Is cyberghost.com Legit?

It changed my life travelling abroad very often. I’m French and I couldn’t watch French tv or Netflix and other streaming platforms. Now, I can !On top of that, extremely simple to implement this software in my iPhone, my iPad, and my Mac. I really appreciate that it is not needed to be an expert in computer. I definitely advise people who travel to buy it, quite inexpensive by the way m.

It’s early days, but so far the product has been great, I have always managed to get a good stable VPN connection via the selected country I have wanted. I am able to download and stream UK based content without an issue. The price and discounts for a two year plus package were also excellent.

This is a renewal, had it for three years now. OK, one or two problems, but, log a ticket and someone gets back to you with a solution. Works great for everything that I want it for.

I'm a senior on a fixed income and could no longer afford the app. Signing up and signing out were easy and straightforward. On-line, live assistance was first rate!

It's super fast, I feel unobserved and untracked, I can look at things I could not before - I've probably forgotten to praise something! DANKE!!!!!

1) Local Network (File sharing, Printer) work perfectly. I had another vendors VPN and I could not do anything locally if VPN was enabled.2) Manage exceptions works fine -- but lacks the ability to edit the url once it is entered as an exception. Requires delete and re-entry. All in All a very good product.

The positive thing is that you have Gaming servers on offer. That makes you special for now because other providers don't have that offer. The negative thing is that you don't have Wireguard router setup. It would be good if you had more servers for gaming, such as Milan (Italy), Legionowo (Poland).

I mainly got this one for gaming so I can play in different countries.I VPN'd from Europe to America with only 80-120ping + no packet loss.Really loving it so far!

I had expected more from the product, and even with the support of the support team, I was unable to solve the problem on an Apple TV box (4K). But even if I had been able to set up SmartDNS, I would have had to carry out complicated manual configurations and restarts every time I switched to a different VPN (country). So it doesn't make sense for me to use it, which is why I took advantage of the 45-day satisfaction guarantee, which was processed quickly and without any problems. As soon as CyberGhost provides an app for Apple TV Box, the product would be highly recommended.

Trouble free VPN that works well with Apple and good price/performance. 7 devices on the same account is also enough for most (although it's more 7 users: my MacBook has 2 users and therefore counts as 2, even though it's one device). Low CPU usage compared to some other VPN's I've tried.some small glitches though- Default settings are strange: no autostart on MacOs and VPN default disabled. Easily resolved though but not logical.- on IOS I can exclude my home network, but somehow on MacOs the same function seems present but does not even show my home network so I cannot exclude it.- Only two email addresses can be monitored for security breaches. That is a low number.

I had a poor experience in Indonesia, with a slow connection and eventually no access at all!And the worst part… if you click on a three-star rating in the feedback email, they send you to their FAQ. When signing for a one month subscription which was cheaper than other vpn's only to find they don't include vat on the price which takes it way over what you pay for other providers. I'll carry on but have already cancelled renewal.

Using Cyberghost for the second time and I am very happy with the service which works great on my several devices. I am travelling a lot and use Cyberghost for streaming only. Can recommend cyberghost! The App on our Android phones works super quick, fast connection!

Low price, great focus on privacy and very good bandwidth, definitely recommend.

The dedicated IP option is annoying, if there is anything wrong with it then they want you to open another account to get the dedicated IP back

“Scammers”

Don't use the VPN with so many services out there this is one to avoid! They make you sign up for a 2 year plan then after their fake 45 day refund is up the service stops working! They will refuse to give you a refund even though it's because of them why it doesn't work and will ignore your messages!

They are the worst VPN service by far! They get you to take a 2 year plan and then after their fake 45 day guarantee has passed they stop the service working on your device! They say its still working even though the device is saying VPN NOT connected! When you ask for a refund they say the 45 days has passed even though its their fault why you want a refund because the service isn't working! They are scammers don't use them there are so many better VPN providers out there this is by far the worst!

“Awesome is an understatement”

I bought a lifelong Cyberghost VPN from a third party. Installation required several codes that were provided by the 3rd party. I was very confused about which code was used where. I contacted Cyberghost and they got back to me quickly. Long story short, it took MANY attempts to get the VPN installed AND to get logged in. Bien at Cyberghost was incredibly patient. He stuck with me almost daily for at least 3 weeks until the problem was solved. REMARKABLE! He was always really really encouraging. He never showed even the smallest bit of frustration with me.
