Is dealbuyer.com Legit?

1st order was refused as billing address didnt match the card details, my mistake, after speaking with customer services this was easily rectified and reorded. Easy to order, and delivery was next day, by FedEx. Emails received with tracking information, so easy to plan around.Fault with a wheel and after once again speaking with customer service the issue was resolved and a new wheel sent out, next day delivery.Overall a really good experience and would recommend to others.

I bought a TV from this company and thought that the item was brand new, I wanted new, so I asked if it could be cancelled but it had already been dispatched ! I couldn't return it due to my disability so Deal_Buyer very kindly arranged for the TV purchase to be cancelled and they happily refunded my money.Thank you very much and I highly recommend this company.J.R.

Went looking for a 24" tv for the kitchen on Amazon. Always imagine they are the cheapest but not so. Dealbuyer offering exactly the same item for 20 quid less at £119. Couldn't resist this and took a chance on a company I'd never even heard off. Product, delivery were spot on and i am super pleased with everything. Brilliant

Purchased a HP Envy laptop, fault occurs around 6 months after purchase. Which was repaired and returned without issue. Same fault, less than a year later. Device is now 18 months old and now refusing to repair. Will pursue this matter by whatever means it takes. Updated to respond to your response, the second fault is the same as the original fault, your email trail timeline would prove this. You did not fight as hard as you could, the sales of good act/consumers rights act differs from your response. You will be receiving a small claims action any day, I will not this matter drop.

I placed my order at 8pm on a Monday evening and the TV arrived just after 9am on the Wednesday morning! I have not used it much yet, but the picture and sound both appear to be very good for such a slim and light TV and it was very competitively priced on Dealbuyer. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Bought Apple Watch 8 supposed to be excellent unused condition - a 14 day customer return. Terribly disappointed that it was dead. Rang apple they told me to return it to dealbuyer. After ringing dealbuyer I find that to request a return I’m charged for a premium rate number. Be careful - it’s just not worth the stress

Very easy experience with buying and delivery! I haven’t had any issues at all with my Apple Watch or with the strap, and it was all very securely packaged including the charger and everything needed! Extremely happy with the price, plus warranty and 3 months of Apple fitness (which im probably not going to use but it’s nice that it’s included, especially since the price was so good. 100% would recommend to others for buying tech!

Chose Dealbuyer as they had the product I wanted, at a great price and with a next day delivery option.Ordering was easy and all confirmed for next day delivery.Only problem, it was to some random address in the next county. Spoke to Dealbuyer customer service who really did pull out all the stops and arranged a replacement to get to me by midday on the day I should have received the first one. A rare exemplar in customer service.

Ordering from dealbuyer was quick and easy and the tv recorder just what we wanted with speedy delivery. I feel the company were badly let down by their first choice delivery agent but went out of their way to get next day delivery by Royal Mail.

Weve always had Avtex but decided with the offer to try dealbuyer and the sharp. We have not been disappointed sound quality is great picture is crisp and the company we used was very quick and efficient. Would use them again
