Is dangelapanelli.com Legit?

They dont response any emails. I tried to reach via instagram DM or comments no response at all. I am trying to refund my order but no-one is in charge. AS stated here this website is a SCAM !!! Be careful.

SCAM WEBSITE - AVOID They do not sell the items they advertise on their website or social media. They then refuse to refund you despite overwhelming evidence of this misleading and illegal business practice. After looking into their items further, they are taking images from other brand websites or social media posts and claiming they are their own items. What you receive is an extremely low quality copy that only slightly resembles the images advertised. Do not fall for this scam.

Since I have no intention of losing my money, I will write a negative review every day.Like me, many other girls have lost their money and never received a response.I tried contacting them in every possible way—nothing. They even blocked me on Instagram.

Do not buy! As the other reviews say, they clearly just resell existing products from Ali express at a higher price! They simply cut out all the labels and tags - even including those that have guidelines on how to wash the cloths - and sell it!I am super frustrated for my purchase, specially for spending so much money for something so low quality... Really do not recomend!

I saw this shop on Instagram and before reading any reviews I bought a vest. Right after placing my order I checked the reviews online and tried to cancel straight away - just got the answer they would let the logistic know about the cancellation - nothing happened. Still waiting for my parcel after 20 days. My parcel gets delivered by Ali Express. So they’re selling Ali Express products way overpriced!!I‘m hoping to get my money back. Please don’t order at this shop, it’s the worst!!

The worst e-commerce experience I ever made. Parts of the order did not arrive and instead of simply returning my money. They did not even inform me about the missing items but I had to reach out. Now I am trying to get my money back since over a month. Absolutely not recommended!!!

I bought a few outfits from here for my holidays this summer and was amazed by the quality of the clothes for such a good price as well. The outfits are gorgeous. There is something for every occasion for nice meals, going out, or even casual wear.

Be careful, they are scammers, I placed an order and never received it, they never got my money back and they don't respond to emails.

I recently shopped at Dangelapanelli and couldn’t be happier with my experience! 🥰 Everything I ordered arrived exactly as pictured. Shipping was fast and the items were neatly packaged. Overall, I highly recommend it!!

Please do not shop here! One big sceme! The products you get are nothing like the products they advertise with. The quality is very bad, products are not finished (i got trousers with no zipper) or you get send the wrong products! I contacted the store about the problem and told me they where going to look into it. I used Klarna to pay in advance. I reported the problem with Klarna, but I never have gotten a solution for the problems. When i email the store again they don’t replay anymore. Klarna can’t help me further with the anymore because dangela panelli wont solve the problem. I didn’t even got the chance to send the products back because i have no information or given the possibillity to register my return (because they don’t answer my emails anymore). So now i am stuck with poor quality clothes and the wrong clothes that where waaay overprised!

*update* the coat did finally arrive- 30 days later. This is has been one of the worst “companies” to deal with. I don’t even know if they are a legit “company”. Awful customer service- do not reply for days and you are lucky to even get a response! I ordered a jacket on 24th Sept and it still has not arrived 1 month later. It’s a fraudster company who should not be operating! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will take your money and give you nothing!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING.The items are nothing like what you see on socials. They are shoddy garments made in China. The terms and conditions on their website state that no refunds are issued on sale items. Firstly, this goes against trading standards in the UK for which you have the right to change your mind and receive a full refund. Secondly, the site is always on sales mode.I realised I had made an impulsive purchase as soon as I had completed the sale. I quickly jumped on TP, saw the shocking reviews, and contacted the company immediately to request to cancel my order. The short story is that they ghosted me time and time again. I brought the case to Paypal (who I used to make payment) and they closed the case in my favour and I received the full refund from Paypal.I was lucky that I used a secure payment provider like Paypal, and that I persisted to get the case brought against them.

IT’S A SCAM.I ordered a jacket on August 25th, but it never arrived. I have written repeatedly, but received no response.Three weeks ago, I received an email stating that the jacket had been delivered, unfortunately in Germany instead of Italy. I asked for an explanation but received none, and I also provided them with all the screenshots of the order showing that the address I had provided was in Italy.Customer service continues to ignore me.NOT BUY HEREPs. For this they ask - through their Ig stories - to their followers to write false reviews on trustpilot. Cause their score is very low!!

I am a fashion designer and as such I love all types of clothing. When I discovered the brand D’Angela Panelli I immediately fell in love with the colors and textures! I bought a vest and loved it!! The color, texture and fabric are incredible! I had some questions during the purchase, but they were answered right away. Delivery was fast! I loved it, loved it, loved it.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 4 items, all felt cheap and frankly unwearable. They would not process a return or refund for me, their customer service will ignore you. Please save your money.

The package arrived quite quickly and the customer service was quite quick at replying at my emails, as I was slightly worried after reading the reviews. The top I bought looks good and I’m quite happy with it
