I would give a 0 star if I had a chance. At first these reviews are all fake. I’m a Instagram influencer and I agreed gifted collaboration with @dearlover and they said I need to give a 5 star review before I receive the product and I checked the clothes at first and looked lovely on pictures. And I did give a 5 star review on 3 different websites. And they said they’ll send the products. It’s been 2 months I haven’t received anything i tried to contact from instagram or by email they didn’t contact me back. Terrible customer service with fake reviews. I liked them until last week. I ordered 14 Led Zeppelin tie dye tees. They all arrived with gibberish, illegible graphics. ( not like their photo on the web site) I was offered 50% refund & suggested I try to sell these idiotic tees at a discount. I'd be ashamed to ask for money for them. I expect them to take 100% responsibility NOT 50%. I am open to replacement, credit or full refund. They expect me to eat the cost for their production error. I no longer feel I can trust them to stand behind their product. They simply won't.

When you ask dear-lover.com (dropship-clothes.com) to dropship items for you, they put their company name on the waybill form. You lose clients that you tried hard to get by doing marketing, the clients end up ordering from them instead of ordering from you again. It's all a scam. If you've been dealing with DEAR LOVER for years, ask for your client's waybill forms. You will see what I'm talking about. Other companies I use for lingerie don't do that. My loyal customers also reported this to me, asked if my company is under Dear-Lover

“So disappointed”

Just horrible! What was pictured is definitely not what I received. If return shipping wasn't so expensive, I would send it all back. Which is what they count on I believe, Instead of design being woven into fabric, it was printed on top of cheap thick polyester fabric. Weird seams in some others. No softness or draping. I guess you get what you pay for but from now on I will pay a little more and stick with american distributors. Example: first picture is what is shown on site and second is what I actually received.

“Size charts are exact right down to stretch of material”

I bought roughly 26 pieces. Love them all. Pictures are exact. About time a website gets the size charts correct as far as sizing and stretch of fabric. I was nervous about ordering but glad I took the chance. Wish shipping was cheaper but not bad considering the prices and 26 items cost $55 for shipping. I will definitely order again.
