Is daraz.com.bd Legit?

The profile and address editing is pathetically bugged and now, I can't even log in on PC with Facebook today. Just, the only online shop system in my country and it's just unhelpful and rigged. So shady and stupid!

Daraz is totally run a fraud business. 17 august i was received a product but it was totally bad. Than i returned it but 2 months have past since they are not refund it. Me and my family totally avoid daraz shopping

Earlier this company used to deliver my product within earliest delivery date. Also took low fees, now my delivery date is going over and product is still about to be shipped! I don't care they add few taka more delivery charge, which they have already added, but their delivery quality is decreasing more. Some even says, they didn't get their product even after 20 days have been past.

Daraz is a e-commerce website in Bangladesh. Here sellers can sell their product. Sometimes you get trustworthy seller who gives you the right product in the right price, and sometimes you get some type of sellers that, they will show you something, but when you will order it, they will give another thing. This is the main problem. Sellers are not honest.

Daraz is really great, I've been ordering a lot of products from it for the past 4 years, haven't faced any primal issue yet. Their service is better than the other e-commerce webs in our country. Though the only annoying thing is that they continuously send notifications or promotions and try seducing people for buying new products. But it's business strategy so It's okay. And for the other issue, even though It's not daraz's fault but a lot of products are too lower quality compared to what is shown on the commercial. However a lot of deals are reasonable and same rare stuffs are also available. But they really should develop the returning process.

Daraz Bangladesh is currently leading Ecommerce of Bangladesh.As there is no competition in E-commerce sector in Bangladesh, they increasing their delivery fee as well as all products fee. They produce various competition throughout the year.But none of these campaign are fairly observed. Daraz Bangladesh needs to come out clean and stop increasing delivery charge and product price.Stop taking unfair advantage.

Very slow delivery. Totally not recommended. I placed an order which was supposed to reach within 8 Sept. 2024. It is 10th Sept. 2024 today, still not received. The funniest thing is that still expected delivery time is showing 8th Sept. 2024. Daraz is just a portal of sluggish people.

We expect more from an eCommerce in this days. Daraz's service doesn't seem up to the mark to me in Bangladesh. Poor customer care, poor delivery, poor inventory. I ordered multiple items and they delivered every piece of the items separately saying that they were from different vendors where many other eCommerce sites can deliver at once. Also, they were supposed to set up my Treadmill which they didn't (I wasn't home and the delivery guy just handed the item over to my parents skipping installation). Also, products aren't from good vendors/products qualities aren't up to the mark. Not very good experiences from Daraz.

In the words of the fabulous Vin Diesel: "The word ain't been invented yet".Honestly, you can count almost all local and and some foreign companies among the providers of "disgusting customer service" here. This is simply because there are no clear laws protecting customer rights, no enforcement nor acknowledgement. If they can rip you off, they will. If they can't, they will die trying. That's digital Bangladesh for you.

I don’t know how I start, totally fraud company. Taking money from customers sending cheap quality products. When you return they issued voucher. You can use this voucher only once. So I got refund 6100 taka and purchase 561 taka product. Now they took all my money,I don’t think so anywhere in world or other company have this rip of money system. I will go review everywhere and taking legal action for this stupid activity.

At first the products I received were great, back in early 2023 . But now the products are just defective garbage, useless and fake. Daraz doesn't wanna take accountability of the products. They don't wanna admit it! They are truly run the shittest online market i ever seen. Hope they improve their reputation with the customers and give the comers what they paid for , or maybe ban the app from website and play store. Why play with customers? If they keep doing it, we as customers will just boycott their counterfeit products and their unethical behaviour. 😒

They are taking too long to deliver an order. They have increased delivery charges several time on the contrary the quality has decreased. I am not going to order from them untill they fixed their issues.

I'm starting to buy products from Daraz since 2016. Dozens of orders completed till now. Only the second time received a product that didn't satisfy me. Last month i's received my last order from them and the product was as described.The only annoying thing is when order multiple products never receive all products the same day. Last time they delivered me 4 product in two days.

What a complete and utter joke of a returning process! These incompetent fools have the nerve to send out their shoddy products right to your doorstep, but when it inevitably turns out to be a defective piece of garbage, they make you trek all the way to their store just to drop it off, and demand that you have the original packaging to boot! Are you kidding me?! What kind of absurdity is this?! It's plain to see that their primary objective is to deter people from bothering with the hassle of returning their worthless merchandise. Pathetic and despicable!

The best online shopping experience for me. Price are so reasonable. Service is not bad. Courier method is well. They need to improve the system to check quality of their vendor's products.
