Is delhivery.com Legit?

I have experience a 20+ day of delivery time in blinkit and bigbasket era amazed with its review. Delhivery is a epic delhivery partner, don't know how meesho was working with them.

Worst company ever kindly never trust or use this company app or any service, they doesn’t have their customer care service.

Extremely bad service, nobody to speak to only system generated response that too with muffled pronounciation. Information on application is actually false. They never deliver on scheduled delivery date.I guess we must have to come together and file a petition to close this company for there bad customer service.

Honestly this Company does not deserves a single star also. The Delivery boys are very rude, abusive and never delivers at the location. They Use to Call us and come to the delivery location. After paying delivery charges the customer goes through abusive & unprofessional behavior. This is my fourth Experience & Sad for Flipkart who had chosen Such a third class Delivery Services.

There is no provision to give less than one star. If it was, I would have given zero. Very bad service. I had booked a parcel under EXPRESS SHIPMENT; But the parcel was not picked up even after three days of booking. There is no customer care service. We are provided with only system generated responses, which are not at all useful. Total disappointment.

It's the worst delivery service.Placed an order on 1st December in DEODAP online shopping, DTDC was the courier service, said delivery will be done in 6-8 days. Waited and raised many complaints to both DEODAP and DTDC, until I lost all hope, finally they came on 22nd December to make the delivery. Please don't use this courier service.

Worst service. They never delivery in time. After repeated requests they delivery 5 days later. No customer service. Arrogant staff in local offices. Never go for this courier service

I would rate a zero if the option was provided. I was robbed. My parcel was worth almost 9000. The delhivery app shows delivered to the client but it wasn’t delivered. There is no way to contact the service. There is no way to speak to a human and the app is useless, no one has the courtesy to reply.

Very poor customer service. Never seen such rude delivery staff. will make sure when I order from online platforms that I check with them that you are not the delivery people. pathetic! as mentioned by other customers frequently would have rated 0 if that were available.

I would rate this service zero stars if possible. Absolutely terrible experience! The services provided were subpar, with false commitments and no updates on delivery status through the app. There were constant delays with no valid explanation, and when I reached out for help, I only received automatic replies. To make matters worse, they have charged buyers up to 10 times extra fees, and it's not just with one buyer—there are more than 5 cases like this. It's incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise other sellers and customers to avoid Delhivery services. The worst experience ever!

My package is 6 days late.. I have yet to receive any details from them.. delivery dates keep changing, and there is no customer support, all you can do is raise a ticket which gets you no response. I haven't received my package till now. I had time sensitive items in there so it was important that I get it on time.

It's a fraud company no customer service no phone no I paid courier charge advance neither courier person come for pick up nor he refunded my amount. I lost my money. The company is totally fraud this company should be closed permanently

Delhivery is the worst courier service I have seen. Without attempting the delivery the say door locked, person not available or road blockage to the home and all bullshit stories and send the consignment back to sender . Disgusting.

Siraj- one of the delhivery agents with Delhivery.com and his manager Sagar- 070131 75664, both are such big frauds and goons. These work out of Hyderabad location catering to Kali mandir, Suncity area. These both never deliver the parcel always putting wrong comments about consignee, and if you raise complain these goons will threaten you. Delhivery.com is one of the worst delivery partners, I request all merchants to please not to use their services and they misuse customer’s address and phone access.

My parcel was opened and gadgets were missing. I took pictures of broken seal and shared. I had also paid for additional for insurance. After 3 weeks of continuous back and forth emails they still keep saying the investigation concludes no issues. Without addressing the broken seal picture. Don't trust delhivery if you have valuables. I used it for sending Diwali gift. Smart watch and gadgets was missing only sweets were delivered. I GUESS THEY TOOK THAT AS SERVICE CHARGE

The issue was with the seller and not Delhivery.May be the seller was sending a fake product which Amazon Delivery guy caught and returned instead of devliering it. I got the appropriate response from theTweeter Handle of Delhivery team.

1. Late deliveries and frequently delivery agents updating fake delivery attempts.2. If you escalate to customer support, they dont care about customer.Overall this is nonsense service

Can i give less than 1 star because they dont even deserve 1 star also...worst courier services.

“Absolutely Horrendous”

Absolutely Horrendous Service. There customer help line and emails are a complete joke. They keep making promises repeatedly which they can't seem to keep. They went AWOL with my package and I had to track it down to this facility and go there in person to pick it up. They do not even check if the pin code that your sending to is servicable before they accept the orders and end up returning it. Very unprofessional

“WORST DELIVERY SERVICE - NEAR EVER CHOOSE THIS”

I had placed my shipment for delivery in the month of May and they have been mentioning that it is in-transit for about 3 months. They kept promising the same, that you will be receiving it soon and the delay is due to operational challenges.The email response, shipment track status of the Delhivery network is not genuine.Don't ever believe it. Finally one day they emailed out saying that the shipment has been LOST and we are extremely sorry for that. This is my TRUE experience guys, PLZ dont ever go with this online delivery.
