Lucy along with our previous account manager Sian, are both great. They call me each month and check in to see how the account is going. I had a great conversation with Lucy recently and she spend a lot of time helping me with a few different bits on my accounts to get better results.

Emily was very responsive when it came to queries regarding my account. Her support was prompt, and she resolved my issues within the same day. 10/10 Customer Service.

I have used CV library Recruiter for the past 2 years. Out of all the job boards I've used (Indeed Search, Reed, Total Jobs) their product/service has been my favourite by a country mile.The user interface is very friendly, easy to navigate; find candidates, download CVs, post jobs etc.The customer service has also been fantastic. I've dealt with Charles Mostert to choose a tailored package for my company. Charles was very friendly and supportive, he took the time to understand what my business needs. As a result he created a bespoke package that was quite frankly perfect for my company at the time.A special thanks to Grace Simpson also for her swift and efficient service with any potential problems. Grace has regularly checked in to ensure everything is working optimally and is bringing back desired results.I will certainly be staying with CV Library for the foreseeable future.
