I looked at several companies before deciding on Crystal Imagery. Their ability to sand etch the very thin Glencairn glasses without compromising their strength was a plus. In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. I was absolutely blown away by the two beer glasses I bought from Crystal Imagery!! The quality is great and the shipping was unbelievably fast (arrived next day after design approval!!). The engraving even picked up on some pretty small details in the image I sent. Ordered these as a 30th birthday gift for my brother with his old band logo on them. I can't wait to get his reaction! Would absolutely recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I ordered several whiskey glasses engraved with a custom logo. The morning after I ordered them I was sent a custom proof showing the design. It looked fantastic. The shipping was extremely fast and I received the glasses 3 days after I ordered them. They look amazing, have a great feel, and the company was very responsive and friendly. I am very particular with my whiskey glasses and I could not be happier with my purchase. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I did a small order for a special occasion and got the glasses in about 2 weeks. I have been working with Crystal Imagery on another larger project for a major celebration. That won't be for over a month, but I am sure I will get the same great service I got on my smaller order. I did request a sample glass before hand and it was favored by all over other etched glassware providers. I will follow up later when the large order is placed and received in 6 weeks.

Outstanding products and customer service. My custom bourbon glasses came out better than I could have hoped for. Can’t wait to give them to my wife for her big work promotion. I really appreciated that the company sends you a proof before completing your order. I was able to see what I was getting. Glasses came well packed to prevent damage. Order was placed and I immediately received a proof for glass etching which required an adjustment which was made promptly and accurately. Shipment was right after that and products received well wrapped and safely. Best vendor I have ever used!! Highly recommend!!!

Ordered 8 glasses for annual golf outing. Customized (wish I would have found navigation to do a bit of individualizing of each glass) but final product was great. Received shipment in 4 -5 days and price was right! Will use Crystal Imagery Inc for next gathering.

Top marks to this company. When you work with Crystal Imagery Inc., you work with real professional. Their website was completely user friendly, and their product selection covers just about everything (The only thing missing were the oversize novelty goblets). They were able to make the image I sent looked very distant and detailed on the the glass, and upon inspection of the order of x130, the boxes that were randomly spot checked looked flawless. Shout out to Julie Noel who not only was quickly responsive during every step of the way, but made a last minute addition happy almost over night. I can't say enough nice things. When working with them, its one less thing you have to micro-manage, and know the job will be done right.

The was the most painless online shopping experience I've ever had PLUS this was a custom item (bourbon glasses with company logo). I submitted the order with my logo, they sent me a proof in email to approve, I approved, the glasses were cut that day and arrived at my house a few days later. and they looked awesome

Truly, better than expected. The experience started off with a quick email about a custom logo flute. After supplying them, Laura, with a high enough resolution picture they created a logo proof which was sent to me. I loved the proof and was told it would look the same. Well, I received the custom glasses, I ordered crystal, within a week from order and they are OUTSTANDING! If you are on the fence about ordering something, don’t be. They are great from start to finish. This was my second order from this company.
