Is diamonds-usa.com Legit?

I've been using Diamonds USA for 20 years. Love the product and the service but this time was disappointed that products shown didn't include VAT. It must be possible to do that at least before checkout, rather than get a shock when Fed Ex ask you for 20% more before delivering! It's just put a dampener on the buying experience but I'm sure they'll get it altered.

I had never purchased from this site, but was pleasantly surprised of the quality, customer service and price of the Diamond I purchased, my first Man Made real Diamond. It's outstanding in my opinion and will purchase others, I am sure!

I ordered a tennis bracelet at a great price and it exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect wedding anniversary gift. My wife had no idea how I could afford such a bracelet snd of course I didn’t tell her how much it actually cost. The service from David and his team was exceptional. I set them an impossible delivery target and they beat it by 3 days.

At least I could buy my diamond, but I didn’t like the diamond I bought was not available so the seller offered me a bigger one for the same price.But these promise didn’t happen, the seller just offer a smaller one for same price, and says plenty for him was the same… obviously not.The shipping was very fast

When I bought my original engagement ring the owner and his son worked all night on my ring to get it to me on type so I could present it at a special event! They are wonderful people to work with!

Excellent communication Efficient back and forth for a custom design. 20 plus emails in 4 days.Great design knowledge, executed exactly what I wanted.Cheapest prices online for loose diamonds. I looked at all the sites and compared the specific diamond that I wanted.Transparent pricing- gram weight, diamond clarity and cut for melee diamonds in ring setting design were stated without me having to ask. Very friendly communication. Dealt with my crazy request for a short turnaround time and moved at lightning speed to make it happen. I have bought many (my husband would say too many) diamonds and rings and earrings online. I have had half a dozen different vendors and jewelers make custom designs for me. 'Ron' was by far the most efficient, clear, and intuitive I have ever worked with. I emailed with a vague request to merge 2 different design elements from their range of settings and he wrote back with a photoshop of exactly what I had in mind. Within a couple hours of my email! Bottom line. Thank you Ron for putting up with my intense and neurotic requirements. I will be back for my next purchase.

I had an awful experience with this company. I bought a diamond I didn't like, so I sent it back to them, where the nightmare began. It's been more than 30 days without my money being returned, and they are blaming their bank in Israel. I do not recommend buying them

It took longer than anticipated for delivery about 3.5 weeks vise 2 weeks but they were responsive to inquiries and the product was 100% as advertised. I would still order again but plan for a full month for delivery.
