Is curvely.nl Legit?

I made a mistake with my order and the team helped me very well, very friendly, patient and I am a very satisfied customer.

The most terrible experience we ever had ordering online... At some point it feels like a scam, not a real shop.My wife ordered bodysuit S (beige+ black) but received S-M, which is not what we ordered. On the website there is no "Return order" automatic option and you have to fill the online form which is being completely ignored by the Curvely if you fill it in. We've been trying to return in for few weeks, but never got a reply on the filled form or on our 3 sent emails. However, when my wife left the feedback here (trustpilot) they reacted immediately, but still never got back to us. Stay away from this so called online "shop" and dont get trapped.

I ordered the products over a month ago. should arrive in early December. The package was returned to the sender due to an incorrect address. I checked the address on the order and everything was correct. I have been trying to contact the customer department for a month but no response. I saw that many people had problems contacting this online store. I also sent an e-mail to the temporary l e-mail address provided here in the replies, but I received an automatic reply that the address provided did not exist. I do not recommend!!!

I bought 4 pairs of jeans, took long before I got them (China) and the size chart is incorrect so they don't fit and the quality is poorly. They do not refund money and returns are not possible! Then you will be told 'yes, this is stated in the general terms and conditions on the website'. Legally speaking, I am within my rights and I am certainly not going to leave it at that. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DROPSHIPPERS!Answer back to Curvely: I was absolutely NOT past the 14 day window. I contacted you the same day the package arrived. Liars.

They say on website they do returns. The items did not fit me at all, couldnt get into the M size and a size bigger will not do any shaping for me. Got a reply from customer service that returns are not possibilbe as it was a sale item. But they only ever offer sale items.. So now I got 80 euro's worth of shapewear that doesnt do anything for my shape.

zero shaping effect.I took the size S for 80kg and it doesn't shape anything at all. The fabric is very thin and doesn't do anything.

Temu quality , not possible to return. Because of discount, and received voucher V35 which can’t be used on discount things . SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First i ordered and they sent out the wrong sizes. Then i tried it on and even the size m was to big for me while im at least 15 kg overweight. Also suprised by the bad quality. Then send me the size smaller, cause i didnt get my money back. Customer service suck. I wish i could ad pictures, it doesnt tuck in at all and still feels baggy, the fabric is way to stretchy, i still look just as chubby and this was a complete waste of money. And then here on trustpilot i get a reply that i asked for a smaller one, i had no choice, it was either a smaller one or no money back, so don't pretend i asked for a smaller size

My worst experience ever. First of all the size in reality doesn't correspond to what was chosen online. I ordered bodysuit S (beige+ black) and received one middle size for S and M at the same time which in reality feels more like L. For this kind of things it's very important to give an accurate information about the size. It is not an oversize T-shirt or something like this. I will not comment the quality itself... I am still within 14 days return for my order, but I've already lost any hope to get any reply from Curvely Customer Service. Same as other customers who left their reviews here, I am struggling to return my order as it is just not possible without additional assistance from the Customer Service. I've sent already 2 emails to them and submitted 2 separate forms according to their return procedure on the site. Total silence from Curvely... Worth mentioning that I didn't send all those emails and forms in a row of course, each time I gave at least 48 hours for their update and by doing this lost my precious time. I wish I only checked Trustpilot before placing my order on curvely... (having positive experience with other sites and online shops I even didn't think that this may happen). Well... I am still waiting for clear instructions regarding the return process from the customer service.======p.s. I appreciate quick reply of Curvely here, but it hasn't changed anything in reality unfortunately. Following the advice below I sent another email to them at once. More than 24 hours have passed and no reply from them, although reaction here was pretty quick. I understand already that I won't get any instructions to return my order and I won't get any refund which is within my customer rights. I only wish other customers checked the reviews here first before placing their orders on curvely.nl

I bought the high waist shaper. When you start walking the pants rolls up. It is way too short. Waist of money. I cannot return it as I bought it 1+1gratis.

bad company. bodysuits etc just come from Aliexpress. poor quality and much too high price.

Way to expesive for this type of quality. Feels cheap and does not wear comfortably. Waste of money. You can get way better shapewear for this price.

Not received anything . Its been 3 weeks and nothing

Worst body shaper , same like from wish or temu. Not possible to send it back . Save your money don’t buy it.
