I have used cyclingfrelsistore.com for several cycling jerseys and bibs. I did have an issue with size and contacted them. They were happy to try and make it right, and were more inclined to just send the proper size for a modest fee rather than have me return (to China) my incorrect item.
This is a store with no U.S. presence. They will not give refunds unless you show a defect in manufacturing. If your jersey doesn’t fit they say keep it and send $18 (for “shipping”)and they will send another in a larger size. In actuality these are likely the $10-13 jerseys seen on such sites as TEMU. If you insist on a refund they will want you to send the return to China. Really….. Stay away from this guy.
