Is currentbody.com.au Legit?

So, a little.disappoinued at the ingredients list in this. I used it for a few days and noticed it did not work as well as another product that was straight Vitamin C serum with my mask. Sorry Current Body. Too many chemicals for my liking. It was also more during than the straight Vitamin C

I've had the mask for 3 weeks now and I'm starting to notice some positive changes in my skin texture and tone! But the mask doesn't fit well and hurts the bridge of my nose (I don't have a big nose either). I look forward to the day when we can order masked that are molded to our face and fit perfectly :)

Would value the neck treatment available on the app to sync with the Halo and follow directions as with other treatments on the app. The pump of gel conductor is not going to last long as I am following instructions with the amount to use per use and weekly frequency. In this regard it’s very expensive and I will need to look for other alternatives gels.

Good product, LED mask works well, face serum is perfect for my sensitive oily skin.

I have found CurrentBody's after sale service to be prompt and helpful. I have been very happy with their service.

-Poor communication.-Slow to respond enquiry. Always been told they are busy and 5-10 days for a reply to an enquiry.-Products failing to charge less than six months.-Product separated itself even handling with extra care.-

I will give 5 stars to CurrentBody for their handling of the replacement of my Ziip Hallo Facial device. I bought the device in early April and had to return it by the beginning of May due to the melt charger cable which fused the port of the device. When I first emailed CurrentBody to report the issue and I got reply within few hours then I was guided to return the device. They asked me to email them the tracking number and they would express shipping the replacement to me once they saw the parcel was in transit. I received a brand new replacement in a week. I really had a very pleasant dealings with CurrentBody, in particular with Morgan of CurrentBody. Thank you Morgan of CurrentBody.

I recently purchased the Nira Precison Laser from CurrentBody.au (and yes, they are located in the UK). I had numerous concerns before placing my order based on the many negative reviews I had read (delayed delivery times, misplaced order, poor customer service...) As I was investing nearly $700AU I was apprehensive. However, Anna from customer service very promptly (within less than 24 hours) responded to my queries (twice) prior to placing my order. I am happy to say that I did not experience any problems with my order or delivery. I placed my order on 7 May 2024 and it was delivered on 20 May 2024. As I was not home to receive the parcel, I was able to pick it up the next day at my local post office. I was emailed confirmation notices and delivery tracking. It was shipped via Spring GDS and Australia Post (which also kept me updated with delivery tracking).

Order No. AU-011891123. I have a experience a very bad customer service with Chelsea who had very poor communication ability and out of any suitable trainings. I asked for how to get a return label. Chelsea just answered "they" and "the store", but avoided answering any question. When I ask who is the "they" and where is the "the store", then no any more answer. My problem is still hanging there without any more following.

Fast delivery, however considering the price of the product, it would be appreciated if some kind of carry bag or case be included with it.

27/04/24 update - the issue has been resolved with customer service and costs fully refunded.---I purchased a LED hair growth helmet in December 2023 and used it for three months. It made my hair shedding a lot worse and I contacted customer service to see if I could return this under their money back guarantee for this product. Never heard back.

The communication from the team at current body was fantastic. My purchase was delayed in transit and they kept me updated that they were monitoring the delivery. It was amazing to see that they didn't just wipe their hands clean after it was dispatched from their warehouse and that they obviously have an invested interest in looking after their customers. I purchased the ZIIP halo which I have have been eyeing off for a while now, and I am very happy with my purchase so far. Will definitely be purchasing from them again

Although some responses were not very quick, someone would always respond when I needed assistance. I also had a little hiccup with my shipment, where DHL returned the first shipment due to a power board apparently being in the package. Currentbody were quick to reship the package after I notified them of this update. One feedback I could give is currentbody taking the initiative to give updates when something looks unusual with a shipment (like with my case, for example). I only received help in my situation since I reached out first. I also think responses could have been more prompt.
