Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between dhlparcel.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of dhlparcel.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of dhlparcel.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. dhlparcel.co.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Our usual DHL driver is great, friendly and courteous and helpful, so just thought I'd say that. If nothing goes wrong and you have a good driver then all good. However if something goes wrong and your delivery shows "at our depot" when it should be on a van for delivery then trying so sort anything out with DHL is a nightmare. They have a phone number but this is automated and only tells you what you can see on the app. An appalling service when it is most needed, whoever runs the customer service department for DHL should be ashamed of themselves as they bury their heads in the sand to avoid discussion when problems have occurred. Rubbish customer service..
How this company are allowed to operate and why business' insist on using them, I'll never know.Parcel due to be delivered Wednesday, I was contacted Monday to tell me. Tuesday morning at 9.33am I get a message saying my parcel was out for deliver today between 12.45-14.45. 11.14am my parcel was attempted to deliver. I changed my day to today as I don't work Fridays. Still awaiting a delivery I was due to receive between 10.00-12.00 😂 absolute joke of a company.
Wouldn’t trust these cowboys to deliver a pizza never mind anything that you need on time, let down constantly with this company, last farce delivery was due latest 8pm having been at there hub since early morning and surprise suprise 8pm comes and goes then a message saying they’ll now deliver on the 26th in 5 days time !!, you really are the worst courier company out there.Tracking Ref60120178353438
It had a guaranteed delivery date for Monday 19th August - it was for a case of wine that was required for dinner that evening and needed to chill a couple of bottles too! She had a delivery slot of between 1pm and 2pm - absolutely perfect! However 2pm came and went. There were no updates with regards to the delivery time except for that it was running late…….how late? Was the delivery even going to turn up on the day stated? There was a distinct lack of communication.Eventually the delivery arrived around 4pm ish, no word of an apology from the delivery driver. My mother later received confirmation that the delivery had arrived at midday! Absolute shambles
My parcel was delivered safely on time. The courier was friendly and helpful as they usually are.One of the best courier services.
Atrocious company. Can't believe that one person at the depot can pick and choose who he wants to deliver to. Last parcel received 20 emails of apology on lack of delivery. Avoid at all costs, certainly if you live in Dartmouth on Devon
* one star as there’s no option for zero. I could have walked the distance between sender and delivery address a day ago, but DHL seem unable to drive that fast. The app is atrocious, customer service nonexistent, pre-recorded messages on the phone lines that work, or incorrect phone numbers on the website. It’s a shambles, an absolute disgrace, orders on 48hr delivery are still driving around, goodness knows where, FIVE DAYS later. The emails received are complete lies “WE'RE ON OUR WAYYour parcel from DHL Parcel is with your DHL eCommerce UK driver for delivery today to your local ServicePoint.”Absolute rubbish, you’ve told me that twice already and it’s still not arrived. Oh, and Delivery Point selected as I didn’t wish to waste three days waiting for you to not turn up - the Delivery Point is open 07:00 until 21:00 daily. DHL, you make me 🤮🤮
Appalling service - deliberately lie so that the sender does not seek compensation for failure of service. Facts - out for delivery. Stated that I was 75th stop. On 74th stop the tracking went dead and nothing happened for several hours. Of course delivery window came and gone and later that evening they add 'calling card left as we called and no one was available. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THIS DECEIT. I have 24 hour video recording at and around my property - ACTUAL EVIDENCE - irrefutable evidence! Would you like to see that days recordings? Very happy to send it to you. Of course you don't want to see it - because YOU know you were NEVER there! You're not the only courier to use such deceit - all with the aim of telling your customer you fulfilled your obligations - so they can't seek compensation - it's disgusting practice and I will highlight it when it happens. My reputation is impeccable - clearly from the feedback here - your's is a disgrace. For once try honesty - ' sorry we ran out of time - we will try again tomorrow. You may get annoyed customers but at least you can't be labelled dishonest conmen
I ordered an item with a Monday delivery. It’s now Wednesday and the tracking just keeps reading delayed. I contacted Customer Service and got a response from Donna Gillies who said the parcel had been scanned but not loaded so hopefully someone will load it sometime. I emailed her back but she didn’t respond. Maybe the response is also delayed. If I see a company used DHL it puts me off ordering as there are always problems. Also they don’t use safe space so you have to be in to receive it.
Ordered from Cleanstore on Friday, got a text from DHL Saturday morning with a delivery slot & was delivered on time by a friendly driver. Thanks
We have 24/7 on site concierge but the driver decided to bring my parcels to a shop that isn't even close to my place. Don't know what to say. Update:Customer service sorted it out, I got the parcels next day. Thanks a lot!
I would give no stars if I could, 1st time said tried to deliver, rang doorbell and left card, caught them on camera driving by and not stopping, tried to complain but was a complete waste of time.Told them we don't have a doorbell, and no card, also offered to send camera footage.Much the same the next time, claimed tried to deliver, but this time no van from DHL, companys need to stop using them
Very frustrating company. I ordered an express delivery for Tuesday and it's still delayed at the Leeds delivery depot at 4pm on Wednesday.I cannot speak to a human, the watsapp link doesn't supply any extra information other than delayed. This is a childrens birthday gift for Sunday and I have no way of finding out if the parcel is damaged and undeliverable. Next time I will definitely choose another delivery service.
I will never recommend not even my enemies to use DHL .The services are awful .Their drivers are either thieves or the company itself is now cowboy company operating by conmen. I was at home all and yet their driver claiming he delivered it to someone and they signed for it and when asked the customer service for the address they delivered it to their agent refused to tell me but not my address that boldly written on the senders form .The person I spoke to also siding the driver my saying is not driver's mistake and whose mistake if not the driver .Th agent sounds as if am not acting within my right .Add salt to the injury was when the complaint agent sent me email saying " worst case if lost then sender can make a claim " that sounds so rude. I will make sure I take this case up to the ombudsman and let the whole world know that DHL is now cowboy company .They cant get hold of the driver who work for them and I was like is this a joke or something. Imagine the saying someone signed for it withing Docklands service area and the person is " Nella " my question still remain, can the drivers of a self acclaim courier company like DHL deliver a parcel without checking the name on the parcel to match with who is collecting it ? the parcel is very sensitive to me and I will make sure I take this case even beyond ombudsman. Deceptive and con company
Beware. Next day service is not the following day from pick up. It's a random day that DHL choose but you are not told of (app still says delivery expected yesterday!). Email link says there is a delay but not when it will be resolved. Like many of these parcel companies a faceless organisation who are impossible to engage with.
Absolutely terrible service from DHL .shipment meant to arrive by end of day.tracked delivery all day only to see a message on the tracking system that the driver attempted to deliver at 17.38 despite package having left for delivery from 09.06 am.didn’t ring door bell, neither called. No show for all I know.and i had taken the day off for this delivery.Rang customer service number but they were defensive and busy defending the appalling service .
I wish I could give 0 stars because the service is so terrible. The driver was a no show, yet he went ahead to update tracking with attempted delivery. Called DHL and it was complete waste of time. Not only was the advisor clueless, they were of no help at all.
They were instructed to leave parcel in porch but they dumped it on driveway and left but I caught him ( he was an illiterate non English speaking( or implied such) Slav( I think) in a battered old van and unwilling to acknowledge any error. Sad reflection on company. There was a notification about where to leave the parcel on put on the web site plus a site notice on the porch. But if these people cannot read English how do they pass driving test? Are they legal?
Dan delivered my package today in Malton and the service was above and beyond. He was punctual, polite and very professional. Thank you
I have been given a delivery time between 18.30-19.30. I should be from work by that time. At 13.30 I received an email that I have signed and received my parcel. Obviously not, because I was at work.Following the link with the photo, I can see that my £300 printer is left at the foyer(communal space) of an 8 storey building, with total 34 flats. That's a joke, take the lift and leave it outside my flat door at least. Don't be so lazy. Company should track the drivers and deal with the complaints, otherwise will be having a bad reputation.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too.
