Is detomaso-watches.com Legit?

I received my first Detomaso Sorpasso Green Chrono watch a few weeks ago. I loved the look, feel and features of the watch. So much so, that today I received my second shipment of two additional watches, which are yellow and red. I love the design of the Detomaso Sorpasso Chrono collection. It's difficult to just choose one to purchase, as you can see. After the holidays, I will be purchasing another two. Customer service has been fast! I had a question, emailed them and they responded within a few hours.

First, I didn't know what to expect from a brand I never heard of. I decided to give it a chance while being very objective. The buying experience was extremely simple and fast. Upon receiving my 1st DeTomaso timepiece, now I know there will be a few more in the not-so-distant future. For any watch under $1000, quality, look and reliability can be difficult. DeTomaso got that formula right. Please Don't Increase Your Prices!

I'd been looking for an affordable, red chronograph for some time when I came across the stunning red & blue DeTomaso Sorpasso. The watch was delivered to me here in the UK within 3 days and looks even better in real life. A great addition to my collection.

Probably the most beautiful watch i have in my collection, i have 18 watches from several brands, but the D10 Chronograph in yellow its stunning

Overall the experience was good. The product is solidly built and matches description. I did almost give 4 stars, however, because my order took longer than I expected even though their website said they were taking time off for 4th of July. That being said, once they were back communication was strong and my watch was on its way reasonably fast. I have tried the watch with multiple straps and it pairs well with various colors.

Recently I purchased a VOLTRE CHRONO FIRST EDITION WHITE BLUE D14-03-73 for my son's birthday. Great smart looking metal watch with contemporary but still classic design. There was an added bonus of having a limited time discount too, hence making it a great value! Order delivery was swift as well. My son likes it a lot! Thank you.

I purchased the SORPASSO CHRONO VELOCITÀ BLUE ORANGE in January 2024 and I'm very happy with the watch. I really like it's slim profile, light weight, and stylish design. It's so comfortable, I even wear it when I go to the gym or play tennis. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stylish watch (can find some nice watches for around $200), Detomaso is the way to go.

After seeing some on-line ads, I decided to check out the site. They have some bold creative designs and colors. I chose a gorgeous orange watch and have been thrilled with the way it looks, I've received many compliments on it.Later I ordered a bold purple color, simply because the color was unusual and stunning.I would definitely recommend.

The first thing was Attention to detail,of the watch that I wanted, not pushy, huge inventory of colours and styles, the DETOMASO soprano watch was gorgeous! Looks just like the photos! Not one flaw in the craftsmanship! Had to wait a couple extra days but it was coming all the way from “Philly”, so border stuff , I expected some delays. Overall a wonderful time piece!

Hello! I bought the yellow Sorpasso Chrono Giallo with the silver mesh bracelet, wow! I am very happy with my purchase, it is magnificent and in addition I had 2 sentences engraved on the back of the watch, fast delivery from Philadelphia on Saturday 6/7 and received on Thursday 11/7 in northern Quebec wait for my birthday. excellent service, fast and efficient

The design looks nice but not practical since orange strap is a real struggle to put on and off. Date is impossible to read without a magnifier. Long sweep second is static unless stop watch is used. Actual hands are difficult to see. Cannot read in dark! 30 day easy refund is a joke. Tried this on their hub and said that returns are not available for this country - UK! Just sent message to their customer service and return message said that they will respond within a week! Probably will run until 30 day return expiry. Avoid at all cost! I wish I had never bothered! Rubbish!

Bought myself a sorpasso chrome goalpost blu watch looks even better in real life than the picture really happy with my purchase.Customer service was brilliant they said it was a 6 week waiting list for watch and they kept me informed first class service watch arrived in 6 weeks great company to do business with

Sent numerous emails concerning the fault with my watch (ie the fingers have fallen off and are now at the bottom of the screen) what have I heard from detamaso absolute zero ridiculous customer service ,and the watch well?I have bought better off a cheap market. Just to update I received a reply from detamaso watches and to be blunt it is ridiculous, the're reply was sorry to hear about your experience,the watch is just out of gurantee, so we can offer you a new watch at discounted price or we have favourable rates on repairs WHAT? Pay to fix their fault! they honestly think I would buy another piece of overpriced junk were the fingers fall off pathetic I requested a full refund which should be standard on faulty merchandise, so basically I replied to them ,informing them of my total dissatisfaction at their offer ,which I am willing to share .

I emailed Detomaso Watches several times and received personal responses. I bought 2 watches; one was solar powered with a watch band and a case made from recycled plastic from sea shores and/or the ocean. A triple whammy!!

I've purchased two Detomaso watches. They are handsome, distinctive, keep excellent time, etc. The variety of styles and colors is impressive. My only reservation was the metal band on the first watch was difficult to close and was very tight on my wrist. I never could lengthen it a bit altough ir appeared that this should be possible. No instructions for adjustment in the manual. I would give 4.5 stars if possible.

Stylish watch and quality construction. I get a lot of compliments and it becomes a discussion piece because this isn't a household brand name. But, I am making new fans one person at a time.

Quick delivery within the same week.Positively surprised by the bracelet, metal mesh where I expected textile. Good, stable lock on the bracelet.

Took awile to get here but was just as described. Excellent watch and works perfectly. Had a problem adjusting it ( the band) but was sent a link to show the adjustment and now I know how to do it and couldn't be happier.Thank you.

The website claimed that the watch I ordered was ready to be delivered within a week back in Feb. Twice, these dates changed without me being notified, I found out only by checking the website. Eventually lost patience and cancelled the order. It has been almost 3 weeks since that was processed and I haven't received the refund, nor am I getting any responses from customer services.
