Have ordered from DealsDirect since very early days before online shopping became the norm. Recently ordered an item, unfortunately was not color as shown. Deals Direct were very understanding and offered me store credits or a complete refund. Response from CSO Prema was friendly and very quick :)

I purchased an item from Deals Direct and when I though there was a warranty issue, I contacted them and they replied immediately with help and have constant updates. Mix up in order.I had ordered ten items of Christmas Decorationsand when they have arrived a month later from ordering everything in the bag was different. Prema calmy answered to all my questions and helped me with all the difficulties that i had with regards to 1st product issue and replacement product issue and so on.Your products are not that great and comes with lot of delivery issues.Even then, people like Prema leave a good expereince which makes me to rethink on deals direct products again.Once again, appreciate all your help Prema, thank you!

The worst company to deal with when it comes to trying to organise a refund for items returned and received by their suppler. Proof has been supplied but they will not confirm and will not process the refund. I receive the same response each time I contact them. Shireen Arokiadass is the worst customer service agent I have ever had to deal with, how does she still have a job? No point going through their FB page, they just do not reply. Consumer Affairs is being contacted as we speak.

My parcel arrived quite quickly though I thought there had been a mix up. I contacted the company and overnight had a response from a very gracious customer service person. Thank you so very much for being kind though it was my error.

I have been a DealDirect customer for at least 5 years and I have only good experiences with customer service. As I was not satisfied with my last order, which did not look like on the picture, I contacted technical support. I described my issue and attached pictures. One of their members, named Prema R., answered me immediately and solved my problem very well. I have dealt with Prema before and I can say that she is excellent, professional, with a great approach to customers. She always does her best and you can be sure that customer satisfaction is a priority for her. Prema represents DealDirect. exceptionally.

I had credit in my account and I ordered something thinking the credit would come out automatically but it didn't. I didn't know I had to put in a voucher number. Consequently I had to pay again for the goods I ordered and the credit was still in my account. I requested that the credit it had in my account be put into my pay pal account which it was very promply. Very happy with the outcome.

Another disappointing purchase, blazer took 6weeks to get here, Chinese seller, looks nothing like photo and odd cut and sizing. In a store would never have looked at. They seem to carry many obscure brands, so hard to know what your getting. Even Kmart is more reliable clothing.

Deals Direct are a great source for good priced, good quality products. I recently needed to cancel an order and they refunded me immediately with no questions asked. Great service.

Advertised crown paint breatheasy on their site 5L £23 bought it and they sent me crown trade emulsion that i can buy in B&Q 10L for £10 what a rip off company wish i had read all the negative feedback before in bought from them, complained to them and they are looking into it !!!!!!!! What there to look into, its false advertising !!!!!!!!

Order arrived very quickly, but contained a broken item. Money refunded, no problems.... plus received a $10 voucher :) Thank you !!!!

“Nervous that the goods would arrive on time”

Ordered for my granddaughter and the dates were confusing did not arrive until a week later than on the system. I had ordered from Amazon another parcel which was far more efficient, please sort your deliveries out as your stock is excellent.

I've been dealing with DealsDirect for many years now and the products are great whether it's big or small. Delivery is always on time unless stock has become low, but they do their best to keep you up to date of where your order is up too.

“Crap service”

Ordered a sofa cover 4 weeks ago with an expected delivery date of between 20 - 26 November. Now December 2 and haven't received my purchase or had any correspondence from Deals Direct at all about any problems. They obviously don't give a crap because they already have my money. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.

“A great way to shop”

I have found Deals Direct a boon, especially as I am somewhat disabled and rely on others to drive me to "real" shops. Their online store has as much variety as most malls, the price are usually better, and the quality is very good. Combine all of those pluses with fast dispatch and delivery, I think it wins out for me every time.

“The emails are still coming! Totally unethical.”

Just getting worse. Stop sending your 5 or 6 emails per day - everyday. I don't want them. I don't deserve this harassment and I refuse to change my email address because of your unethical behaviour. You fix it... it's your responsibility under Australian Consumer law.

“Great deals, awesome service”

I love that I can order items from multiple 'stores' at one time and that I only pay one delivery fee. It's great that items are sent as they are available rather than waiting for all items to be sent together. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that the shopping cart empties too quickly so if I don't buy things straight away they're gone! I understand that you can't hold items without intent to purchase but at least something to remind me what it was I wanted and where to find it :)

I have had both good and bad experiences with deals direct. Would still continue to shop with the organization but would recommend better customer service such as a phone line that gets answered and delivery dates that are actually correct

I am big on online shopping and have ordered a couple of things from dealsdirect. Every time the product was flawless and with great packing to avoid and damage. Delivery was super quick. Never had to go to their customer service so dont know about them but i guess thats a good thing.:-)

I received a product which didn't meet my needs so I chose to return and omg how easy to return product. Fill out the online form, wait for a response then print and pay for the return postage all without much hassle and then receive email notification of refund. Easier than waiting in queues at the store. Thanks Deals Direct. Most efficient returns ever.

“Past & Present”

Always had fantastic experience with all purchases in the past, but this time slightly disappointed as my order has been much slower. I guess this would be a result of the Christmas rush and the fact that the product is coming from the USA. However with the great tracking technology in place I can see that my gift will probably just sneak in in time but I am one of those who like to know I have everything done in plenty of time. I would recommend this site for shopping... great deals!

“Great Variety”

Great variety of items, always good sales, although I have had one experience where it has taken over 3-4 weeks for my items to turn up (all at different times). And my latest experience I bought a little pink storage item, when it turned up it was marked and had a terrible smell like mothballs.

“Order too slow customer service poor”

Terrible Ordered more than 4 weeks before Christmas and less than half presents arrived. All efforts of contacting them generated a computer response. I am about to conplain to fair trading and will not order off this site again.

“Same product, same time, different prices, faq misleading on cancellations.”

Ordered something on DD then immediately saw the identical product for cheaper also on DD. Checked the faq about refunds for change of mind and it said "We are generally able to cancel your order if the sales event is still online and has not closed. To request a cancellation please send our Customer Service Department a contact message." so I also purchased the cheaper one, and messaged them to cancel the first, more expensive one. This whole process took five minutes or less from the placing of first order. They replied two days later (the sale was still open) saying it couldn't be cancelled, so I ended up with two identical items, one cheap and one not. So just be aware they sell identical things at different prices & the faq is... not particularly accurate.

“Average experience.”

I have been ordering from DD for a couple of years now and have been very pleased in the past. However my last few orders have had faults in the products and the courier tracking has been lousy. I'm hoping this is all short lived & not how DD will be in the future.

“Poor customer service”

I placed an order and was given a rough dispatch date only to find this changed a number of times to future dates. After four weeks I received half of my order and on the fifth week I was informed the remainder of my order had been cancelled. The customer care team had no idea giving me the obligatory answer and the communications were very poor indeed.

“Heartbroken & disappointed!”

Ordered 1st week in December for Christmas gifts and have had nothing but problems with my order. Firstly my order left your care without even a street address. I have spent the last week of December contacting different couriers etc with minimal luck. I have contacted your "team" with no follow up etc. Orders are dispatched randomly. “Appalling service!”

Appalling service! I ordered an item and was told that it would be delivered within 10 working days. It has now been three weeks and the item has still not arrived. All the customer service staff I have encountered have been unhelpful and rude. Considering they claim to be "Australia's #1 Online department store" I would have expected better service and faster postage.

I ordered 2x sheets set at the end of December 2019 & now February & still not arrived. Contacted customer service & so unapologetic & not at all helpful. “Liar. Scam”

Totally scammed. Ordered artificial grass with exact measurements for what we needed and received grass that was nearly 1m short (width x 2 lots). Have been unable to get in contact with VIK LUTHRA in regards to getting another one sent out to finish order order or money back. Being a specific colour we are unable to finish our project to which we bought the grass for the begin with. Waste of money. The communication with issues is zero. Will be taking this further Tip for consumers:Do not trust product description. Although If you buy prepared to be stuck with faulty or wrong product and also with no way of communicating with seller to get issue remedied

“Faulty Gazibo”

I bought a gazibo for my dad for Xmas, unfortunately the gazibo doesn't erect correctly (the poll is larger than the casing it is meant to go through) I have tried emailed Deals direct with little response. I have sent them a video showing how it doesn't erect and they sent me a video back of how to efect it. Which obviously won't work as it is faulty. When I ask for one that works correctly or a refund (send it back) they do not reply or answer the phone. Never again would I buy from deals direct and I will be making sure I spread the word. “Very disappointing service”

So I purchased an electric item and put the batteries in, the motor got very hot but the item wouldn't work. I sent a video of batteries out of the packet putting into item and was told that the manufacture says the batteries were in wrong I tried it all different ways with no success. I was very disappointed as this item was a funny gift for a hens night and we were disappointed. Get your service together guys it is poor

“No Return of an item”

We purchased a mattress with deals direct, I have tried for weeks to rectify the issue online thru their page to no avail. I think they use overseas personel that has not very good english/understanding. I have now sent a complaint onto ACCC. The mattress we believe is faulty as we sink into the middle of it, we are not happy with the quality. “Buyer Beware”

Absolultely atrocious customer service. I order two gifts for my wife for Christmas. This was on the 2 December. Delivery was promised between the 17th and 23rd. Well it's the 23rd and according to their website it hasn't even left their premises. It looks like my wife will miss out. Despite several messages I have heard nothing back. Thankfully I went through PayPal and have launched an investigation. Next step will be the ACCC and Consumer Affairs. Avoid this company like the plague. They obviously are happy to take your money but not send you the goods or provide any customer service.

“Disappointed last time”

I normally receive items within a few days of ordering. The last thing I ordered I had to wait a few weeks. I wasn't told before I ordered the clothing that I would have to wait until the special finished so then they would order from the other supplier. I wasn't happy as I needed these clothes for an occasion and from previous orders being shipped so fast, I didn't think I would have a problem. Hence missing out. Disappointed :(
