Eigentlich hat dieser Laden keinen einzigen Stern verdient. Ist einfach nur Betrug.Wir haben im April für rund 50€ Feuerlöscherständer bestellt, Ware nie erhalten. Auf eMails wird in keinster Weise reagiert, die Telefonnummer ist ungültig. Strafanzeige ist gestellt, bisher ohne Ergebnis. Es ist bemerkenswert, dass dieser Fakeshop immer noch existiert und jeden Tag neue Leute dort "kaufen" können....

Nachdem ich 2 Stk. fahrbare 50KG Feuerlöscher für insgesamt knapp 900,00 bestellt hatte erfolgte nach der Bestellbestätigung und einer Versandmitteilung erst mal nichts. Keine Lieferung, keine Antwort auf Mails, „die angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben“.Dann habe ich bei der Polizei Strafanzeige gestellt und dies dem Lieferanten mitgeteilt und zur Vermeidung weiterer zivilrechtlicher Schritte um Rückzahlung innerhalb von 2 Wochen gebeten. Nach ca. 1 Woche wurde mir der bezahlte Betrag dann zurückerstattet. Dank an die Polizei Köln!!

So, ich muss meinen ersten negativen Beitrag korrigieren. Einen Tag danach ist der Feuerlöscher eingetroffen, alles hat gepasst. Zwar habe ich keinerlei Verständigung mehr erhalten, aber auf einmal wurde er geliefert - nachdem ich mich zuvor beschwert hatte.

Vorsicht das ist eine Betrügerfirma !!! Habe bei denen Hochwassersandsäcke bestellt zum Preis von 19,98 EUR incl. Versandkosten bei DHL.Gleich danach habe ich eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen. Einen Tag danach kam die Meldung das die Sendung zu DHL gegeben worden sei - dazu war eine Sendungsnummer genannt. Diese habe ich bei DHL eingegeben aber bei DHL gibt es dazu keinen Status bzgl, der Lieferung.Laut der Firma wurde in der Mail auch gleich angegeben das die Ware spätestens am 26./27.07.24 ankommen werde.Angekommen ist bisher nichts.Auf Mails antwortet der Verkäufer anscheinend nicht denn ich habe denen schon mehrfach geschrieben.Habe den Kauf auch bei Amazon gemeldet, aber auch die scheinen es wohl nicht nötig zu haben zu antworten.Ich werde jetzt Anzeige erstatten !!!Also lasst bitte die Finger davon bei dieser Betrügerfirma etwas zu bestellen, kommen tut am Ende eh nichts.

Komscher Laden. Ware bestellt, über PayPaypal bezahlt aber dann keine Reaktion mehr. Auch keine Reaktion auf Mails. Erst als ich bei Paypal einen Fall geöffnet habe wurde "Zahlung erhalten" innerhalb von Minuten entfernt. HÄNDE WEG, ES LOHNT SICH NICHT!!!!

Keine Lieferung erhalten, nach der Bestellbestätigung mehrmals via Mail nachgehakt, am Telefon kommt die Meldung, dass der Anschluss nicht genutzt wird. Loggt man sich ein, wird einem die Bestellung nicht angezeigt. Die Firma taucht völlig ab.Bei der Bestellung gibt es eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 9,98 €, da ich mit paypal gezahlt hatte konnte ich mir mein Geld wiederholen bis auf die Bearbeitungsgebühr. Eine Bearbeitungsgebühr gibt es sonst nirgends, das ist die Betrugsmasche, hier abzukassieren.

Ich habe bei der Firma seit über 2 Jahren eingekauft. Bestimmt um die 20 Bestellungen. Schnelle Lieferung, keine Beanstandungen. Seit 6 Monaten sehr schleppende Bearbeitung und Lieferung, zunehmend Probleme bei Retouren und Rechnungen. Leider fehlt mir bis heute noch ein Feuerlöscher. Website nicht mehr Erreichbar, vermute der Händler ist konkurs.

Leider hab ich die Bewertungen zu spät entdeckt und auch bei dem "Händler" bestellt. Sein Firmensitz ist nur eine virituelle Adresse. Emails werden nicht beantwortet und beim Telefon genau das gleiche - das was alle leider schreiben. Man erreicht einfach niemanden. Unsere Ware wurde an die falsche Adresse gesendet und wir mussten uns selber darum kümmern. Eine andere Bestellung wurde einfach storniert ...

Direkt bei der Bestellung per Paypal bezahlt bzw. bezahlen müssen. Bereits einen Tag später kam dann schon die Meldung vom Lieferdienst "Lieferung elektronisch angekündigt" - tja, und das wars dann...Seit 3 Wochen kein Lebenszeichen! Eine Kontaktaufnahme war bisher erfolgslos. Auf eMails oder Anfragen per Kontaktformular kommt keine Antwort (außer der automatischen Antwort beim Kontaktformular: "wir haben ihre Anfrage erhalten") und ans Telefon geht auch niemand.Habe leider direkt beim Händler bestellt - wie ich im Nachhinein feststellen musste sind die Bewertungen bei Amazon überwiegend mit demselben Problem.

Ich muss mich allen Vorrednern anschließen. Ware bestellt, nie geliefert. Firma taucht ab. Und da ich jetzt sehe, dass diese Probleme schon seit Jahren bestehen, bin ich noch mehr sauer auf eBay, die dieses Spiel mitmachen und dann auch abducken.

Ware bestellt aber nicht erhalten Fa ist Telefonisch nicht erreichbar Mail wird nicht beantwortet. Nach dem ich jetzt die Rezension gelesen habewerde ich Angelegenheit gleich meinem Anwaltübergeben.

Finger weg. das sind Betrüger, Bestellung wurde bezahlt, keine Lieferung und das Telefon ist tot. Letztendlich hat vermutlich unsere Strafanzeige gegen Geschäftsführer Dustin Krings Schlossstraße 19, 82031 Grünwald geholfen. Das per Vorkasse gezahlte Geld wurde zurücküberwiesen. Uns würden die falschen Feuerlöscher geliefert. Eine Abklärung per Mail oder telefonisch war nicht möglich. Deshalb habe ich die falschen lieber behalten und nichts zurück geschickt.
