Is diablocosmetics.com Legit?

As often happens with carriers, my package arrived a bit weathered. However, as soon as I contacted the Diablo Customer Service team, they immediately took action to make things right and resolve the issue. I also tried the kit yesterday, and my eyelashes have never looked better! I’m very happy with both my purchase and the Diablo team.

I got the serum and the lash kit. The serum didn't work. I was applying it for 2 months in the morning and before I went to bed and they didnt grow or get thicker😢 I also got a lash kit wich I couldn't use on myself because they didn't grow. I used it then for two of my friends and for one it worked and for one it didn't. When I wrote them there was no reply.

Taking a very very long time to ship. I ordered on 11/4 and tracking status shows it hasn't shipped and it's 11/11, a week later. I can only email - no phone # to call and ask what's up. Very frustrating.

I bought two products from this company and discovered on receipt of goods that I had ordered the wrong products in error. Contacted the company and Imran contacted me by return giving me detailed instructions on what was req'd to return the goods and within a few hours of informing him of my tracking details I rec'd an email telling me that a full refund had been issued to me. It was an honest mistake on my part but the service I rec'd was excellent - otherwise all products brought previous from this company are terrific value.

I really like this lash lift product. It is designed for our convenience. It comes in individually little sachet and says instructions and numbers on it to save our time. I have been using this product for almost 5 years at my spa and always get beautiful results and appreciation from my clients. Definitely recommended to all the esthetician out their.

I was very hesitant when I ordered this product, I had use several lash serums previously. Even very high ended ones. And they always made my eyelids red and irritated my eyes. They all worked, made my lashes grow. But they made the area around my eyes very red and irritable.This is the first product I’ve ever used that’s extremely affordable, and does not change the color of my irises or make my eyelids red. It also doesn’t make my eyelashes uneven or too long in some areas and short in others. It works better than any of the other products I’ve used. I was skeptical to order again but… Here I am ordering another bottle .

From the star I wasn't sure or this product will be good or it's just advertised to much and I wasn'tsure that the item will do the job. But I order it and you know I am very happy with tge results,it is really does the job. Eyelashes was lifted very well. For beginner it will takes around 30min for one eye to do. Just one small issue was preparing eye pad to put it on because it was sticking not very well,it taken much time to put pad well and stick eyelashen on him,but apart that I am very satisfied with product. I ordered my second box again.

I order a product and never received it. I contacted the company and spoke via email with Imran. He was very nice and reassured me that he would send a replacement or I could have a refund. I opted for replacement and he said he would send it asap. I received it within a few days and I’m in the process of trying it. All in all my experience with this company was great, I would recommend them. Thank you Imran for your prompt attention and service.

I made a complaint that was promptly and courteously dealt with. I have only just begun using the product, after receiving a replacement wand of the eyelash serum, but will certainly evaluate it once it has had time to be effective. In the meantime, I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service response.

Yes it works! It took a while. I’m 71 and my lashes were sparse but they are definitely better now. Just reordered. 👌🏻😃

This is my third time buying Diablo Lash Serum and the reasons for my repeat purchase is the lack of irritation to my eyelids compared to other lash serums and the effective of the product in terms of consistent lash grow. The only reason I haven’t given five stars is due to the slow delivery which has taken about 10 days each time I order. Just means I need to be more organised though when I order…but that’s on me!

Customer Service 5/5!I've made an order with Diablo Cosmetics and unfortunately my lash serum bottle was empty, no product whatsoever. I contacted the customer service right away, and they gave me a same day response. They offered to resend my lash serum and made an apology about the mistake, which happens.Later i've received my new lash serum bottle, now full and ready to use!I can't appreciate enough they're fast response and care for their costumers. A special thanks to Imran of costumer service!

This product actually works. I had very short eyelashes and since using Diablo Eyelash Serum, I can now see my eyelashes without having to apply mascara. It does not make my eyes dark as did another product I used in the past. Have now ordered my second bottle and will continue to use. Easy to apply and great results. Thank you.

Placed my first order of Eyelash serum the start of September, with every intention of this being my new "go to" serum. Unfortunately even the initial delivery took longer than expected, clearly not in the UK as they promote. Then when the order arrived, it smelled of rotten eggs. I put in a complaint and received a quick response and an apology. I was assured that a replacement would be sent out and that I'd receive my tracking for the replacement soon. It's been nearly 2 weeks and still nothing. Company is no good, and clearly promising more than it can deliver. I have buyers remorse and wish I hadn't took a chance on this one.
