The quality of this necklace is awful from the color , to the chains that constantly tangle. If that’s not enough the customer service was extremely slow to respond and they didn’t do a thing to rectify the issues. I love costume jewelry , but this is the worst I have ever purchased. It’s overpriced junk! Please save your money don’t get taken like I did! Bubblegum machines have better looking and quality trinkets. Extremely disappointing!

I placed my order Apr 19th and now is July 2 and I still have not received my order. All I get told when I reach out is that the shipping department will look into my order and then never hear back from them. I have asked to please resend my order and they say since the order was lost in transition that I have to wait until they get refunded to even make my order again and ship it. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with.

The website said the item would be sent within 3-6 business days. Twelve business days (16 total days) later the item was shipped. I paid extra for expedited shipping and instead it was sent with an arrival day one week after departure from the company. I contacted the company many times during this process and they refused to give a refund; even before the item was shipped. They have very poor customer service and misrepresent their production and shipping times for an item that was not even personalized. I can only imagine a personalized item could take months to arrive. Very disappointing.
