deuyo.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives deuyo.com a pretty low trust score on the platform: 31.9. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Medium Risk. Standard. Warning.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 31.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to deuyo.com's industry. The algorithm detected fairly high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Medium Risk. Standard. Warning. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning deuyo.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between deuyo.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of deuyo.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of deuyo.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. deuyo.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether deuyo.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether deuyo.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, deuyo.com.

“SHADY SCAM ALERT!”

SCAM ALERT! Shameful and shady business practices. I've been taken and misled and they have my $84. Products are grossly overpriced and the quality is beyond horrible. They conveniently omitted any type of packing slip or return method information within the package. They only offer an email for correspondence which I used only to find out they offered a $14 refund. The headline on their website CLEARLY states easy returns and quality guaranteed. It also states they have 2 manufacturing plants in the US and products are shipped from the US. After 7 emails with this company I was told I'd have to ship my items to DUBAI at my expense and only then would they consider refunding me any money at all. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've been had. I'll be working with my credit union to see if I can get an refund that way.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Protect Your Online Browsing From Installing Malware

We have two more powerful fraud prevention tools that you should know about. We've been asked over and over again about the most effective ways to stay safe online. After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

I notice there ad has the same wording as another brand. (Hailnia) “Tailored for the mature woman. Not to be over dramatic but this dress will change your fashion life….” etc. you have rated that brand poorly as well.

  2. Jan Wright

I placed an order for 3 items after seeing an ad on Facebook and thinking the items were cute. I was not happy with the fit or quality, so contacted them per their instructions on the website to authorize a return. They offered me about a 15% refund and said I could keep the clothes because their return center was in Dubai and the return freight was very expensive. We’ve been going back and forth since, but I would NOT recommend this company at all. I think they’re a scam for sure and their website mentioning “30 days easy return” is extremely misleading and dishonest!

  3. Robin

I ordered two dresses and turned out to be small. Not only that but the fabrics are not what they said on the website. Plus, the printed dresses do not match the pictures. How do I get their attention to return the money?

  4. Judy

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - OR ANY OF ITS LOOK-ALIKES! Photography is fantastic-items look beautiful..and free shipping if you order over $79.00! Fabric is super cheap. I need to reach service @deuyo.com -just goes in circles, I never get to [email protected]. Reading the experience of others - think I have been stung! Package arrived with the foreign (Chinese) label partially covered up. No way to get my money back! OUCH!!

  5. Catherine

Deuyo is indeed a scam. You'll get a product, but it looks nothing like what's advertised on their website. The fabric is awful and cheap and the fit is just plain weird. They advertise free shipping and returns, but it's a lie. You pay for shipping and there are NO returns accepted unless the product is damaged. (They offered me a $7 refund which is just laughable.) Stay away from Deuyo at all costs.

  6. Judy

I purchased 3 dresses from this company. The quality of the fabric was terrible and cheap and the fit as well. Dresses did not look like what was on their web site. As instructed by them, I contacted customer service to request a shipping label in order to return the items and get a refund because I felt the product was defective. They said they would give a refund if the product was defective. They offered me $20 refund on my purchase of $129 and said I could keep the dresses. I said I did not want or need to keep the dresses. Just wanted my money back. They they offered me $35 refund. I said no. Then they went up to $50 or I could send the dresses back but I would have to pay the shipping as I had to send them back to Dubai. They say the dresses are manufactured at their two plants in the US so I asked why I couldn't send them back to the plants in the US. They didn't respond. The postage would have been $48. I was apprehensive about paying that postage and then having them tell me they didn't receive them back so I told them I would take $75 refund and they agreed. Very unethical bad, deceptive, dishonest company not to mention the products do not fit well and quality of material is very poor. Do not purchase anything from this company!! They are not upfront with their return policy and deceptive about where they are located. Chinese label on the package as well. Lesson learned!!

  7. Dawn

They are a nightmare i’ve been trying since June to get my money back and they still only want to get me partial money I don’t want my whole $79.99 their stuff is cheap and you can see through the dresses and it’s not as advertised they said they would give a full rate fund and they have just been playing with me they are a joke! When I asked if they were made in the USA they said yes I received the package it was from Hong Kong

  8. Joan

Scam indeed. Totally correct. I ordered two dresses from them. Label looked like it came from China. They had a $5 discount, but they deducted it from the cost of the two dresses, which ended up to make the cost less than what qualified for free shipping and then charged me $16 for shipping. So I would have been better off to not use the discount and get free shipping. Didn't let me view before consenting to order so didn't know the charge would end up like this. Dresses very poor fit. Now they don't even answer me and I have requested a MRA form three times. Moral - don't order from Facebook. More than likely a scam. Only order trusted, like maybe Amazon that you know you can return and get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM DEUYO.

  9. Meg

I must just add my "amen" to the other comments. I ordered two dresses from Deuyo. One was marginally acceptable, fit fairly well, and while "cheap" looking (you get what pay for) wearable. The other was an unqualified disaster, much too large although ostensibly the same size as the other, with extremely shoddy material and manufacture. When I wrote to request a return as instructed on the website, they replied that they would give me a $15 refund as "compensation" and I could keep the dress. "Is that OK?" wrote the responder. No, it wasn't.

  10. Elaine

I ordered from deuyo.com and they sent me a large. I tried it on and it was so tiny. So I sent them an email and they sent me an email that I would not have to return the items but then said I would have to send PayPal for reshipping items $19.99 but I don't have PayPal. And they sent me an email that said "click 18 times https://deuyo.com/products/extra shipping-free" I guess I got scammed!

  11. Brenda

I ordered two dresses to receive the free shipping. Glad I did not pay for that for the product is not at all as advertised. Quality and fabric is very poor and does not look like the picture of the dress I thought I was ordering. I too thought they were manufacturing here in the U.S. and shipping from N.C. but they were from some place overseas. I am totally unhappy with this purchase and want to return for a refund but can not get to their return sight. This company is definitely a scam

  12. jan,marie beck

I ordered 2 tops and was very excited about it because I thought they were so cute.As soon as I put my card information in I received a red flag saying possible scam.I talked to my bank and they said they are blocking transaction. I seen the ads on facebook and should have known better than to trust it but they say they are located out of N.C. I wish I had looked them up first before ordering.

  13. Karen Larson

I went directly to the website, thinking that would make it less likely a scam than clicking on a Facebook link. I ordered items totaling $128. None fit correctly. Fabrics are weird. I requested a return and refund. I finally received an offer of $25 refund on my purchase and I could keep the clothes. i refused. They upped the offer. Again, I refused. This is the final response I received: Dear customer: I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 60 dollars is our maximum. Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself.

  14. Beth Baker

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible company!! Product looks nothing like ad photo, only take returns to Dubai meaning shipping costs more than refund. LIES ON THE WEBSITE- ALL PRODUCTS NOT MADE IN AMERICA!!!
