Is curvedream.co.uk Legit?

I can only reiterate the messages as set below dated the 23/7 and 12/8/24 - do not purchase from this company.I bought a dress which I wanted to return but experienced the same problems of them not wanting me to return it and after many many emails they initially made me an offer of £9 to keep the dress then £16 and eventually £25.50 which I reluctantly accepted because of the hassle of sending it back to the States. This shirt is super soft and very comfortable. I got it for my daughter. After washing, it still fits perfectly and hasn't faded at all. Would definitely buy again!

I bought two of these shirts for summer. I usually wear medium size tees and these are spot-on. Comfortable, with a bit of stretch, and not too long. The fabric is light, and the crew neck sits just below my collarbone—perfect for summer.

I bought this for my daughter for school since she just likes to wear solid colored T-shirts. The size is accurate, the color is nice and bright. It's very comfortable and the price is great.

Best deal on a quality white T-shirt I've ever bought! Perfect weight—not see-through and thin, but not too thick. Super comfortable and has a high-end feel. Never thought I could get a T-shirt this good at such an affordable price.

I'm 5'4" this top right at my hips, exactly what I wanted. It's cotton, so dry cleaning may be a good idea. The medium fits perfectly in the chest area (I'm a 38D). The light pink color is very pretty.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do not order from this company. And do not believe their website - "Easy 30 day returns". Completely agree with the review below. Wish I had had the sense to read the reviews first, as the experience was stressful and drawn out!1. Ordered 3 tops. All were very cheap quality - faded colours and horrible, synthetic-feeling material. Initiated return process - contacting them first, per their website. And here the fun and games started!Like others here - I was initially offered £20 to keep the clothes. I declined requesting full refund. Received 3 or 4 more emails, kept offering higher and higher amounts. (Stick with it - it got to 90%, by the way!) Took 4 emails to finally get the return address, which is in New Jersey, US. (Despite the items being sent from a UK address!) Company do not offer free returns so have to cover this expensive return yourself! There were so many conditions attached to the return (e.g. has to be within 7 days - that is not a statutory right of UK) that instinct told me there would some be a claim that the package was not received and I would get zero refund. (As others have stated in their reviews here). So I accepted the 90% - like others, figuring was better to get some money back, and also postage was more than this. I agree with the review below - the company offer almost a full refund to NOT get their products back - seems very odd, and loss-making. 2. This is a US-based company, despite the website being ".co.uk". The items arrived within days so must have been dispatched from a UK depot. (Address on the label appears to be UK). So why can one not RETURN items to that address?There are hundreds more reviews on Trustpilot for Curvedream.com - the US based operation. All stating similar experiences, so it is usual practice, not just UK. Not a pleasant experience. Recommend you do not buy from here.

I received my dress today in a small packet, so it was really badly scrammed up. I ironed it but it still look like an old dish rag. Very poor quality and no return slip enclosed, just the dress in the package. I would certainly never purchase anything from this site again

This company’s website is misleading as it is .co.uk – so you would expect this to be a UK based company. It is not and I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering anything. I ordered a dress which looked lovely online, when it arrived it didn’t fit well and wasn’t what I was expecting so I tried to start the return and refund process. I was initially offered £10 as compensation so I wouldn’t have to go through the inconvenience of returning the item. I refused and said I still wanted to return the dress for a refund and could they send me the details of where to return it to. Next I was offered 50% of the purchase price as they do not offer free returns and the return address would be New Jersey, USA. I then refused this and told them how extremely unhappy I was with the service, that their website is mis-leading. The next email from them was quite rude and aggressive stating that it was down to the logistics company and NOT THEM and they don’t take responsibility for any packages sent back to the wrong address – which was not what I was questioning at all. They then offered 80% of the cost of the item to “save the hassle of returning it”. I have accepted this to try and at least get some money back as they seem completely reluctant to have orders sent back to them, which tells you what they think of their own product! I also felt if I did go to the expense of returning the item I would end up even further out of pocket as I am sure they would find an excuse not to send a refund.

My elderly mother ordered an outfit from this ‘English’ company for £32. When it arrived the top was huge and the skirt was tiny, the material was of poor quality. She contacted the service team for a return address and was basically fobbed off. The first response said she could have a full refund in the way of a gift voucher that could only be used in one transaction on their site, or she could accept £10 back and keep the outfit (why would she want to keep it??). She replied that this wasn’t acceptable and wanted to return the outfit and receive a full refund. The service team then replied again to say they could only offer her a £16 refund as the return address is New Jersey, USA!!! Absolutely appalling service - do not order from this terrible company!!

My mother ordered from them. Dresses arrived. Not at all like pictures, cheap material, horrible stitching, products smell like chemicals, no response to email to return products & get a full refund. Don’t order from them.

I really like these shirts because they never pill no matter how many times I wash them. I usually wear a medium but they do run a little small so I would recommend sizing up.

This dress exceeded my expectations! The fabric is very light and drapes nicely. It's cool and comfortable. Very versatile and can be worn casually or business.

The top didn't fit, so I asked for a return label. As others have said they won't take returns, they offered me 25% of the price back. I said no I want to return it, please send the address. They then offered me half the money back. I threatened a bad review here and they finally agreed on 3/4. To be fair I would have spent the difference on return postage.

I'm very conscious about my size but surprisingly this dress fits me perfectly. I thought I would get a large but the medium fits me perfectly. Very comfortable and love the pockets.

I love everything about this skirt! From the bright color to the perfect drape, this skirt is just a wash and go kind of fabric. I received so many compliments when I wore this skirt that I plan on buying another one.

What was I thinking? Always trusted sites ending .co.uk, but no more... Appalling product. They will NEVER accept returns (even though their website clearly says they do). They will NEVER refund your money 100%. I did manage to squeeze 75% back into my credit card from them in the end, but took some negotiating & I still kept £37 of vile, unwearable trash, which even my local Oxfam baulked at!

I bought 5 different women's v-neck tees. This store has the best tees! The fabric is not see-through so I don't have to wear anything underneath (which drives me crazy). The fit is perfect without being too tight on the body. The seams are well made and lie flat, even on the shoulders.

Stripe Print Casual Loose Pants with PocketsBlue / S £23.64I am a size small however these trousers are much too small, may fit a small child! I asked to exchange them for Medium but no return details available and no answer given to my email request.

Clothes cheap. Very different to photos. Cheap material. I would avoid. All the one star reviews are correct.
