They were way small. When I went to return them, I discovered that I would have to pay for the return so it ended up costing 1/2 the price of the shoes to return them. Packages arrived in timely fashion. Several items were ordered so I had two separate boxes but they both arrive the same day. All items were well cushioned when they were packed.
