We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 57.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to deltaairlines.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning deltaairlines.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between deltaairlines.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of deltaairlines.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of deltaairlines.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. deltaairlines.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether deltaairlines.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether deltaairlines.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

After a 50 minute delay leaving Phoenix caused by Delta Airlines themselves, we were cutting it close to catch our connecting flight back home to Bismarck. We actually made it to the gate after running through the airport with our 3 kids, one of which is a 7 week old infant and were told that they were closing the gate and that we could not get on. We were then stranded at Minneapolis Airport and subject to a $600 per day rental car rate with SIXT because of "supply and demand issues" with rental cars. There was not one single other available rental option in the airport. It was around 2am before we were able to find a decent hotel again due to "supply and demand issues". For the amount of money we paid with Delta for these flights and all of the travel that we've done in the past it is absolutely outrageous that we received the treatment that we did. Delta Airlines is NOT for the customers and the their main focus is not to achieve customer satisfaction. I'd like to emphasize on the fact that they were un willing to offer us 5 minutes extra to board and that they left me and my family stranded with a 7 weeks old infant!!!!!!!
I departed Palm Beach with my Irish passport for a round trip to Europe on June 5, 2024. My first leg was to JFK in New York. At both airports no less than 2 Delta agents handled my round trip tickets beside TSA check-in. I had a copy of my US passport in my carryon which I always bring when traveling, but before I left my passport disappeared (later found by the library where it ended up in a book). My Irish passport had worked fine when I used it many years before a new ESTA visa requirement was enacted in 2009. None of the Delta agents in the US said "you may have a difficult time returning with this Irish passport". It would have helped me tremendously as I could have gone to the US Embassy in a number of cities and gotten the ESTA which I needed in order to board in Prague. As you already have guessed, the Prague Delta supervisor would not allow me on the plane stating you must either have a visa or be a US citizen. Neither a paper copy of my US passport, nor my FL driver's license were proof of my citizenship. So my husband boarded the plane for home and I booked a room at the hotel airport as the next return flight was the next day, June 19, 2024. After taxiing to the US Embassy and obtaining an emergency US passport, rebooking my flight, paying for the passport, extra taxis and meals I incurred an extra $720.00 in expenses for which I filed a Delta reimbursement form. I have no knowledge of the result of my reimbursement application at this time. I believe Delta could have stepped up and advised me of travelling requirements on a foreign passport, but in Prague I was told that it is the passenger's responsibility. It would have been nice to rectify this before I was denied boarding the plane to NYC where the next plane was delayed at LGA after I transferred from JFK.
Avoid DELTA!I bought a ticket, choosing DELTA because it has the fastest time to fly; when the trip came, they sent an email saying that my flight was rescheduled and I had to stay at the airport for two extra hours for the connection. I wanted to be refounded because that was one of the options they sent me in an email; according to the operator, the passenger has to wait more than 170 minutes at the airport to be rescheduled. I ended up with two vouchers and it is possible that they will change again over my new ticket...what a shame on this airline. i dont recommend anyone to take such risk. avoid it!
My first time flying Delta this last week - what a horrendous experience. From the attitude of the staff; to the million-zone boarding process where passengers aimlessly wait around; to delays; to parts of the plane falling off during the flight (the aircon duct literally fell off and landed on my head during one leg of the journey); to the food. Nothing about Delta was pleasant.I have spent more than 1000 hours flying many airlines over the last 10 years. Even Ryanair offers a better experience.
One of the worst airlines
Delta makes a big deal about domestic first class on its new Airbus planes, but it's a scam. They spent money putting the seats in hard shells that do not provide the advertised privacy instead of making them comfortable and more padded - they are basically slightly wider coach class seats. The advertised wifi never works, and the audio doesn't work in most of the first-class seats- as verified by the flight attendants (same experience on June 1 flight as well). The supposed high-quality food is disgusting, especially the breakfast. As far as their frequent flyer program, it's another scam - you can only use your points for an upgrade from coach class on a standby basis, waiting until the last minute to see if they have a first class seat available - good luck with that!
I was on a Delta flight returning home after Christmas and I was the FIRST passenger on the plane. I tried to put my carry on into the overhead bin above my seat but there were already two suitcases in it. I walked to the back to speak with the Steward (the one in the front when I boarded was slightly rude) and told her the overhead bin was full. She told me to put my suitcase wherever there was room so I used the next one closest to my seat. As other passengers boarded there was so much confusion going on with everyone trying to find an empty bin. It's a good thing our flight wasn't running late or that would have delayed it even more.
We just came back From our international flight to Istanbul-turkey , delta was sending us emails step by step until the departure time, unfortunately the information was not up to date. When we reached the ticket counter they informed us that our tickets were canceled and there is no delta office in Istanbul airport we can contact. Luckily we had money to buy return tickets next day . We have been calling delta for two days and didn’t reach a mutual agreement, when you call prepare to stay on line for min 60 minutes and if you are calling from overseas imagine the cost, the last representative was so rude .Pay a few dollars more and get a piece of mind . The choice is yours.
So apparently it is unacceptable to have people show ID to vote in Georgia according to Delta, but it's OK to have to show ID to get on a plane. I will not be flying with Delta. I have a brother who travels extensively for work and he will not be flying with this "woke", hypocritical airline either. Do CEO's want to bankrupt their companies by coming out with these political statements?
The website was not working, making it impossible to check-in online. Terrible flying experience, flight attendants were extremely rude and payed no attention to us for most of the flight. Furthermore, the food was worse than the average, and the blanket was more of sheet, so quite uncomfortable. The only positive point was the free Wi-Fi connection on board, although it was only possible to use it to sent messages on WhatsApp, and a decent courtesy set including eye mask and earplugs.
Absolutely joke. Their customer service agents are very unprofessional and don’t have a clue how to speak to people politely! I spoke to a D. Davis (sounded female) and that was by far the worst customer service agent I have spoken to. I think they need to train their staff better or simply let them go.
Flew from paris to JFK with Airfrance, flew back with Delta, the difference for the same cost was staggering. Lack in customer service, no inflight entertainment on 7.5 hour flight. Lacking in drink variety and service. I will never book Delta again avoid if at all possible.
Like so many others, Delta Air Lines also published on their website that their top priority is the health and safety of their clients blablabla… Therefore they would not charge any cancelation or change fees during the Chinese coronavirus outbreak. They did indeed waive the change fee but when rebooking the business class fare was 2.5 times more expensive for the same flight. Understand this correctly: the fare was 2.5 times more expensive when rebooking, but not when booking a new flight on that same date. For a new booking the fare was the same as for the original booking. So I canceled. Instead of waiving the cancelation fee as promised on their website, they charged a US$350 cancelation fee. Hypocritical crooks! No more booking with Delta. Ever.
Never gonna travel with Delta after I learned how you kicked off passengers for speaking another language. It pisses me off when I see how the people are waving goodbye.. They are truly not uncomfortable with presence of the the two guys who got kicked.
I wish I could leave no stars for Delta airlines but unfortunately that is not a option. I recently took a flight from Buenos Aires to Atlanta then on to Toronto. When I arrived in Toronto my luggage was nowhere to be found. Spoke to delta personal they told me that my luggage was in Atlanta that was a lie found out later from Delta the luggage never maid the Buenos Aires. took 2 days for my luggage to arrive in Toronto. on top of that I found delta stall rude and unfriendly. Never fly with delta again and would recommend to others to fly with another airlines for their travels
Absolutely fantastic. After a horrific 2 part journey out to the USA with a different airline, I was dreading the internal flight we had booked from Orlando to NY. Delta was incredible! Could not have been more pleased with the service. If only other airlines would take note!!
Having the worst experience today with Delta. 9am Flight delayed from NOLA to Atlanta therefore missed connection to Toronto. Waited near 2 hours in a line then Rerouted to NYC to connect to Toronto. At NYC after waiting 3 hours plane delayed a further 2 hours then 40min to departure told a further delay of 8 hours. Then spent 2 hours in a line waiting for a hotel. While staff where friendly along the way the service was appalling. Don’t ever intend flying with Delta again if I can help it.
We are very disappointed after what started out as a truly exceptional experience traveling on Delta Airlines from Dublin to JFK - Fort Lauderdale and return to have all 9 of our bags misplaced. We arrived into Dublin at 8.30am on January 10th and as of now (5p.m. on Tuesday 11th we have no indication from Servisair who manage lost baggage on behalf of Delta at Dublin Airport we have no information other than that they were sent to Charles De Gaule Airport in Paris. I have spent my entire day email, phoning and trying to get a contact in Delta to help us however it has been impossible to get either an answer on the phone or a reply to my email from Delta. This is really concerning considering all 9 of our bags are currently in their care. So disappointing that our trip has ended this way.
Delta's staff is always professional and eases the stress and unexpected issues that come up with travel. They treat customers' problems as if it were their own and seek out the best solutions. The app is also great for booking and tracking flights for a very convenient experience.
DISCRIMINATION OF DISABLED FLYERSPrior to booking with Delta I contacted your special assistance dept to ascertain what options I should consider prior to booking or flying. I am 66 yrs old with mobility issues (blue badge holder) and wanted to ensure I received help at the airport and sat with my wife and grandson. I was granted a lanyard at M\CR airport so i could be recognised when i flew within the European Union. I was advised that the Budget ticket was my best option to ensure I was sat with my carer and grandson as seats would be allocated at Heathrow. When my brother-in- law booked he selected a different option. Recently he upgraded on the Delta App and I proceeded to do the same, but I found this was not permissible with my particular ticket. Also, additional luggage fees are to be charged. Is Delta discriminating against disabled passengers? I will await your reply before emailing ABTA, The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), Disability Law Service & the CEO of Delta!

“On a flight from Atlanta to Seoul, Delta Airlines used extortion on customers.”
My wife and I purchased Comfort+ for the 15 hour flight (I'm 6'2"). We were on a schedule to join a tour of Thailand and needed to meet them the next day. In Atlanta, the flight to Seoul which was a 15 hour flight, we were told that 6 passengers from Comfort+ needed to go back to regular economy or they would cancel the flight. We had 5 minutes to decide! We didn't want to move, but we had no choice. We had to be on this flight. I've never been treated so poorly. Service Value
“I love Delta, and...”
... I wish I could give it five stars. I have been a loyalist since its old Piedmont Airlines days. It remains my "go to" airline. Delta consistently offers the most competitive prices... is reliable... planes are attractive... has a wonderful and private flight lounge for members only. My one and only criticism is in the area of flight miles... I strongly abhor the fact that they make the point holder pay extra when giving their points to another frequent flyer. Other than this reservation -- no pun intended -- I love Delta.
“Site is great, but if you have to call be prepared...”
Site is great, but if you have to call be prepared for a long wait time on hold! In the end, after about 20 minutes someone did finally help me get my frequent flyer account sorted out. Overall def. Just 3 stars. Shorten the on-hold time and I'd rate it 4!
“Last time I fly delta”
I would think twice before making reservations on Delta. I had a really bad experience my last time flying with them. There was no beverages but water, only offered one snack. Seats are uncomfortable and don't even recline back. Worst of all, my flight was delayed 3 hours.
“Airline travel isn't what it used to be but Delta is still the best”
I still remember the Pan Am days and wish I could magically transport back there, but post 9/11, I suppose the whole travel industry has changed. Now, safety overshadows experience. Don't get me wrong, I still love to fly, but given the choice of train, RV or flying only one of those involves a pat-down by a stranger. So that's the way of things I suppose. But Delta has held strong in a quality experience for their customers aka me and my husband. I give them 4/5 because they still have some work when it comes to pet handling but their human service is first-class!
“I usually use discount sites for travel plans (like...”
I usually use discount sites for travel plans (like travelocity, expedia, etc) but booking my most recent flights, I actually found it to be cheaper to book directly through Delta. Just thought everyone should know. So often being busy we just use the discount sites and don't even check out the main ones even more. Although I'm sure dates and times and airports still play into pricing, it's been worth it to go to the site itself in this case.
“Rude bullies in ground staff”
Delta and it's seedy staff are the reason I gave up flying. Was directed to wrong gate by staff and missed international flight as a result. Staff member accused me of being a scammer to get a hotel room until the next day flight, saying, "I bet you've done this before, haven't you." I was so outraged at this accusation, especially since it was my first international flight on any airline.!
“Canceled our flight without any fee and then rebooked it same day without grief”
I totally expected to be out $430 for the flight but they gave us credit for the flight without any grief. When it turned out later that day I learned the flight was possible I called up to cancel the cancellation. They also did this without any grief or griping. I've enjoyed flying Delta for years and it's nice that when something went wrong they were there to help. Will happily continue to fly with them. Tip for consumers:They have massive (hours long) hold times, they aren't kidding that the app chat is WAY faster than speaking to a person. Products used:International Flight, they provided a full credit refund which was acceptable to me since I intended to use their services again. Service Value
“Horrible Experience”
Delta Airlines customer service was bad. Delta staff members were unhelpful and unprofessional of the delayed flight. Staff was very rude and even laughed at me while asking questions. No one knew how to give direct answers on how to fix their mistake on my delayed flight. Rather received a mockery attitude and much uncertain answers. Save your money and go fly elsewhere please. Tip for consumers:Horrible experience Products used:None Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Bait and Switch - NOT Good”
Have been trying to book tickets on Delta.com for last few days. Delta flights show great prices when searched through Google flights website. When you decide on your options, google routes you to delta.com to proceed with booking. Once you get on delta.com, you see obvious error that the flight you chose is no longer available. Then you have to begin search all over again. And end up with same result! In another search, I found good price on kayak.com which then redirected me to Delta.com to proceed with booking. In this case though, Delta lets me proceed until confirming the booking (after entering passenger and Credit Card info). Once you click on 'Confirm Booking', delta immediately says the price for this flight has now changed to +$500. You then either continue booking with new price or begin search again. I tries this for so many days. This is really bad for delta to play such cheap games. You will lose customers for life with such cheap tricks!
“All the domestic US airlines SUCK, Delta sucks the least”
Compared to any other service provider, all airlines stink unless you can buy the most expensive seat on the plane. But compared to the rest, delta is very consistent and that makes them better than the rest. Delta is my first choice for getting hosed by an airline. At Least with Delta you know generally how it is going to go down and what they will do when it is worse than usual. In the battle of low expectations, Delta and Fly Delta website will let you down the least. And that sort of makes them the best?!
“I am a medallion with Delta”
I am a medallion with Delta. The customer service is excellent. However the website sucks. Very slow, hangs some times and worse, after a completing the purchase (and payment) involving a credit from previous ticket, it dropped the booking entirely. I called the customer service and they took care of me. I hear that this happens frequently. This is unacceptable for any web purchase site, let alone for the likes of Delta. They need to look into this and fix.
“I have flown Delta a number of times and it's been...”
I have flown Delta a number of times and it's been a real mixed bag. Sometimes it great but other times it is so frustrating. Some of the staff are great but then there are times customer service need to learn that they are there to serve the customers and not to treat them in a dismissive manner. Management need to get more consistency if they want loyalty from customers like me. Delta could do better.
“Bumped from first class to economy and got $54 returned”
I had purchased first class seats for my son and grandson to join us on an island scuba diving trip. Return flight was two hours late, missining connections, sent them to a hotel in downtown Atlanta, then the next day could not accommodate both in first class so when we filled for refund. No problem they said and returned $54 on a $2600 ticket. Sorry Delta your magazine exclaims you have wonderful 222 airplanes just the one on Saturday, then the one on Sunday we're both delayed hours due to mechanical problems.
“Have never had problems with Delta (unlike others)”
I've flown with Delta since before they merged with Northwest, and with Northwest consistently prior to that. I've never had a problem on Delta. Gate and inflight crews are always proactive to tell us what's happening in the case of delays, what they're doing about it, and how long it'll take, usually updating us every 15 minutes. They treat me with courtesy and respect; in past years I flew enough to be a Gold or Platinum Medallion member, but the past few yrs I haven't flown enough to even get heavy cardboard medallion. Yet, they always call me by name when I present my boarding pass and thank me, I don't sense any deep seated anger in the flight attendants like I do and have with other major airlines, like those that might start with a U or Am. My bags have never been lost, and I arrive on time probably 99% of the time. Unless it's a really good deal on a discount airline, I won't fly any other majors, as I usually feel like I never left the ground because they treat us like dirt.
“Not Great - International Flight”
Our trip to London from New York via Delta was not an enjoyable. Upgraded seats were cramped and zero padding. Electronics were glitchy and did not power our devices, we could not watch any movies or shows during our 8 hour flight which truly made our flight seem like 10 hours. Although flight crew were courteous and provided to the best of their ability, we will not use Delta for our future oversees trips.
“Delta is the worst airline”
After flying with Delta my wife was told to leave my son at home to make a connecting flight. Their customer service are rude and unhelpful. The issue was never solved and to top it off they call my cousin a liar.
“I give 1 star because there is no 0”
The worst experience ever! Please, save your time and money and never, never, travel with Delta or its partner Delta Vacations. I could write a whole horror novel about that and its deceiving policies to screw its customers. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Delta cares”
I find Delta is so much easier to deal with than other major US carriers. Connections are easier (their Atlanta hub is about as pleasant as an airport can be) and I can always find decent prices. I usually do a little price shopping, but Delta is my first choice and is always price competitive for my needs.
“Rip off”
Tried to book a flight for Michigan online, Delta website did not work correctly, mean while we applied for the Delta American Express card so that we could save $200.00 off our $1700. 00 tickets, which was approved. Finally called Delta to book the flight and we were told "no problem when you get the entire number just call up and we will apply the charg s to the new card less the $200.00". Well received 5e card today and we were told "We cannot ever do that, the other agent made no such notes on you account (so if she had they could have done it? Apparently Delta is so desperate to make a sale they will say anything. Found out there are people who are hired to give good reviews, is that how they received any good reviews?
“Comfortable and kind experience”
First I want to say I am not big traveler and have never experienced connecting flights until this time. My Delta flight from Denver to Minneapolis was delayed which made me a bit late for my flight from Minneapolis to Newark. I ran like crazy across the terminal, but the plane was already boarded. The ticket agent said just wait but I replied I just want to go home and practically in tears. The pilot was there and said hold on I will talk to them, the other agent ushered me forward and they got seat for me and two other women. We had to check our carry on's but when the stewardess and steward so how out of breath I was they got me a bottle of water and were so so kind and caring. The flight was comfortable and so were the seats, Thank you to the staff at Delta Service Value Quality
“I only use delta when it is the only available flight”
I only use delta when it is the only available flight. I will never use them for international flights. They have cancelled more flights, lost and damaged more bags, and supplied the most incompetent and rude customer service I have ever received. Their solution is always a few dollars voucher for food, or the biggest I received was a $50 voucher for a selection from an internet site. All the choices were junk I did not want, flowers, jewelry, restaurants I do not frequent, and travel coupons. All the US airlines have gone down to the bottom compared to Asian and European airlines, but Delta is the worst or the worst!
“Delta has not been the same”
The first 2 years of having Skymiles was pretty good, but lately the customer service is rude, the people at airports working for Delta are rude. The flight attendants onboard the planes are still friendly, but the customer experience as a whole is suffering. I will book delta if I have to, but will not use them almost exclusively as I have in the past until they get a handle on customer service.
“Bad service when something goes wrong cause of delta.cares only for the cash”
They crushed my luggage and lady saw it going around the conveyor filled out report before left airport with delta.but guess what I have to set on phone 3_hours and do it again. Due to her not sending it.still waiting.so I called talked to Crystal who was rude and decided not to help said supervisor would call me in 48 hours.saying this my family had 10 flights with them in last 2_ months.was good until the problem was their fault then no one wants to talk even though you have insurance. Delta your really messed up by saying you really don't care.Crystal changed my outlook on my next flight.please shop other airlines before you decide.also you want photo or video you will see what happen don't have the time or patience to deal with delta.its their lose not mine.don't be afraid to contact me *******@aol.com you will be shocked to find who they really are.use yoh judgment. “I'm surprised more people have not reviewed Delta”
I'm surprised more people have not reviewed Delta. I had an incredibly underwhelming experience with them a few weeks back. They had taken miles out of my account, and after 4 days, 3 customer service reps, more than 10 hours on the phone, and countless emails, tweets, and facebook postings, the miles were finally recredited. When the airline is at fault, it should not be the customer who suffers. I will continue to try to find alternatives until Delta improves.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
