessories). I started off with an on-line chat with "Nate" about shipping a battery I wanted to purchase, to an alternate address in Florida, other than my home. "Nate" said the battery would take 5-8 business days, but suggested I call to arrange shipping. I called on a Tuesday about quitting time. I spoke to a very nice woman, she verified the Florida address and told me the battery can only be shipped"ground" at no extra cost. I needed the battery by 3days preferred, but they didn't have any other options except 5-8 days for delivery. My battery arrived 3 days later on, Friday the day I was arriving at my Florida destination. The woman must have heard the panic in my voice. That battery never stopped moving from New Hampshire to Tampa Florida!!
