Is dailysteals.com Legit?

I had two recent orders that had issues:1. Men’s 10 pack Dove deodorant - package only contained 9.2. Ladies 10 pack Dove deodorant. Package was never received.I reported both issues to Customer care and I only received a run around. I was asked to send photos of mailing labels. This conversation went back and forth with the representative via email. I finally told him that I was trying to give you all a chance to make this right, but it might be better to just dispute the charge with my credit card company.

My order was cancelled. I wasn’t even notified. Assuming there was a shortage because it is out of stock. Poor customer relations when they don’t let you know what is going on

I love looking through my Daily Steals emails. You always find something at a great price and shipped in a timely manner.

Delivery is rather slow. Have not gotten it yet so not able to give you anymore feedback.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air. The previous owner login info was still in the MacBook. I figured out hour to change to mines. But also in order for it to stay on it had to always stay plugged in. I emailed customer service. I was emailing with Harrison who handle everything with ease. I’m exchanging the 1st one and grind a replacement.

Trying to use myMembership but never got a card or anything virtually so I can order anything from costco

These are basically useless. I purchased 2 keychain power banks to use while traveling. They only charge my phone maybe 10%.

One of the briefs had cut material. Several others had inspection stickers pointing to specific parts of the brief as though it was identifying defects. I guess I’ll find out when I try them on.

The item purchased arrived timely Ang in great condition. The assembly instructions were vague and failed to identify all the parts and when to assemble them. The finished product has two desk tops that can individually adjusted up or down — primary reason for purchase! HOWEVER, the two tops will not fit together when at the same level — too tight!!! Very disappointed in the design and vague instructions for assembly and no customer service phone number to call for resolution of this problem!!!

I purchased the downloadable 2019 Microsoft Office suite. The download instructions and software key was emailed very quickly. The instructions were very clear and I was up and running within 20 minutes.

“Horrible company”

Ordered an item based on the model they advertised. They sent me the incorrect model and have yet to replace or refund me. Takes forever to get a response. Do not use this company. Items don't even come in original packaging. Almost like they are returns from other stores. As you can see model number on order is not what I received and does not work like the one advertised that I ordered.

I placed an order with Daily Steals for a laptop. They sent me the laptop with the wrong selected specs. I send it in for a refund and they told me they would not refund me the shipping, even though they sent the wrong product. The response back was ridiculous, 'We didn't promise a 120 GB hard drive', but they had it as a selectable option, and the price changes when you select any of the different choices. So it seemed some good 'I never lose an argument' dynamic was put in play by the 'customer service rep', who could have been the same guy who actually shipped the product. It felt like a small operation with little or no business rules process. It's been over a week beyond the promised five business days and they still haven't refunded me. I'm worried they won't even refund me, which will mean I lost hundreds of dollars on an item I thought I'd save a few dollars on. In short, the customer service is bad. Tip for consumers:If you want a good used or refurbished product, don't order from DailySteals.com, just buy it from an ebay user with hundreds of good reviews. “Do not buy”

Save your money. Do not buy. What I got was a complete off brand knock off version of what they advertised. Made a ticket to ask for the actual item that was advertised or a refund. Support jerked me around telling me to keep waiting 2-3 business days more then twice. Just to get another email saying that my ticket has been closed. “Horrible”

Never again! The only steal on this site is them stealing your money. I thought I was getting a bargain "10 different maybelline nail polishes for $11.99" they pick them for you so you don't know which color you will get, which was fine. The problem was that I got 3 same black ones, three same navy, two same dark blue, a lighter blue and white. Don't be fooled like I was.

They've been jerking my chain since June. Every ticket says something different, that is when they finally reply. They sent wrong item ( appears to be their MO). First I told them I wanted what I ordered, they said they don't do replacements. Finally I said give me my money back, Now they say they have shipped it from Warehouse. It's amazing how their website shows nothing but 5 star reviews. Especially since I submitted a 1 star review. Do not order from this company unless you have a month to wait for it. Terrible customer service as well.

Some minor scratches on the body that are pretty noticeable. Thought there would be fewer of them but it's not too bad. The phone still functions perfectly fine and buttery smooth, just as I had hoped. Would definitely buy a phone again from these guys but now with a slightly different mind set.

I was informed my item shipped and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking link never showed it as actually being accepted by the USPS. That was over a month ago. Despite 9 ticket replies "Brandon" keeps auto replying "We are working on a resolution for you right away. Please be attentive to an email update." -- They never respond with anything else or update anything for that matter. I've contacted Paypal to cancel this order. "Daily Steals" is the perfect name for this company.

“One star, Because "No stars" wasn't an option”

I have bought several items from the site. Initially it was OK. It took a little longer than expected to get the items. Now it's increasing worse. First weeks and now over a month. Getting help from them is impossible. I received a response to my question about a week later and it was absolutely no help. I enjoy online deal sites but I will never use this one again. If you're looking for deals I would recommend Woot.com. They ship fast and answer question in a timely manner. Avoid Dailysteals if you want your product in a timely manner. My detailed ratings may look a little unusual but how can you give free shipping anything but 5 stars and the quality of the products is not the issue for me. Tip for consumers:Google the item you're looking at on Dailysteals and if can find it closely priced buy it somewhere else. “Shipped late and fighting returns”

I ordered a food sealer and it did not come within the expected ship time. No ability to track order through their site, no reference numbers, no recognition of my email address. Now I am fighting to ship back a product that came late and has been replaced already. Proceed Cautiously if you deal with DailySteals!

Two weeks ago I order some good for a substantial amount of money from Daily Steals. Payment went through via Paypal, but I never received an order confirmation. I also never heard back on questions sent via the support email, the website, nor via the chat function. And the goods have never arrived.

Sent the wrong model of the product I ordered. W/out realizing the switch I used it, then noticed that there were attachments missing. Customer service was clueless (wanting me to return it so they can send the missing parts.?). Seems the one I got doesn't take attachments (only reason I bought the thing). “Zero More Like It”

First thing I ordered was okay. But then I placed 2 more orders. The third order arrived so I started checking on the tracking of the second. USPS said that it was delivered. I have not received it. As of today, I have exchanged 13 e-mails trying to get the item or a refund. Just getting run around. Don't recommend using this site. Seems you get what you pay for in quality and less than that in customer service.

“Zero Customer Service”

I am sure if everything goes as expected they are fine. But, in my case the shipper had an issue and I never received my 80$ sunglasses. It was more frustrating trying to deal with a customer service group then worth the money that was involved. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from. I decided to purchase 3.4 oz. Of Viva La Juicy-Juicy Couture perfume from this website against my better judgement. When I first sprayed it, it smelled so strongly of alcohol I couldn't tell if the perfume was coming through at all. Upon looking at the bottle I discovered that it has scuff marks on the top and bottom. Additionally, a nice chip of glass is missing from the back. It's safe to assume that someone opened and diluted it before selling it. It does smell like the perfume, but so faintly compared to the real deal. “Received the wrong item, asked for the item i ordered...”

Received the wrong item, asked for the item i ordered (to which they were now sold out) so i was screwed with the item they sent me. Gave me tracking numbers for open orders that have yet to have any information on it (a month later). Slow response time for customer service (if you receive any at all). They still owe me items from last month that i may never see at all. Main items on website are backwater generics that you would really find a review of before clicking the 'add to cart' button. In short, use at your own risk, i won't be using them again.

They charged my credit card for over $100 for a smart watch I ordered from them. It's been 2 weeks and still there is NO shipment tracking update and I do not know when it will be delivered? "From my personal experience, stay away. I finally learned my lesson after several items I ordered had to be returned due to defects. Keep in mind, it is not easy to return to them. They make you jump through hoops and so not answer your emails promptly. This last order, 2 solar lights, 1 came damaged in the box. I asked them to just replace the broken one. They wanted a sample of my DNA and proof of purchase which they already knew I purchased it from them. Ridiculous and anyone contemplating from purchasing from them should think twice. Their refurbished items are really damaged items. I purchased a tablet that arrived with a scratched screen. The scratch was so deep that if you ran your finger across it, you would cut yourself. I had to send 8 pictures of the scratch before they allowed me to send it back for a refund. If you ever got that feeling that you were not dealing with an on the up company, purchasing from them will make you feel that way."

Will never order anything ever again from that store, it takes up to 48 hours for them to ship your orders while other companies ship your order within the same day if not within next few hours, and their prices are not the best either, I m pretty sure if you do little research on the item you want to buy, you can find at a better price and much faster shipping, you want make the best out of your money, to shop at daily steals would be just plenty stupid!

Daily STEALs Get the hint from their name. I ordered a product and it did not work as promised. I tried to get it to work, but it was not possible. I informed customer service immediately that I was having problems. Let me add that this is during the pandemic, so everything is upside down. Customer service contacted me back right away and things were cool. No worries. I finally concluded that I could not use the item and needed to return it. "Sorry, you are too late now." Sorry about the inconvenience. Well, what customer service calls "inconvenience" I call theft. Hey, the hint is in their name. Be forewarned. Shop elsewhere. NO STARS.
