Is dataaxleusa.com Legit?

Purchase to delivery timeline.I initiated a purchase on 11/12 and didn't receive the file until 11/15. This was only after I took the initiative to contact the email listed by Data-Axle, and that contact didn't know anything about my purchase. He works in a different division and had to forward our purchase info to another team. Once the rep did that, we received what looked like an automated confirmation email from Data-Axle. I didn't heard from another rep from either division.

The list I ordered was delivered instantly after a phone call verification of ,y purchase. One of my current customers showed up on the list so I knew I had the right data. Who wouldn't want to try to get more of their best customers? Thank you Data Axle!

I am pleased with the program but they do not provide notification of price increases. Then when a reduction is requested as a long term user they are slow to act.

The list of addresses from Data Axle was not quite what I was looking for. Even after excluding franchises, many of the businesses were still large, commercial chains rather than privately owned restaurants. I also noticed a lot of duplicates, with the same business appearing multiple times just for different locations. I was hoping for a list with more unique, independently owned restaurants to better target my marketing efforts.
