Return policy is abysmal. Basically Buyer beware. Highly recommend buying from someone else.

I ordered my son a Pittsburgh jersey from Dallas cowboys on 25 September and I got a notice it shipped ten days ago. But when I check it says it's still awaiting pick up. And it's been 15 days. I can not understand how this is happening.

I ordered 2 Jersey and paid for them over a week ago haven't heard anything from them no tracking number nothing

I wanted to return the jersey vector didn’t fit and was unable to.

Item did not arrive within the time promised and is definitely not as pictured. The lettering overlaps with the stitching and there is no blue star on the tongue as the picture shows. It's just a white outline of a star.

I find the price and quality quite good compared to the market and many other stores. I received the item after 22 days of ordering because I chose USPS shipping. The 2nd order I chose FedEx cost more but I received my order within 10 days

I was leary to buy from this site because there wasn't very much information about it. But I decided to take a chance. I was a little worried that it would not be here before Christmas or come at all. I use the Shop app to track all my packages and I didn't get much correspondence regarding my package. My order did arrive in the time slot given which was around two weeks. I was suggest use the Fed Ex shipping method if you need your items within a certain time frame. The quality of the items were good but I can't speak on the fit as of yet because they are Christmas gifts and he hasn't tried them on yet.

2nd time ordering here, I love their impressive shirt designs. However, shipping time is something to consider as it takes about 1 month from the date of order to receive it.

I bought a Dallas cowboy sweat shirt and jacket im happy i got a size up because the sizes run a bit small other than that it was perfect. But took forever to get package but was worth it

Don't waste your money on the snoop dog keychain!! You'll need a magnifying glass to see it!! Very disappointed in this purchase!

Still haven't received the shoes. Never received the tracking number and after repeated emails, I was told I was wrong for not receiving it. Keep getting this "rate" me email even though nothing has arrived. So 1 star. I ordered over 2 months ago and this came by air so I know it isn't stuck off LA coast. Will update once I actually receive it, or you will see my business complaint when I request my money back for it never arriving.

When the merchandise came it wasn't made as expected. The leather jackets right sleeve inner lining was twisted when sown, keeping it from wearing because I couldn't get my arm all the way through. And nonetheless left cuff of the jacket is coming off. It's poor workmanship for the price. A refund would appropriate. The merchandise would not even be worth spending the money for the return. I had sent a email regarding this. But was told there is a delay do to covid. And haven't heard anything back since 1/11/23

I see you took down my review probably because Dallascowboyshome.com is a scam site and are ripping off people and I'm one of them. I'll be transparent here's my order # 16829 and my email anyone can see for them selfs what kind of scam thier are pulling on the public they got there money I got nothing for your own protection DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE. Just called the phone # on thier scam site it's for the USPS go figure.added Dec. 6 still no package can't get any information thier is nobody really working at this site except a bunch of scam artists and thieves. THIS A BUYER BEWARE SITE.

Just to let you know — we've received your order #17055, and it is now being processed:[Order #17055] (December 11, 2022)10 days later and still nothing about shipment which is ridiculous. These are suppose to be Christmas presents and when you get an email back they send you a standard email that it is still processing and they have limited people due to COVID. I mean come on with that as that is no longer an excuse in most peoples eyes nowadays, especially in Florida.

The jacket was great except for the zipper goes on the right side for men and the tag sticker on the back by the collar pulled a bit of the brown leather off as I pulled it away from the jacket

I made a purchase, paid extra to have it delivered by today, but when I check tracking it's still waiting for pick-up in NY since the 16th and today is the 22nd, needless to say I will not get my order in the time it was promised to me. Unfortunately, if I don't get it today it's useless to me, but I'll have to pay shipping to return which isn't fair. STAY AWAY from this company.

I ordered a hoodie and when it arrived the size was perfect but the printing quality was very poor, the worst part is they put the dallas cowboys lettering on backwards!!!! Its totally messed up! I have since sent several emails to their "customer support" and they're always away or offline they see and read my messages but refuse to respond and it doesn't seem like they have any intention at all of replacing it or refunding my money!!! This is a rip off!!!!

I received my order, and let the company know the jacket did not fit. They said the factory said they would not and could not take it back. Then they offered me a coupon for half of to order the different size jacket. Very poor customer service and do not care about customers at all!!!
