Is dasai.com.au Legit?

Made an order months ago, the order specifically stated that I will receive a tracking number in 1 week, and then the order would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. I waited 6 weeks, never received a tracking number, so I emailed them. They said to wait another 2-3 weeks. So here I am now, I email them every 3 weeks just to be told to wait another 2-3 weeks. Pretty sure I've been scammed, I thought all those 5 star reviews were too good to be true. :( Going to have to see if my bank can reverse the payment.

So I ordered a blinker kit, it was the rinnegan eyes from Naruto.Ordered them, never got tracking for shipping, asked for tracking and updates never got response back. It wasn’t until 3 months later that it arrived.Went to test the connection to see if it worked. 1 of the blinkers lit up the other didn’t at all. Contacted them to get a replacement or my money back and never heard back. Instead I was ignored.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very unreliable and not worth it

After reading 1 star reviews I've determined its due to people not reading or understanding the process or product. Orders take weeks to process because they're custom made to order. It's a popular product that sells out. Plus he has no control with packages getting lost - that happens a lot unfortunately. The product is top tier, way better than the 1st generation it's come a long way. I like the cool limited editions, which makes the collectable.

Overall great experience buying new and innovative car products. Mochi companion and the gundam version are amazing along with the ultimate passenger box. Mochi adds to my daily drive and errand runs and always puts a smile on my face. Love the products and culture from Dasai. They got a faithful customer for life.

Quite a nice small car companion, I find it enterataining especially when driving alone and long range. The processing and quaility is great. One thing maybe is that the scenes ran out quite fast, you start to repeat themselfs, which can become boring after a while, I hope there is a way to get new scenes as updates

One of the very few websites that will tick the box whenever you are looking for something that will spice up your car setup whether its for a show or for personal usage. Whenever we talked about car accessories or pc/rig setup Dasai is always our on the go. To top it off, their customer service team is superb!!! Fast and very reliable. Looking forward to our next purchase.

Product is great, shipping just takes a while sometimes especially if out of stock, but if item is in stock it gets to where you are approx 2-3 weeks, well worth the wait. Remy is also very professional especially when answering queries. Patience is key when ordering from dasai but well worth the wait.

Always delivers purchases. Preorders keeps you updated by email. Purchased many orders with dasai. Ive purchased Mochi1 mochi2 gundam1 and now gundam2. Trustable reputable company. I've purchased in 2022 and 2023 and now 2024. I'm in Canada. Ships from Australia to Canada.

Pre-ordered the RX Mochi as well as a few peekers. I did have to wait a while to receive them (as expected of pre-order items) and there was a hiccup with my order not having been dispatched like others but Remy answered my email really quickly snd quickly rectified issues with my order. This is a small company currently and issues with shipping are understandable. I would wholly encourage people to give these guys are chance because the products are fantastic and well worth the wait. Keep up the amazing work!!

What's not to like? I can't speak on others' experiences (especially with shipping), I can only speak on mine, I am honestly so impressed and pleased with my items. I received my mochi near or around Christmas and for the price, are you kidding? The build quality and just innovation is impressive, but the whole Dasai and Mochi community is unique. Happy with my items, and will continue to shop with them!

I have as of time of writing, ordered one of every Mochi to date (helmet colours excluded) and loved ever single one. Wait times are somewhat long, but expected and any issues are solved or answered quickly with a single simple email. The best part is that its a response from a human being and not some automated generator or AI.I have no experience with other Dasai products (yet) but the Mochi line-up is yet to disappoint!(please note, date of experience is arbitrary as this review reflects my experience as a whole, not just a single purchase)

This little guy is super fun! Permanent install is simple. Volume mute is hard to find, and not well explained in the directions. Variety of animations is good and entertaining, choice of helmet color and other accessories makes it easy to match it up to your car or personality.

Same review as a few others on here! Ordered 1st of may, many emails promising it has been sent, then checking why delayed but has been sent, to looking into delayed orders! Shipping estimate just keeps getting extended with no real answers! Do not bother ordering as you will likely never receive this!!!

Dasai makes great quality product (Mochi MkII). I really love it and always rides with me.Shipping was smooth this time to Italy. Last time shipping to Chile there were problems and product didn't arrive (not that unusual with intl shipments) and Dasai gave great support and answered for the shipment even if this was not his responsability.Would recommend to a friend and will definetly buy again.

Definitely Awesome lil bot, keeps driving a bit more fun hearing him go off haha, I have him set up with the clear helmet on and on my steering wheel column wired up to the point that when I turn my car on he comes to life and when I turn off my car he goes to sleep haha. I even got the plushie for my daughter and have that hanging on the “Oh Sheet” handle above her seat so if we crack her window itll look like its peeping out.

Shawn from Singapore here. I would say i had an overall pleasant experience.Purchased the Mochi in Nov 2023. While shipping did take awhile, i'd say Remy (Dasai's owner) was very prompt is answering my queries (and i sent alot due to my anxiety from reading the negatie reviews).However, Remy was professional in answering all my queries and assuring me with updates on the shipping.Eventually, it took 35 days to arrive. Slightly longer than expected, but Remy's professionalism made up for it.6 months onward and Mochi is still sitting well and fine in my car :).

Obviously a young and not so much experienced business, and so stocking, shipping and bot filtering are the biggest problems to adress.But, we all do have to have in mind that these are decoration objects, not life-depending items. So no need to rush or be impatient about. Always received my stuff, with zero damage or problems. That’s what matters to me.

I’ve purchased items from Dasai since early beginnings. I pride myself on that, specially because Remy has always been available for us when needing help with an order or pretty much anything.Regarding the items, I won’t lie and say they were perfect at the beginning but now? They are near perfect. You can see the detail put into each item, the way Dasai has had to evolve them to adapt to us in the automotive scene. The same could be said about shipping times: before, it could take months for an order to arrive and nowadays it can take less than a week (depending if it’s in stock, a limited item, etc).If I were to resume my experience with Dasai I would say they are a company that listens to their clients. So, I’ll keep purchasing stuff every time they release stuff.

I ordered on a Friday, got it mid next week. Super fast shipping every time I order. I’ve ordered the mochi, the limited helmets, the plushies (large and small). Great quality, I have had nothing but positive interactions with this company. Just waiting for the Mochi rug to come back in stock to complete my collection of wants.
