Is culpritunderwear.com Legit?

Their quality control sucks. I bought some a year ago and they fit great. Bought some recently same size different pattern than there is a two ince difference in the waist band and leg. The new pair is way to small. I sized up from what their measurements say on site too because I don't like tight elastic. I saw on better business bureau they responded to a complaint saying the switched manufacturing to overseas. I'm guessing that is when the downfall of quality control happened. I won't be buying from them anymore. If I can't trust something is going to fit consistently when I buy more and I can't return it what is the point? Lots of other 1 start reviews on their website saying same thing about sizing. They won't respond to comments about it on their social media either.

Average quality, nothing special. Fit is pretty good. They start getting those little fuzzies after just a couple washing cycles. The worst part is the shipping. My last order took 3 weeks to arrive.

Been a Culprit subscriber for over a year now and I have ZERO regrets. The comfort is top notch, the patterns run the gamut from oddly hilarious to vibrantly cool. I've been slowly overhauling my underwear collection and it's never looked better. In this whole time I've only had to reach out for an exchange once and their customer service handled me swiftly and with humor, which was refreshing.

Easily my new favorite underwear. The softest I've ever worn and awesome prints. My wife has been wearing Culprit for a while and got me the membership to try them. I only wish she'd gotten me some sooner. The designs are hilarious and the comfort is ridiculous. 11/10 I won't wear anything else as long as they keep making them!

Insanely sort! Actually forget I was wearing them. The naughty balloon animal design was my favorite. Bought three pairs. One of the pairs I forgot to follow the wash instructions and dried it on high heat and the fabric started to pull a bit, but still really comfy. The other two I washed and dried correctly and they’ve held up over six months now and 25+ washes. Shipping took about a week. These underwear are seriously life changing. I stopped sweating profusely in my chair at work now.

I have a subscription. Hilarious, beautiful prints. A bit pricey sure but didn't know what I was missing out on until I tried them. Next level comfort. Favorite print is probably the shark one, but their incognito is my go to. Favorite underwear in my drawer.

These are seriously the softest underwear I've ever worn. I've always been a cotton girl, but once you go modal, you'll never go back (and I like that it's more eco-friendly than cotton but still just as breathable!). I bought the Comfy Bra and Booty Shorts in Toasted Marshmallow and the Comfy Bra and Lady Boxers in Cheetah. Glad they noted to size up on the Booty Shorts because I definitely preferred it with the lower rise. The fabric is clearly comfortable enough to lounge in, but feels supportive enough to wear out to the gym or underneath a t-shirt and jeans. Love that it doesn't stretch out and sag over time like cotton can, definitely holds everything up :-) Everything fits true to size (I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, 34DD and wear a medium in the bra and the Lady Boxers) except for the Booty Shorts which I ordered a Large in, per their suggestion. Excited to see what prints come out next and definitely snagging some in black!

Big fan of their quarterly score subscription. I've been a member for almost a year and every time I get my new quarterly sub, I'm excited to see their new prints. They're also incredibly comfortable just like how they claim in their ads.

I bought a pair of the ladies boxers for my wife and she seems to like them. Patterns vary, but great designs, and a great company.
