Fabrication delay was normally around one month but they have done everything as I can get my item much quickly I am so happy and I must say this the first time that someone is better than any other company (even Amazon does not do better) I am really like in heaven.Thanks a lot to you all and especially llaria.I warmly recommend this company !!!!!!!

We adore our new living room chair! It is beautifully made, sturdy, the wood is so smooth to the touch, and the vibrant yellow color is a great accent in our space. Buying from Design Italy was the best experience. We had all the support through all the process and they made it so easy. We were a bit nervous about buying online without seeing the furniture. Their products are top quality, even better than from the pictures. Despite some complications with DHL delivery, they were always extremely responsive, supportive and managed everything. Purchased a Sapiens bookcase. Unfortunately there was a slight fault with the column and some minor delivery damage. However, customer service were excellent and arranged for a new part to be sent from Italy, arriving in just a week. Excellent quality and looks fantastic. Not cheap, but quality never is. This is the type of item you will keep for many years.

I ordered the vase as a gift in April; received the vase in mid-May; and was opened on June 28. The selection was beautiful, thanks to the help of Alessandra and Paola; the packaging unbelievably secure; and shipping fast. Truly appreciate all the hard work you put in creating the best experience for your clients and the care you select your product with. Received a bookcase with an LED light that wasn’t working the way I thought it would—I contacted support and after a few exchanges they were able to determine the exact issue (I wasn’t using a the right voltage plug)! Bookcase and LED light are exactly as described and very well made. Customer service was friendly and didn’t make me feel like an idiot even though I was one.

Contacted customer service; Alice who attended my request was not articulate in her reply causing confusion. Moreover, multiple mistakes in her response which she did not even own up to. With this, I have decided not to proceed with purchasing a product from them. Disappointing as they do seem to have a nice selection of items.

Our stool arrived damaged and useless because either was badly packaged by the manufacturer or badly manipulated during the shipping process. Design Italy has taken charge of the situation and sent us a new stool in a wooden box. They are in charge of dealing with the dispute with the shipping company and the brand of the stool so that the problem does not have any further repercussions on us, the customers. Communication with them has been smooth and we are grateful for their response to a situation that is not pleasant for either party. We would buy again at Design Italy

I ordered a beautiful, walnut valet for my husband. Delivery was fast and the item was in absolutely perfect condition! He’s thrilled because so many other sites offered the item within a $1000 shipping fee to the USA. Design Italy has a much more reasonable rate.

Just awful! I had spent over $1500 on a Brando design Betacryl cat tunnel. Arrived broken and damaged. Delivery fee was $500+ and a Refund or replacement was not possible, all I was sent was glue and a 15%refund that I’m still waiting on after 3 months. Terrible just don’t bother.

Everything is so simply well made, refined, elaborate.Tracking and shipping methods are simple and the products arrive on time. Until now I bought 4/5 face masks. They all were well sewn and made of a very comfortable material. They perfectly adapt to my face, properly covering both mouth and nose. And the patterns are simply amazing. I should have received 20% off for a first time purchase and signing up for your newsletter. I tried copy the code and adding it at checkout and, nothing. So I thought it was my fault, so I tried every single email address I have. All gave me the same error code: the items in my cart were not eligible. I actually have a lot of anxiety about this order now and don’t even want it anymore. I would never recommend you guys to anyone, unless I really hate them.

Excellent service. The website was easy to navigate. My order was confirmed and posted within hours. I had request from the delivery company to pay import tax but on contacting customer service at Design Italy, they took complete control and paid the bill. My bookshelves arrived a day later. I was ver impressed

I ordered a bespoke piece of furniture from Design Italy.
