Absolutely worst place to order from. Their customer service does not answer. I ordered carpet on 4th of August 2021, and still didn't receive it - over 3 months of waiting, so far. I asked in writing for money back, since it is just an outrageous situation, but of course didn't hear back (or got my money). Too bad I didn't check trust pilot about them ☹️

We ordered floor tiles to our new kitchen, but changed our mind and therefore cancelled our order 2 days after having made it. Unfortunately it was too late, Din Tæppe kæde had already taken our money from my account. When writing with Nicolaj by email, he very kindly promised us to transfer back our money. When this didn't happen I asked again and this time he told me that they had already been transferred, which they have not! I asked for a receipt of the transfer and never heard back from him. I have tried calling and writing the company, but no one is answering. Their business ethics at Din Tæppe kæde is none excising and I would strongly encourage anyone to do their business somewhere else!

Same as the other reviews. It is a scam, they withdraw the money but never deliver the product. I have started a criminal case against the owner.

I wish I had gone on Truspilot before ordering from them. I ordered something which didn't fit, so sent it back immediately, and asked for a return/reimbursement, which I've never gotten. This was 2 months ago. They don't respond to my e-mails. Really don't know if I'll ever get my money back :(

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I made an order for some FORBO products. I received the order too late, but have never managed to get the invoice, which I need for my company. Telephone do not respond, mail neither. I contacted FORBO who told me that they get a lot of complaints concerning www.dintæppekæde.dk and that many customers do not even receive the products, - I was lucky to receive the goods! FORBO do not collaborate with Dintæppekæde and do not know from where they get their products.

Ordered two items from them, didn't receive any order confirmation, so I can't even refer to which order number. Can't get in touch with them until now. The website says 1-2 days delivery time but it's been 2 weeks. At this point I'm not sure I will even receive my items. Overall really bad service, DO NOT order from them.

this company has no idea where your order is in the world.When you ask where your order is, they will send you the invoice.When asked about delivery information, the answer is always "we check it now"When you ask them to cancel the order, they also check just that.30 days late and 14 days after cancellation, the order was delivered.

We bought two benchtops from this company, which came 5 weeks later (we were promised 14-21 business days) in the WRONG lengths - both 10cm too short. We tried to get through to them through phone and email multiple times and could not get through. We have tried to reach them nearly daily over the last few weeks. We got through once and they said they would work it out and get back to us by the end of the day. They never did. HIGHLY advice against these thieves.

When I phone, between 10:00 -12:00 as on their website I always get an answering machine.When you e-mail they do not answer.When your write a sms no answer.The product arrived fine but we asked as expected for a Bill/Faktura, as expected but has not arrived.
