Maybe the quality of Pyramis products is very bad and they know this, avoiding any other problems! Anyway, for the future, I will avoid Pyramis products and Diogenis store, because after they take the money you have no other support from their part ! This is how they respect the customer !Anyway,with their attitude they helped me,because I don't want to hear anymore about Pyramis bad products!
