Is cutsclothing.com Legit?

I returned two separate orders over a month ago and have yet to receive my refund. They have no phone number to call and the only way to contact them is through email and they may respond within a day, but never follow up. I have purchased many items from Cuts before, but after this experience I no longer will. You would think a company as big and well known as this would have better customer service.

I returned clothing August 12th and took till September 9th to reach them as they gave me a shipping label to the old warehouse (they say). To this day September 24th I still have not seen a refund even after 2 different customer service reps let me know it would be there on the 23rd of September. After relaying this to the customer service text I have been ghosted. Own up to your mistakes and make it right. I have been a loyal buyer of your product but this may change things for me.

I’ve sent my return back more than a month ago and still waiting for a refund. Their customer support totally useless and pretty much ignores me. Also their pants material quality is so poor especially for the price they ask for them(even with discounts) Stay away from this company and never buy anything from them

Steven Borrelli, I hope you are reading this.You created some of the best-looking, most comfortable, and most stylish clothing I’ve ever worn.It takes years to build trust in customers like me and others who can afford your clothing (90% of my closet is from Cuts), but it only takes a single purchase to break that trust and generate disappointment when realizing you’ve changed the quality of the clothing, especially the trousers.Believe me—changing manufacturers is probably the worst mistake you’ve made since founding Cuts Clothing.The only arguments I ever have with my wife are about her complaining that ALL my clothing is from Cuts—that’s how loyal I am/was.The business decision to go cheaper, most likely from Vietnam to China, will slowly but surely ruin the company you’ve worked so hard to build.All the best,Juan

I bought 2 shirts and one shorts, it was quite expensive even with the sales happening, I bought size M for the shirts and S for the shorts, I already have another M shirt from them but this time it’s huge. The shorts also has a material that feels very cheap specially for the price.When I contacted them they said I could return it but would have to pay 20 dolars (!!!) for the shipping.

False advertising and they do not accept returns despite their false advertising. Purchased their AO Joggers (3 pairs) when they first launched. They were decent - not worth the cost but they were nice. I purchased additional AO Joggers this year. They changed the material without indicating it anywhere on their website. When I reached out they said, yes we should have notified people, but they have still not updated the site. Be weary. They do not fit the same. They are stiff and a lesser quality material. Stay AWAY. Garbage company.

Absolutely outstanding quality and durability. I found Cuts through Peter Santenello's channel and thought they looked great there, I also trusted his assurances on the quality of the clothing. I ordered my first paid of the AO joggers last year and am now totally hooked, I almost never wear anything else. The investment up front is really worth it. Couldn't recommend highly enough - although if possible please improve your shipping times to the UK!

Cuts received my clothing return on 3/18/24. I still Not have received my refund! I contacted them 5/12/24 and they said the refund is coming. It's not 5/31/24 and still nothing. Good thing I track this or else I could have easily forgotten. Clothes are okay... Looks way better online of course. But the company operates like it's fraudulent. Would not recommend ordering from them.

I’ve recently purchased two clothing items from Cuts, both were very high quality, great fit and very comfortable. Their sizing was spot on. I had a little trouble with holiday shipping issues, but I dealt with an amazing customer service agent, Irene, who was in almost daily email contact with me and took care of my issue. She was beyond WONDERFUL! I also purchased workout shorts last year for my nephew which he loves and they are his favorite pair of workout shorts!

I ordered clothes before Christmas that have never arrived, despite there tracking saying it had been delivered. They told me to check with neighbours/postman etc Which I did knowing it would never have been seen. I emailed several times and they asked me to be patient while they investigated. Now end of march and they are just ignoring all my emails, no refund , no replacement and no explanation..... Should have listened to my instincts which told me prices were too good to be true in first place

Have always been the biggest fan of cuts. I recently had a pair of AO pants start to dethread and Heidi helped me get a replacement pair very quickly. This company has phenomenal customer service and is always what I wear day to day. Please consider taking your business to CUTS.

I ordered one of the boxing day mystery boxes and received 2/3 shirts in the right size. At first I was disappointed but the CUT's team allowed me to select a different coloured shirt in the proper size and let me keep the original one that didn't fit as well. I don't think many companies would do this and they were quick to help me.

For starts; the Cuts AO jogger drips sex! The pants are extremely comfortable; the fit is perfect and they look amazing! I’m a fan! And mildly obsessed with these pants so I rushed to order a second pair However unfortunately I did have an issue with the order when it delivered, but it was immediately resolved by Gil; the response time to my initial email was prompt and the solution was beyond what I had expected; I am more than impressed and will remain a loyal customer to this amazing brand!

I had a situation where I wore a pair of pants and they did not fit the way I expected. I contacted Cuts and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. Not only are their their clothes legit but their customer service is top notch.

Cuts company meets every expectation from a customers point of view. Great product, great company, and great communication. It Is very rare to find a Men’s clothing line that has all three. From an outsiders point of view, the pricing may catch you off guard but when you compare to similar competition in the high quality clothing market to Cuts, Cuts is a bar above the competition because it brings all 3 factors to the table. Keep it up!

EDITED: I was contacted separately from this review and told it was a system glitch. I am receiving the refund.I ordered 5 items and kept 3, but the other two didn’t fit / bad quality. They were not final sale and I sent them back within the allotted timeline. They emailed me saying the return was ineligible, and no one will respond to emails or calls to figure out why it wouldn’t go through.

Good products but horrible shipping time overseas. I live in APO AE and it usually takes 2 months for packages to arrive on average. This is over a three year span of ordering from Cuts, has not changed at all. Big reason why i don't order from them as i did in the past.

Cuts is awesome. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019 and they’ve never let me down. I probably own 18 or so tshirts in different colors & styles, and finally just tried the hoodies. All have been amazing. Great fit, great quality, and excellent customer service each time. I get compliments in the shirts all the time and if people notice the “X” and recognize it they’ll usually comment.

I made a purchase of two pairs of pants over 60 days ago... I returned them because I didn't like how they fit. It's been more than 50 days and I still haven't received my money back! The guys at Cuts responded quickly to a sizing issue. I’ve started to buy more and more products from Cuts as I believe they offer some of the best fitting clothes and quality of materials is second to none. Love their branding and to top it off they have excellent customer service with real people helping make sure each experience is your best experience. Double shout out for Joel. Thanks again.
