I placed an order they said it was delivered but I never received it. Reached out to the customer service by email. They said they apologize and they will send a replacement order. According to customer service the replacement order was shipped a couple days later it said it was delivered but once again I never received it. Definitely a SCAM

SCAMThis is a scam. It took almost 2 months since i placed an order and it's said delivered and i NEVER reveived anything. I reached customer services by email and they said the package will be send again and NEVER received anything. THIS IS A SCAM. BE AWARE PEOPLE.

Order items through a sale on Facebook from Fashionnova but it was the dictair site. Item shipped late and once made it to my state it was marked as delivered. Never received item and company will not tell me with the delivery carrier is. Very upset these were graduation gifts for friends.

This company is a scam!! I never received my products. Did a flash sale on face book as Fashion Nova and found out it was this company. First said order was shipped. Never received. No customer service #. Then sent emails auto generated. Then said they resend products. Never received those either. I doubt I'll get money back either !! Originally ordered March 1st as of April still nothing.
