Top notch, absolutely no issues and fast delivery. Delivery wasn’t cheap but I saved over £100 on what I bought anyway so worth it.

I've ordered a few items now from Deporvillage, and they are generally my first port of call. Great range of products, competitive prices, and ordering is straightforward and quick, as is delivery (I live in the campo, and always worry!). I've been very happy with everything so far, and would highly recommend this team.

I received Wrong shoe Size and then scheduled for a Return from Deporvillage. The collection failed two times. I contacted them and asked to send the item directly myself. Spend £20 to post the item and a week later, the tracking shows that they refused to accept the package. It seems like their return process is flawed purposely! Very awful experience. So I would stay away from these people.

Ordered a Napapijri Rainforest jacket from this store. The price was very good for the product, best I found online. I've ordered my jacket on Thursday and received it on following Wednesday. The jacket is good quallity, delivery was good. This company is based in Barcelona so it might take a while for your goods to arrive but for me, I was very happy with the product and service and I will buy again from them and recommend the company to anyone who wants to use them.

I made an order and received confirmation about the dates; after they postponed the delivery since one item was not available. I cancelled the item hoping to receive the parcel. The PO was paid almost 100 Euro 18/9/2024. Now it s 27/9/20024 and nobody knows where it is. GLS is not reliable or Deporvillage ? Anyway I think I am not receiving anything and will ask a refund. Not a a great experience they are not so trustable about delivery time and the service; they answer in general but what they do nobody knows it. Very sorry.Massimo

I ordered a jansport bag, that had a good discount on the website. Shortly after ordering, I decided to Google the company and saw some negative reviews. To be honest I freaked out, I even canceled my credit card. Today the bag arrived (a day earlier than expected) and it was exactly as we thought. Delivery process updates us every step of the way. Positive experience.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I haven’t put all the details required and my order got delayed one extra day,I have to say I was so impressed with the follow up to deliver my items closest to the date expected, in the end my items arrived one day later. Which was perfect

Sham of a company. Bought a MAAP jersey from them, that had a fault after one ride.Trying to get a new item or even just a refund has been impossible. I have chased and chased for just under two months now only to receive generic emails of “we’ll chase this up for you”. I am a manger at a bike shop, I know how warranty claims work. It is not that hard to understand what their process should have been - to accept a return and send out a replacement - that they once had in stock now no longer!I am now left with Deporvillage by the looks of it chasing up a warranty claim replacement for a discontinued Jersey! I will never be getting a replacement or a refund by the looks of it, just sat in limbo.
