It is now December 9th and with many attempts to reach this company through email (only way to contact them) I've gotten no response and still no item. Very disappointed and now I have no product or way to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from them

Placed an order on 11/17. Have yet to get an update or response from them. I have sent two emails requesting an update. I doubt I will get the order, but im giving until the end of this week before I dispute the charges with my bank.

Customer Service is terrible. 24 hrs? more like 1 hour per dayand there's no phone number.This company likely just paid google to be sponsored and have their ads thrown in our face. This seems to be a scam website. I ordered something for Father's Day and never received an email confirmation and when I went back on to inquire with customer service and send another email, I also never received any response, but they took my money of course. Scam.

I ordered a glitter rose bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and even though it took a long time to arrive I wasn't upset. But then when it came it was just some roses in a box that I had to assemble myself with absolutely no instructions on how to do it, and now I have know idea why it would take over 3 weeks to get to me. I was grossly disappointed in my purchase. I could have just ordered a regular bouquet of flowers and had them delivered on time for our anniversary. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website. It wouldn't have been so bad if they at least gave me instructions on how to wrap the bouquet but now I have to figure out how to wrap this and give to my wife. If I could have given 0 stars I would have but I had to give at least 1.

This product is very beautiful. It did take Longer to get to me Then expected. I was nervous that It wouldn't get To me in time for father's day. I did think it was bigger For the price, but it's so cute and able to fit on a desk Without having to move everything Around to make it fit. For how late it took. They could have wrapped it in gift wrap but I got it the day before Father's Day. Which led me to half to get packaging for the gift other than that good quality, I'm waiting for Dad to open it so we can light it up
