Is deltahub.io Legit?

Bought a device. Website says 60 day return with no questions asked so I decide what can I lose. Device actually sucks and is basically a paperweight. Try to return the device and get asked a whole plethora of questions and do not get the 60 day return. I have been trying to return this thing since the end of November. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THE COMPANY LIES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND ENGAGES IN DISHONEST PRACTICES. Hope they can make things right, what a terrible experience. If I could give less than a star, I would.

I'm currently using my Carpio 2.0 set for a little over 2 weeks and I still feel a bit of pain on my right wrist. It seems to be forcing a more elevated grip on the mouse wich causes fatigue. I use a full hand grip on my mouse but the carpio seems better for people who have other kinds of grips.On my left wrist, It just isn't high enough for the keyboard (even when the keyboard is on its lowest setting) making me long for my previous full keyboard wrist rest.I'm trying really hard to like it, I've been using it 8h+ every day for more than 2 weeks and this is still happening to me, also getting my wrists on it correctly takes a few adjustments.. I will give it a few more days but probably will go back to not use them at all...

The product looks good, feels good, and works. The people are super nice, helpful amd transparent.

Purchasing experience was perfect. I'm still adjusting to using the wrist rest but have noticed I keep my wrist tilted more outward than flat so the thumb half of my palm doesnt connect often. This puts more pressure on protruting bone which the rest isn't soft enough to cushion. I do have petite hands so it also feels a little big even though I got the small. I can't find a proper fitting small mouse either. They are all missing my beloved multiple buttons. Overall, great device, I just need to relearn how to hold my mouse more ergonomicly and utilize the full rest.

I do video editing and a lot of reading of docs on my macbook and desktop but have always struggled with pain at the base of my right palm, because there is a lot of pressure on the carpal bones when I rest my wrist on the deak mat for long hours (esp the lunate I think on the side of the little finger). I have tried gel pads, a few ergonomic mice, adjusting sitting positions, etc but nothing seemed to work. I thought an Apple magic trackpad would solve the problem cos you can just lie your hand flat on the table right? But the pain at the carpal bones was still there cos my wrist still rested on the table lol.Finally came across the Carpio G2.0 and it worked like magic. The box says it takes 1-2 weeks to get used to it but it worked perfectly the first time I used it for 3 hours. This is by far the most elegant and ergonomic solution I have found. Yes, it's a little pricey but the quality is good and the alternative solutions pale in comparison (some are not that cheap either!). Save all the money you will spend on multiple solutions and just buy this instead.

The product is great and works a treat for receiving hand numbness while using a mouse.Minus one star because I'm left handed, and really wanted the version with a strap, but as of writing it's only available for right handers. Please make the strap version available for lefties, too!

I ordered a Keyboard Wrist Rest (small white) and a Desk Mat large. Everything is high premium quality and feels the same. Unfortunately when placing the order I made a mistake,I contacted customer service and within a couple hours everything was cleared up and the other day I received my much desired order. Five stars are not enough! Keep it up!

Love the product - it saved my wrist.I am at my working station many many hours every day - and already had problems for sometime with my wrist pain...I triend few different mouses (all horrible experience) and then gave a shot to Carpio.I must be honest - first few days was awkward to use it (when your wrist slides with the Carpio around) but the 5th day I get used to it and it became natural.From then on I use it daily, non-stop.It's been almoat 3 years since & I upgraded to full comfort package (for both wrist). Loving it.

I really love their wrist rests but when I bought a new pair they ended up being the wrong size and not really a fan of the color (originally got the grey). My fault in sizing and the color didn’t really go with my setup. The customer service was really helpful and understanding. They gave me options to exchange and made the process very seamless. I got the white wrist rests in the correct size however I noticed my left wrist rest is already yellowed. It doesn’t affect the performance but it does make the wear look uneven. I’ll probably need to replace the rubber pads in the future but otherwise it’s not too noticeable.

I tried to use it, bit didn't work for me. Having somewhat of a clawgrip it felt uncomfortable for me. Only worked with a low palm grip. Also the material is too slippery when having dry skin. Still the quality was great, could be worth a try.

Very high quality products. I've bought 2 wrist rests - standard one for keyboard and G version (with strap) for mouse. They were delivered rather quickly for an international shipping. In addition to the items, the package contained fabric pouches, some stickers and QR codes for video instructions on how to use the wrist rests correctly.It took some time for my hands to adjusts but in the end I'm very satisfied. Thanks to the seamless sliding I stopped doing some weird finger stretches on my keyboard and my right hand wrist stopped hurting from prolonged mouse use. Will surely come back to buy more accessories.

Big fan of Carpio 2.0, I've bought 2, one for home, one for my workspace, lost one (may it RIP :( ), immediately bought another one because I love it so much. I have felt no wrist pain since week 1 of using it, had severe issues before. It's my absolute favorite product. Cannot recommend it enough.Also a shoutout to the (vegan <3) felt desk pad, also bought an additional one for the office. It makes work cosier.Also a shoutout to the customer support and newsletter, DeltaHub employees are great.

Liked quality of a product and package itself. Disliked - expences on a delivery were way higher than package itself from your company. 10 Euros DHL Express + 28.70 Euros Custom service + 26.96 Euros DHL got from me for document service(to connect me with Custom). That is doubled the price. Maybee you should fire your logistician and find another one so you could deliver packages with better pricing for everyone not only for europeans?

Got the 3 in 1 laptop bag. Initially there was a faulty pulling wire but the customer service is excellent and I received a replacement super fast. No problems since then and it’s been a great product of high quality. I also really appreciated the great customer experience through email.

I placed my order on 18th November 2023 and it was sent by Amazon shipping. 3 weeks later I got a message from Amazon shipping to say the package had been lost in Preston. I contacted Delta Hub customer services and after a couple of emails they arranged a replacement order straightaway and sent it using next business day DHL . It arrived as promised by customer services which was a great relief as it arrived before Christmas for my son. No doubt he will do a review of the product ( hardrive magnets) after Christmas. Thank you Delta Hub (Simeon) for sorting out.

I spend all of my work day on the computer and was looking for a solution for my elbow and wrist pain. After getting used to the Carpio G2.0 I noticed that the pain has been relieved. Fits really well with my Deathadder V3 pro which is a larger ergo mouse. The strap is barely noticeable and easily adjusted and the wrist rest easily glides over my desk pad. As a firm believer of how well this product works, I recently bought a second one (in small) for my wife who is now using it regularly. I took a side picture of her wrist position with and without the Carpio G2.0 and the difference in posture is easily noticeable. As I have no intention on returning the product, I am not sure how good the customer service is but the shipping was quick and I plan on sharing this product with my peers.
