Is darkacademias.com Legit?

The product received does not match the product ordered. The pattern, the color, and the fabric are all different than described and depicted on line. When my son requested a refund they refused and offered a $12.00 store credit or a partial refund of $9.00 out of the $45 spent. This is unacceptable when the product received is not what was depicted or described. It’s not like my son changed his mind, the company sent a junk replica of what they promoted then had the audacity to think he’d like store credit. We will never buy another thing from this company and neither should you.

I ordered a shirt but i wanted a California retro t shirt not sweatshirt which i saw yesterday.Now i cant find it...has a surfboard in the front...any availableservice is great...

Great clothes and as a bookworm, extremely nice. Though it was a little hard to choose, because there is just soooo much. The only bad experience I had, was that any time I would klick on an item and then go back to searching, it would jump to the top and I had to scroll down again to where I left off. And that obviously took quite some time. But I am very excited to get my order and the clothes are hopefully as great as they are promised. Plus it would be nice to have a collection of fandoms, like one for all the clothes of Acotar and one for fourth wing and so on. But thanks :)

This person sells fake crap. Do not order from Darkacademias.com. they will take your money send you garbage then refuse to refund Your money. Let's all work hard to post the facts here and put them out of business. The owners name is supposed to be Dudley Roger's. Dudley must be a real Dud for ripping people off¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¡

The vintage mens shorts I purchased was something my 17 yr grandson wanted. It will be a gift for him. He loves the vintage look and the price was right and purchasing the shorts was easy to do online.

Fake product. Ordered ‘quicksilver’ shorts made of corduroy. What arrived was a fake plastic version that they had made based on a photo of the original. Refused to refund me unless I paid to send them to China, which would have cost more than the product itself.

3 out of 4 products were either cheap material or the wrong product altogether.Customer service team didn’t take any responsibility for mistake and left me out of pocket to return the products when it was their fault.Really unhappy with products and company.

What made my experience great is that I had order some of the shirts from a different website and they ended up scamming me. This website so far has been good. I’ve gotten notifications abt my order and information. So far this is good.

Low quality, long lag time for shipping. Started off almost immediately with emails saying they had trouble getting raw materials and everything is delayed. T shirt came. Sized way too small. A couple of weeks later the two sweatshirts arrived. I’ve never seen such low quality materials. Not sure I’ll ever wear them. Basically a scam site. Avoid and head to Etsy or another verified site.

It was an easy ordering experience. I can add to this once the product has arrived. I like the graphics on the t-shirts. Do you offer sleep lounger pants? Can you increase your size, some of your competitors have 4 & 5x. I'm a 2x but I always like to order bigger. I didn't notice an estimated delivery date.15 days no item received. -1 star

The website is easy to navigate and check out was fast and efficient. I appreciated the currency conversion. I came close to getting more than one item because of the discount but decided to see the quality and size of this one before coming back.Ps. Wish there was a "let's get stoned" Medusa sweatshirt.

Items took around 20 days to arrive, and are pretty bad material. It’s see through in some prints, shapeless, and the shirts are way too long. The prints are quite blurry and feels very unbreathable, there’s no way it is “cotton blend” as listed. Would not recommend unless you can get them at ~$5 CAD because they simply are not worth it.

Their items are NOT what is advertised. I’m starting to believe they are not licensed to sell the merch they do. The pictures they use are ripped off of other sites and the product they send is an absolute nightmare, letters bleeding together, the vinyl iron on is peeling (and i didnt even unseal the bag yet.) can’t get in touch with anyone because their email doesn’t work and their contact form doesn’t work.

Easy to navigate website. I was interested in Fourth Wing merch and I was able to search by collection. I appreciate the multiple angles to see the merchandise in photos. It was very easy to add and swap out things in my cart. I look forward to purchasing more things from DarkAcademias!

Placed an order and immediately received a 'shipping is delayed' email. I reached out to cancel the order b/c it wouldn't arrive by the event. They replied that it could not be cancelled b/c it had been shipped. When I lookup the tracking ID, no record exists. I went back and forth multiple times bc it clearly never shipped/arrived. Now pursuing fraud follow up with my credit card company

Their customer service is terrible. They will not accept returns, despite their "hassle free returns" policy. They offer coupon codes, but there is no way to redeem them on their website. They refuse to help in any way, even when they sent the completely wrong items on an order that was placed correctly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I love the products but 1. The measurements for tshirts are nonsense. They say cm but the numbers are absolutely not coherent...XL recommended for 160cm & 60kg, what?And 2. I would have loved to know when my order would be shipped. I bought it several days ago and still no sign of any shipping... I can absolutely understand that it takes several days to process but please announce a number of days. Right now my order is still awaiting shipping and I have no idea if I'll get them next week for next month!
