Is curvypower.co.uk Legit?

The ordering process was very easy; it is a very simple website to navigate. I was wary of products that have sizing S, M, L etc, as they are often difficult to get right. However, the size guide chart was very accurate, and my shapewear fitted perfectly. The delivery was a little longer than expected at 10 days from order to delivery, but I was in no rush for the item, and delivery was free after all. I love the item. The quality is far superior than I expected for the price. I have been trying to find shapewear to fit for months and have returned numerous items from other retailers, but this is perfect. The fact that the bodysuit allows ladies to use the bathroom without having to remove it is simply genius. I highly recommend this company and this product, and I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Avoid!! Refunding is impossible. Just constant back and fourth of them offering an exchange or discount instead of a refund. They aren’t based in the UK so sending any returns to them will cost between £10-20. Seems like a big scam website to me.

Kept up to date on delivery and when my product arrived it fit brilliantly - super comfortable and pretty too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They refuse to accept a return if you use a discount code and they throw them at you left right and centre, it looks like they are based in UK but delivery takes ages, they send emails in the middle of the night and when I insisted on returning goods they gave me an address in the United States!! The underwear is badly sized and everything is too small. Please don’t waste your money

Agree with everyone else's one star review. Awful company. Won't give you a return address so you can't return items for a refund - just keep offering money off other purchases until your time to get a refund is up. They are in the US so seem to be outside of UK consumer law but use .co.uk emails and URLs to make you think they're in the UK. Absolute disgrace of a company - total scam, avoid.

This company operates from Iowa in the US. They merely use a UK registered office. Even if you can get them to agree to a refund, the return postage from from the UK is over £12, plus they deduct £2.99 for "restocking"? So, if your item doesnt fit, or is not as expected, beware they do not operate under UK laws of a 14 days return policy. However, they have a UK registered office which gives a false sense of security.I've reported them to PayPal, and Trading Standards.

Dreadful company , beware if you buy the wrong size! You’re then stuck with a return to the US plus restocking! The website is misleading you into believing you’re buying from the uk,Avoid - they’ll waste your time snd all the bad reviews are true !

Do not purchase from this company, i have asked for the return address to return my item 3 times and every time i receive an email back without it!

Do not buy from this company if you do not live in the US. I purchased a bra which didn’t fit. They said I could return it to them for an exchange. When I asked for a return address they gave me an address in Iowa, USA. I asked for their UK returns address - they don’t have one. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee on top of the return postage which I would have to arrange myself and would cost me around £15! Absolute con of a company, and bra is cheap Chinese tat.

Body suit was great would definitely recommend.

Item was poor quality and not true to size after seven emails to their customers services still can't get return details to send the item back they just keep offering discounts off future purchases.

Haven’t even received my item as yet and feel the need already to give them a 1* review. Waited over 10 days already for the item to arrive. They’ve got a fake UK mobile number on their website is misleading in itself. Communication is awful, blaming the delay on Seasonal busy period 😂😂. Emails seem to come from an automated system or from someone called “precious” I’m issuing a charge back notice with my credit card company to get my money back. Won’t be using these fraudsters again

The delivery took some time, not as fast as other companies. The quality of the material is great, but the size guide left me with 2 quite tight fitting garments rather than comfortable. Which is a shame as I think the bigger size would have been ideal. So wasted £50. Could not return items as I always wash before trying. And even if I could have returned them, the time that would have taken is too long

All arrived in good condition and within a reasonable time frame - not warm the items yet but look like they will do the trick 😃

For me the concept is perfect, I had surgery some years ago and had a large part of my abdominal muscle removed. So these vest help support my stomach and put back a more natural shape, the sizes I picked was to small but I could see the benefits and feel the support on my stomach and back muscles it made me stand more upright . I’ve ordered another fourLarger ones that I’m looking forward to receiving, I’ve had other orthotic vest and support belts in the past but nothing as good as these vest. I would have given full marks if the size was correct. My advice would be to Oder a size or two up from what you might normally choose.

Curvy Power offer a welcomeDiscount of 10% like most companies do. But if you take this offer it means they won’t refund you. In the small print they have a no refund policy on any item discounted. This includes the welcomeoffer. So when buying a bra which is imperative fits well they won’t refund you if it doesn’t fit. I’m sure this is illegal. I recommend you steer clear.

Very efficient however the waiting period is abit long and would be nice if the waiting length period can get shorter so I can buy more frequently

This company should be investigated by trading standards. I purchased a front buckle strapless bra in July 2024, after trying it on I contacted the company for details of how to return the item (they do not give you an invoice) as it was not fit for purpose, it does not stay up just flops over, it is not as shown on their website.After weeks of too-ing and throwing with stupid requests from them to include pictures I was informed that as I purchased the bra at a reduced price I can not return it. (they gave me a small discount for being a first time buyer, so be aware if you use your discount it will be deemed that your purchases are at a reduced price so you can not return them.) unless it is faulty, it is faulty, it is not fit for purpose and I can not wear it as it won’t stay up. I took out a case with PayPal and they are of no help either. The company have said they are sorry for my upset of my purchase and offered me another discount of 20% of a future order. This company is a disgrace to be operating in the UK

I received my first order from Curvy Power. The garment arrived & looks just like the picture shown on the website. The garment is very comfortable to wear. I wear it during the day and also to bed. I had some surgery & needed a compression type garment. A body suit. A fajas.I also ordered a second body suit to wear while I wash the other etc. & rotate them. Good value and fits like a glove.I recommend.

The bra was too small and I wanted to return it and get a full refund, instead of which I was offered 10% ,then 20% and now 30% off a new item.I know that the registered office is in London, but where is their centre of operations?
