While I appreciate that, why was the product even on your website? The person I actually spoke to at your company told me that your company didn't even sell that brand so again, why was it on your website? Also, I received an email from your company on Monday, 4/8, stating that my order had been processed and the email had delivery instructions with it. On Wednesday 4/10, I received an email that it was refunded all after waiting a week for the item. ------------------------------left me hanging with an online order for well over a week despite several inquiries, both in writing and with a live person. Never heard a word only to get notice (today) of a refund. Not good business practices. My recommendation is that you try to buy your products elsewhere and avoid this company.

I ordered 3 items on Tuesday, all shown in-stock, Friday order still shows processing. I call to find out what's the delay and am told 1 item has to ship to their warehouse from factory, going to be delayed shipping. Order info is not presented well on website. Customer service was pleasant, and responded quickly.

These people are very poor communicators. They use misleading photos of products. The right hand doesn't communicate with the left. They're extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They don't return phone calls, and they don't process credits for returned merchandise. I ordered shelving online. It arrived 10-12 weeks later, really? They tried to charge me 4x the advertised price saying they had made a mistake. I returned the item for a full refund. Again, no communication. No credit. I finally received a full refund when American Express got involved and issued a credit. Last I checked, the item is still advertised for sale at the wrong price on their website.

Rating: Very poor service. The company wasn't even open for over a week around Easter. Then they took 5 or 6 days for delivery. There product was shipped from California. Some of the worst service I have experienced. I work in purchasing and shipping and receiving. I do this everyday the only reason they received 2 star over 1 star is there price was fare and they did deliver the right product.

Ordered a $2200 "in-stock" item (I was assured over the phone it was) on April 6th for 2 weeks, I never got an update on the shipping status and the order showed as "pending" on their site. To make things worse, I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an update because the WHOLE company was on vacation for a religious holiday. Of course no one mentioned this possible delay when I placed the order and explained my urgent need for the item. After delivery, all they could offer to "make it up to me", was a credit for $50 off on my NEXT purchase of $1000 or more. Thanks a bunch!

I needed a bar faucet and found Culinary Depot web price surfing. Not only did they end up being very local, but had quality selections, and were the best price by far. When I contacted them via phone, I spoke with Beth, who was extremely knowledgeable about her products, but was also very helpful in placing my order. Delivery was also immediate. I will use them again!!

The actual size of the fridge we ordered was different than the cut sheet by 1/4" which makes a big difference when you are trying to fit it exact under a counter. It also took longer than 6 weeks to get our order.

Working with Culinary Depot was great. Ordering and delivery went very smooth. My only concern is that if we don't scrub the sink daily, we end up with little bits of rust forming on the bottom of the basin. However having said that, it was an extremely affordable stainless sink and we really like it!

Ordered a knife for processing meat on Amazon prime. It was delayed, then late. Made us wait for refund and now 9 days later knife arrives. I have to decide if I'm keeping the knife and paying or printing a label and returning it.Tuff call as I hate to reward dishonesty.

Terrible customer service. Call centre located in Philippine. Do not have good knowledge for support. Waiting my time for 5 times. Every time is almost 1 hr.Stay away from this company.

Could have fallen asleep from the lack of drama when I ordered a sink disposal from them. From ordering to delivery, everything went so smoothly, I had to make sure I wasn't wearing my PJs because I thought I was dreaming. This is what ordering kitchen equipment is supposed to be like. The disposal went in easily, as did the control panel. Customer is pleased, I got paid. Life is good.

The Hoshizaki C-80BAJ-DS ice maker I ordered arrived damaged from the carrier. Leiren Theroux with Culinary Depot was very responsive throughout the repair process and continually followed up until the repairs were complete and paid for at no charge to me. Highly recommend Culinary Depot!!!

Culinary Depart delivered a quality product at a very good price. Was a little skeptical about shipping a commercial freezer a long distance via several different truck lines, but it was well packed and it arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend Culinary Depot.

Have a few pieces of equipment that have never worked properly. Currently in dispute with amex for nine minths. Company pretends to set up "service calls" but nothing gets resolved.

Placed order on 10/03/18. After two weeks with no real help, I ordered from another supplier (less expensive) and wanted to cancel. No response. On 11/02/18, I am notified the order had shipped. Since we do use these and I was sure they weren't 'in stock', I offered to accept the items.When I did receive them, they were wrong. Attempts to contact for return have gone unanswered.You may be good, but you sure weren't with us and our order. Won't be back, ever.

There is no other brand of faucet that will ever see the inside of my kitchen. I am thrilled with this product. The costumer service staff was helpful and knowledgable. There was a week and a half delay on top of expected delivery time. This was because I modified the components on my order, and I why I gave it a four star rating. I will order from Culinary Depot again in the future and will anticipated late delivery for modifications. I will recommend them to friends.

I purchased true 2 door and 3 door freezer from Eli potash. When I had 3 door freezer about 2 years ago it was damage and delay shipping. Eli said he will give me a full credid next purchase. I ordered an item (a specialty kitchen hose) that was on back order and was very impressed with the service and follow up that kept me well informed as to the dates for shipping and delivery. The item itself was well priced and came well packed and with clear directions. I would recoythe company and will shop them again as needs arise.
