Is dietdoctor.com Legit?

Changed to 5 stars. As I had emailed Diet Doctor and they got back to me within a few hours and refunded my money.Good communication and very happy they refunded my money. Signed up for the free trial but didn’t use the app. No notification of the free trial coming to an end and payment would be taken. Only an email thanking me for my payment and next payment in a years time. As they automatically sign you up for payment to come out the next year. I did check my Apple subscription a few times to cancel but no information there about subscription so though it would be okay. Only found out with the email when payment was taken that it was through PayPal. Too late to cancel it, but managed to cancel the renewal. Wont hold my breath for a refund.

Charged me $119.00 USD through my Pay Pal. I remember cancelling the request of my Free Trail, God Knows what happened it never went through. Did not use their service even for a single day in the 30 day trial period. Suddenly I received this email that keep enjoying welcome onboard and they charged me 119 USD. I am amazed how they operate. Shouldnt they first send a reminder about renewal ? What a process ? Failing your customers and innocent people. They call it Customer Failure instead of Customer Success keep away from them never start a free trial. Robbery going on.

I only wanted to try it out for a year. They will set it up to auto renew without your knowledge. They will not send an email that its coming up and they will take the money from your account so you do not have the chance to cancel. When you ask for a refund they say its their policy not to refund. It should be optional to auto renew and not forced on the customer! Its all sneaky and a way to pocket your money! From the other reviews its a habit of theirs and they have the pat script they send you that you will not get a refund. Awful company!!!!!

I am amending my one star review to five stars because this company responded promptly to my request for a refund. I do find it puzzling that I have no record of any communications with them prior to their announcement that they billed me for 119 dollars, but since they refunded my money so easily and promptly I will cut them some slack. Thank you Trustpilot for being a venue in which customers can vent their aggravation as well as sing the praises of companies doing a great job! You are the conscience of online marketers everywhere ; )

I'm always cautious about companies that offer free trials but ask for your details, as this is a way to easily get a first payment when the person likely forgets to cancel in time.I enjoyed my trial, but it wasn't right for me currently, so I canceled and asked for my account to be closed, to which they replied and said they would.Since they have attempted multiple times to charge me $119, it's been a week since my account was closed, and they have just tried again today.Always use virtual cards when signing up for trials, as companies like this won't honor the cancellation.

I have been a member for 3 years, but in 2024 your updated website locks me out after logging in whenever I try to access my favourite recipes, videos and other features I used to use. Your Customer Service team is unable to find the cause. So I have been paying for services which are blocked for months. I have changed passwords, cleaned my web history etc as suggested, but nothing works....................................................................................Following on from the reply from dietdoctor.co, I have been waiting for several months for the Customer Service person, Piotr Sabaranski, has tried to solve the problem back in July, but nothing changed and there is no forthcoming help. Since I have lacked access to the members' features since then, I want a refund of 50% the $99 paid in 2/2 2024. I also want to cancel the automatic payment order and stop my subscription since the website is useless to me now.

Fantastic diabetic guidance with advice that actually makes a difference and works.I started in mid June 2023 with a Hba1c of 89mmol/mol. Keto, intermitterernt fasting along with increased activity (5-7 miles a day) and end August 2023 my Hba1c has dropped to 50 mmol/mol. Thats only 10 weeks!!Incredible results and very honest / transparent. Look forward to my next test which should put me completely out of the diabletic range if I continure as is.

I set up a subscription, it gave me a meal plan, then the subscription seemed to dissappear; I lost my meal plan made even worse because i based my food shop on it. I emailed diet doctor 4 days ago and the '1 to 3' days they stated it would take to reply has lapsed. Ive deleted my account to try and start it again yet im still receiving emails from diet doctor and still 'exist' on their system. There's a serious glitch in the system.

I love Diet Doctor! Easy-to-follow meal plans and recipes. My health has improved and my doctor has approved my weaning off blood pressure medication. My triglycerides and blood glucose are awesome and I feel so healthy! Brilliant, well-written articles and all the information you will ever need to change your life for the better. Well worth my monthly subscription.

Diet Doctor is amazing! A content-rich site, I am always able to find information about living keto, becoming more healthy, and intermittent fasting. But my primary reason for using Diet Doctor each and every day is the recipes! They are all tried and true. Very flavorful and easy. They are generally under an hour to prepare, start to finish, and when I serve these meals, they look professionally prepared. More importantly, my family LOVES them. Thank you, Diet Doctor! I have been charged £98.03 on the 12 of April on looking at my paypal statement you have set another payment for the following month of the same amount and going forward monthly from then. Can you please refund the payment you took less the normal monthly charge of £7.14 after reading the reviews this seems to be an common recurrence.

Another case of being charged without consentI just sent a message to this company because I also got charged for a subscription without signing up for one. Even when I try to log in it doesn't recognize my email so I can't access the site to cancel or even see the information.

Fantastic site. Full of great information and wide range of recipes to support a keto or low-carb lifestyle. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes last year and this site has been instrumental in helping me lose 2 stone and bring my A1c down from 93 to 38 mmol/mol in just three months.

I never subscribed to this service/website etc. They have charged me over $100 - actually, they charged my husband's credit card. I have reached out for a full refund and immediate cancellation. I never even received any type of welcome email or anything which would have been received had I ever signed up for anything. I will report to the BBB if necessary.

This site never fails to provide trustworthy and easily understood information. If I read it on Diet Doctor I know it's true ! All my low carbohydrate questions are answered here and I have never felt abandoned by their experts. It's my go to source of reliable help.
