I ordered earrings from Diblu New Zealand on September 8th. My credit card was charged and payment went through to Diblu New Zealand on September 10th. Diblu New Zealand said my order would be delivered between September 18 and October 3rd. When it didn't turn up I sent an email asking "where is my order?" They said it will be delivered October 3rd to October 18th. The email appeared to come from a Spanish speaking country - not New Zealand. I keep checking the tracking email but it appears my delivery has stalled. I am afraid I have been scammed. This is the first and last time I will buy anything from a Facebook advertisement.
I am extremely nervous regarding Diblu JewelleryNZ . I ordered an item early September and it has not arrived. The tracking number I was given is not valid. I have given them a 'blast' to try and get some re-action but to no avail. I am allowing for late delivery but why can they not reply. They were very quick in taking my money. I feel that DIBLU JEWELLERY IS A DEFINITE 'SCAM' - for anyone reading my comments tread very carefully or not at all.

Diblu New Zealand promoted themselves as hand made New Zealand artisan earrings. They also said they were closing down and that the jewellery was discounted by 75%. The jewellery arrived in Ali express packaging was cheap and by no means hand made.
I ordered and paid for earrings, which when they arrived were not of the quality that they appeared to be from the original photo. I also paid extra for a surprise gift, which was a ring and a pair of earrings that when they arrived, one front of an earring was missing, (not even in the package, so it was not like it had fallen off in transit) and they were so junky, that I wouldn’t even classify them to be even good enough to put in a Christmas cracker! I have e-mailed the company so many times asking for a replacement, even sending a photo of the broken earring, and they e-mail back saying that that they are looking at my complaint and will get back to me, but they never do! I have learnt my lesson with this one, and I will be very wary of advertisements for businesses on Facebook from now on. Anybody reading this, please heed all the warnings from all the other scammed customers here. I only found out (quite by accident tonight) about this scam detector site. I’ll certainly be checking out any other company’s in the future, that I have not heard of before…
I stupidly ordered off this website via facebook and have been scammed. My parcels keep getting returned to sender - numerous emails do nothing. They have a load of fake reviews too. I have cancelled my card so they cannot extract any further monies. Lesson is learned
The earrings I bought from Diblu are absolute rubbish. I feel ripped off. Flimsy and nothing like the photos. They claimed to be closing down but obviously that's a lie as they are still very much in business. Cheap and nasty products and I feel very foolish for believing the photos. Total scam.
I have ordered earrings from Diblu NZ, advertised as NZ hand-crafted silver, and 75% off due to a closing-down sale. The jewellery arrived, and is cheap mass-produced metal in silver colour of absolutely no quality. One pair was advertised as reduced from NZD$160 to NZD$39.95. After the jewellery arrived in Ali Express packaging, I found that the same earrings are sold for NZD$2.46 (incl shipping) on Ali Express. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee on their website. In their Return Policy they contradict that returns must be made within 14 days. The email address on the website (US) has no domain. The NZ website responds with an automated ticket number that is never answered. The rating of this company should be reviewed to reflect their fraudulent behaviour.
Thank you for your review Lucy - I've had exactly the same experience. Such pretty pictures - but such poor quality products. Out of the six pairs that I bought, only one is actually wearable. Metal the bends and snaps, or hooks so thick that the can't fit through a normal piercing... I could go on. You've spared me from trying to get a refund, it's clearly a waste of time. I'm now wondering if this website itself actually reads and factors in the reviews which people contribute - they're all the same, and yet Diblu is not being called a scam by scam detector. I don't get it!
I ordered in November and they still havent arrived. Dozens of emails sent - some are answered with 'we are waiting to hear from our Warehouse'. Websites on facebook are not to be trusted!
