Is cwsellors.co.uk Legit?

Took an absolute age to deliver the watch, chased numerous times. Asked them to divert the order into store (as the bracelet was going to need adjustment) confirmed the change a number of times but watch was still delivered to home. Luckily, it took them so long to deliver I had been on my summer holiday and was back home so postie didn't leave it in my recycling bin!!

I bought a piece of jewellery as a gift for my wife. It is excellent. However, what stands out for me, is their customer service.Despite being securely packaged, the pendant was slightly damaged on arrival. The response from the lady I dealt with was spot on and courier collection was arranged to collect the pendant and return to them for replacement. The second pendant was sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and last seen in a sorting depot some distance from us in the opposite direction to their headquarters. Again, a brilliant response from the colleagues I liaised with and a third pendant was successfully collected from their most local branch (at our request to collect rather than risk to Royal Mail).Whilst some would consider this to be worthy of complaint, my view is that their attitude to resolving the problems which were outwith their control, was excellent and gives me confidence to buy from them again (which I am just about to do).

A reliable service and got a great deal on my watch. I had already seen the watch and so ordered online. Paid using PayPal which made the whole experience easy.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered a Spinnaker watch 5 months ago. Still no sign of it or even a delivery date. The issue is that I have done all of the chasing, and if I get a reply they just say “we don’t have any news yet”. Perhaps they should try picking up the phone to the manufacturer/supplier. They might get an answer then.

I ordered a wedding ring which went out of stock, but was kept informed throughout the wait period on expected delivery etc. staff were always very courteous and prompt whilst dealing with me. Thank you.

Watch is as expected - but still no gift card, still no answer to my last two emails. I paid RRP for a product I could get from any jewellers - will not use these again - despite over £20k of past purchases. Go somewhere you’re custom is vslued

I have purchased a few times from this company and have always experienced a great all-round service.On this occasion, there was a delay in receiving my order due to an issue at the Brand supplier end.I was kept informed of developments throughout, but I also called up regularly just to check. It was always a pleasure to talk to the customer service team - nothing was too much trouble for them, and it was easy to contact them. All of them were polite, professional, efficient and very friendly. It was a pleasure to receive my order in the post, which was safely packaged, and I was informed it was on the way. And the items matched the description and online photographs.

Once we settled on the earrings I wanted to order he made everything so easy - keeping me up to date with the progress of my order as the earrings were being made in Italy.

The service is exceptional. We had several email exchanges and phone calls. They managed to source a Tudor watch for me and deliver it within a month when others were advising 6-12 months. They were always pleasant and courteous and highly responsive. I would happily recommend these to anyone. Purchased the new Garmin Fenix 8 on launch day. Previously purchase the Fenix 6X solar in 2020. The service this time as last time was first class. I said the last time that delivery was faster than Amazon. Same can be said this time. Great Job!!

Ordered the watch Feb 2023 and was stated next day delivery. After this was placed was then told it would need to be ordered from manufacturer and would be 2-3 weeks. When the watch arrived it was missing a spare strap. Have been passed around customer services until now August 2024 and still have not received strap. It is still listed on their website stating 3 straps. I even confirmed with customer services before buying if the spare strap came with it and they confirmed yes. Shocking service

Went into Bakewell store. Sam approached us with a friendly smile and sat us down and talked us through our options for wedding rings, nothing was too much trouble. Since been back to collect the rings that had been resized, again saw Sam. We found her very friendly, professional and knowledgeable especially about watches, resulting in a further purchase of a Tag. Definitely recommend and would return
