Ben was extremely knowledgeable about all of the symptoms I was/ am experiencing. He offered hope and solutions. He was also very personable and made me feel comfortable with his treatment plan and options available.

I can say that the customer experience has been fantastic. From the first initialphone call and leading up to the consultation the professional courtesy by Defy Medical has been outstanding. During my consult my labs were carefully explained and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I also want to state that I didn’t feel like I was being lured by a sales pitch when it came to my medications. I was able to choose based on the recommendations that would help improve my body. Dr. Saya was very knowledgeable and informative. He really helped determine the best choice for my ovary removal. He was the only physician out of the team of doctors that I see that had knowledge of what would happen with hormones upon only removing one ovary. I expected the consultation to be rushed, like most Dr. visits. Ben was great, he went through everything! It is so rare to have all your questions answered ahead of time. I was so happy when we got to the end of the phone call and I literally had nothing unanswered on my list of questions to ask him. I had to sit down and look up some of the things he explained to me afterwards, he had so much great information!
